Blood Rite Formation

Su Nuan would appear every day on the porch of the Doctor Ju's house, the Doctor was situated in the center of the Village.

The Wood-stone Village had always been one of the most populated and well off compared to the surrounding villages, the entire village of contained extremely strong builders, hunters, and even the oldest doctor. The two recourses, stone and wood are produced daily from the Endless Forest. Mostly for trading to other villages to obtain other resources that they did not have.

It had been nearly a week since the incident, many villages had come to see how the boy was doing but everyone was shut out by the porch. No one had seen the Doctor or village chief, they were working continuously within for the past 6 days only appearing now and then requesting the hunters to hunt live prey to bring to the house. They would occasionally eat and making sure they would not collapse from hunger exhaustion.

Inside the surgery room, both Doctor Ju and Su Chen were sitting cross-legged opposite each other, within the center lied Jihan. His wounds have not even recovered a little bit and looked exactly the same but what made the screen shocking was blocked threads were moving about in the air out of the pores, eyes, nose ears from the two men. and forming a blood ball in the air... it hovered magically above Jihan's chest. both men were extremely pale indicating both of them had lost a lot of blood.

"Ok this is the last round, with this half of our Blood should suffice" Said Doctor Ju through gritted teeth.

He tried his best to keep his eyes open. they were both extremely exhausted. Stayin up for nearly 6 nights in a row could actually kill a normal human, but for both of them, this was the limit. they knew one mistake can cause all three of them to die. The formation they had prepared was a bloodroot formation, transforming the Spirit Veins and meridians completely would allow Jihan blood to act a the medium to carry it. they had to refine every drop of blood by first dissolving the Spirit Veins and meridians then slowly integrate it into the blood. by doing this the would automatically circulate through the body, forming a new Body type. The ancient book called it " Devine Body", every Devine body type would be bestowed upon birth for the fortunate and they would dominate their generation.

They both stood up simultaneously and walked over to the blood ball that was the size of adults head. They both threw a punch to their chests and coughed out a mouthful of dark red blood.

"This is the last time we using hearts blood, I don't think I can live another 5 more years for loosing so much... Su Chen, I hope this lad is worth all of this.."' Su Ju stared at his Son.

Although no one knew it that he was the father of the Village Chief, he would do anything for his son and his two granddaughters. Since this boy saved his daughters live .. sacrificing a few years of his old life span would be worth it. His foundation was not that strong so he knew he could maybe live to the age of 130 but now he lost almost 20 years. this is the price he was willing to pay to spend 5 more years with his granddaughter.

" Doc... Dad, I will never regret it. Just by looking at the state our planet, the rate of decay. Our homeland is slowly perishing, within a hundred years everything will die. Since his constitution is calling out for this Blood Ritual we might as well give it to him and put our hopes in him. Maybe we wrong or maybe we right" Su Chen gave an exhausted smiled.

As he moved the floating Dark blood to towards the blood ball. Doctore Su pondered and nodded his head as he has done the same.

"let's hope this son-in-law of yours exceeds your expectations"

with the wave of the hands, the last Blood ball descended into Jihan's wounds on his chest and seeping into his bones, fusing into his bone marrow. The both slumped onto the floor, but Doctor Ju struggled and got up again, let me stitch up the wound.

"The lass Su Nuan is probably sleeping on the porch again, go to her" Sighed Doctor Ju

It looked as if he just aged 30 more years in that instant. Su Chen looked at his Dad and bowed his head. No one knew the pain he was feeling right now, the sacrifices he had to make for his village... for his family... no one knows how big of a sacrifice the seemingly mysterious doctor had to make for them.

After 4 hours her father came out seemingly exhausted a pale. He sat next to his daughter and held her in his arms. He sighed as she started crying again.

"There-there, he is stable now. Lucky his organs and bones weren't damaged at all in the attack. He just lost too much blood and need a whole lot of stitches and blood..."

When he wanted to continue he remained silent, saying too much to a 10-year-old was already a line he should have drawn for himself in the first sentence. The Doctor and himself didn't know if the blood would be accepted by the boy's body. Only time will tell. After a while, Su Nuan fell asleep in his arms.

The fat boy and Su Biming, as clear as jade, although her name was classified for boys her mother thought it was a great idea to sound manly and feminine at the same time.

Su Biming, he thought of his other daughter and his wife would probably already taught that naughty girl a lesson, since he knew Fatty father. He wouldn't have to worry about it since he would probably get a beating and not walk the next day.

Fatty was not his actual name but because everyone called him since he was a year old and from then on no one could hardly even remember his original name, his father probably even forgot he owns sons name. Because the Su family owned the Wood business, the bulk of the profits and resources came from it. Naturally, that made Su Chen the richest guy in the village and one of the most powerful locally. Many of the Su family members where Robust and huge. But the women were especially delicate but most had fiery tempers, they even had more guts than the males. Most of the females in the village would instead go the guy of their liking and not the other way around. Since this kid saved his daughter, he knew this kids fate is sealed if he survived. Su Nuan wouldn't let him off. She may seem timid and delicate on the outside.

But the Su families females... They were like a fiery rose, delicate from afar but lethal upon contact. He actually felt pity for this kid now.

Most of all he was extremely upset over this matter.. the older sister actually abandoned her own sister when she saw the wolf.. he knew the story when the fatty told him and he saw Su Biming running behind him and not Su Nuan close by.., in a life and death moment true colors are shown in every one. Even if u are at a young age he should've realized this a while ago because the older daughter looked extremely pretty she was actually more doted on compared to her younger sister.. but after what happen he resolutely made up his mind. He almost lost one of his precious daughters today. His life of a chief was so busy he couldn't spend too much time with him. But now he had to make time.

After the village chief met up one last time with the hunters who investigated the site, they found no corpse of any human or animal and they couldn't even track the wolf that was supposedly there, the only evidence they had was the injured boy. No traces or tracks, fur or anything related to the corpse. He found this very strange...

He tried picturing how the incident occurred he recounting Su Nuan words. The boy had jumped in at the critical moment pushing her away when the wolf would've slashed her throat to shreds.

It was late into the night but Su Nuans mother kept on the whole night. He was so tired, he probably thought that his wife would talk him to death at this rate.

'This women... probably don't even know I haven't slept for 6 days..'

He sighed internally as he aged more than 20 years that night, had to just shake his head and let his wife vent her frustrations. Eventually, she fell asleep as well, as a father he was just happy that daughter was alright as he fell asleep as well.

Early the next morning Su Chen had rushed to the Doctor to check on the kid, to his surprise he was doing alright. The blood transfusion ritual seemed to be a success and what made him shocked was that the boy's constitution had improved tremendously. He looked at the extremely pale and injured boy on the bed with grateful eyes. No one knew who this boy was. The boy didn't look native at all and he was even much stout compared to everyone else. The females in the village were small well they considered that normal but the males were huge and massive, the size and strength determine the standing and who manages the affairs of everyone.

The fatty parents were also there, apologizing to the town chief. They knew something like this could've led to the exile of them and their children into the forest, which they didn't want at all.

They said they would pay for the medical bills for the boy and since they never knew who the boy was, they offered for him to live by them until he recovers but Su Nuans dad immediately refused and said since he saved their daughter they should look after him. They can send the medical bills to them when they get it.

"The amount of blood that the boy lost is extemely terrifying.... " glancing at Jihan's injuries on the bed.

"But... what I am puzzled is the wound he had, The claw marks seen never even penetrated bone, or damages any of his organs and intestines. " pondered to doctor,

" We can see that when he jumped in front of Su Nuan, he pushed her aside but also using the force from the push he manages to push himself back as well, increasing the distance from his chest to the paw of the wolf. And not the actual paws and nails. The slash penetrated the skin, muscles, and fat like butter but it's very close to having tough bones and organs... He is one lucky boy" said the doctor,

" Lots of stitches would do, he won't be able to walk or move for at least 2 months. If we add in extra herbs we can short it to 1 and a half."

Fatty parent left after conversing with them for a while.

" Daddy don't tell them I peed myself... I was so scared... I thought I was going to die " Said Su Nuan still trembling" There there love, don't worry no one knows except for the hunters and the boy. "

The father wanted to chuckle at this situation but said glancing at the boy who's breathing seemed laborious and each breath seem to stretch his skin making the boy flinch in pain in his sleep. He was grateful and very sad that someone thing like this would happen so close to the village.

"Doctor Ju. I think we don't need to let the other two know that he doesn't have life danger anymore, we can let them pay for the medical bills, we can at least repay this young boy with a place to live since we cannot say anything about what happen.. last night... I doubt he would want to stay in the same house with unfamiliar people, we can move him into the abandoned house on the east side of the village, a bit isolated but that size of the house is perfect for him even if he stays. He can have a family as well. " he said rubbing his chin wondering.

When Su Nuan heard "family" and her dad stared at her she actually saw the underlying meaning and her face immediately went from pale to beat red, at this moment she didn't look average at all. She looked extremely cute and just like a timid rabbit she glanced at the boy in the Sickbed and back at her dad.

" Daddy... What are u saying!" she trailed off...

But her father ignored her expression and changed the topic.
