6 Encounter

I made my way out of the locker room and into my P.E class. I had Bella, Jessica and Mike in this class. I didn't want to socialize with any of them. So I just greeted Bella and stood at the corner of the class, with my back to the wall. They didn't have bleachers or normal chairs so everyone was either on their feet or sat on the ground.

The teacher explained that half the gym would be playing volleyball and the other half would be playing Basketball. He then by a raise of hand made us choose what sport we'll be playing. I chose Basketball since I used to play and I was pretty good at it.

After the P.E class, the teacher asked me if I wanted to join the school team. I kindly refused I didn't have time to be in a team. And the people in this school were just trash in my opinion. Compared to the level I'm used to in Phoenix they wouldn't be challenging me enough and I'd end up quitting. So why bother.

I changed quickly and waited for Bella so we could give our attendance paper together. As she made her way to me. She seemed down for some reason.

" What's up?" I asked her with a raised eyebrow.

" Nothing, just thinking about something."She muttered.

I just shrugged my shoulder and we made our way to the administration to give our attendance sheet. When we made it there we saw Edward arguing with someone in the administration and overheard him asking to be switched from Biology class. Bella quickly hid behind me when he turned around and glared at her. I immediately realized why she seemed out of it earlier. She was probably thinking about Edward's repulsion of her. She didn't know she was his blood singer.

I was definitely not a fan of Edward. Usual mate behaviour would have prevented him from even hurting Bella. She wasn't his mate in my opinion. He just had enough of waiting after a century and decided she was it. Or else Alice would have seen her coming. And when he selfishly decided she would be his, the fact he planned to have her changed the future and Alice finally saw her as his. When in reality she shouldn't be.

I'll have to go to the Volturi maybe with Marcus's gift of seeing mate bonds I could find out if my theory is right or not. If he confirms that Bella is not Edwards mate, then I'll have the pleasure of beating him up.

Edward took his eyes off Bella when she hid behind me and started glaring at me. He was probably trying to read my mind but I knew he couldn't. " Is there a problem?" I asked and took a step toward him. He seemed to get irritated at my behaviour and lack of cowering like my sister was doing.

" Nothing I was just leaving actually." He said while holding his breath by how stiff his shoulders looked. And stormed out of the room while hitting me with his shoulder when passing by me. 'Oh, you're so dead. I just need to have the speed and durability to not die instantly and I'll beat him to the end of the world and back. Probably break him in small parts and keep them buried in different places. Make him stay in that state for a couple of hundred years.'

After giving our attendance sheet back. We made our way to Bella's car. She kept silent with her head down. Till we reached the parking lot where she glanced at the Cullens, specifically at Edward. She was visibly intimidated by him, at the way she immediately averted her gaze when she noticed him glaring at her.

" Just tell me if he bothers you. One word from you and I'll put him in his place." I said to Bella nonchalantly while walking to the car door having my back to the Cullens.

I was not joking when I told her this. A year ago I found out that by circulating storms power through my brain. My reaction speed got faster, or rather I would see the world in some kind of slow motion. I didn't have the physical prowess to keep up with a vampire. But with a single underestimated punch coming from me with some Quack power in it. And I'm sure I can incapacitate a vampire for a short while.

I got inside the truck and Bella followed soon after me. She took a couple of seconds to calm herself. Before muttering a "Thanks." in my direction and proceeded to drive us home.

While driving past the Cullens when exiting the parking lot. I was met with a strange sight of what seemed like an argument between Edward and Rosalie that seemed to practically get physical at one point. I'm sure it would have if not for my best friend holding Rosalie back. And Jasper holding a snarling Edward.

Edythe looked angrily at me and Bella like we were to blame for her family's quarrel. While Emmet was trying to soothe her.

Bella noticing Edythe glare sped out of the parking and never looked back or talked to me till we made it home. Where she proceeded to lock herself in her room.

This made me think of how Edward in the movies was basically stalking her by watching her sleep every night. I wasn't about to let some psychopath in my house even less in my sister's room. I'll try keeping guard if I see him I'll have to beat it into him to never come back or kill him if the need arises.

But As confident as I was in killing Edward. I know I can't win a war against all of their Coven at once. And since I didn't have a mate in any of them, I doubt they'll change me into a vampire. So I need to find my own way of becoming a vampire or any other supernatural species that exist in this world. I'm pretty sure there's not only wolf shifters and Vampires.

*sigh* I'll think about that later, for now, I'll just go training with what I already have in hand. If push comes to shove I'll just fly away with Bella and Charlie in my hands. Better them finding out I have powers than leave them with a family of vampires. They might not drink human blood but they've had some slip-ups in the past. I know that Emmet had 2 singers that he ended up killing. His family covered his track and left the area. I don't want to find out what 'covered his tracks' means in vampire terms. But I'm pretty sure it's not something I would like.
