4 Kraken

Poseidon POV

''Yes, I will train you''

------few days later-----

It had been a few years, since I had arrived I had been giving some clothes and a weapon, more specifically a trident it looked like Oceanus had accepted the fact that one day I would rule the seven seas.

I had officially acquired the same look as Poseidon from the Record of Ragnarok which actually came as a surprise to me as I had never worked a day in my life yet I had become very muscular.

I was currently outside on the training grounds waiting for Oceanus to arrive. Once I realised that I was underwater, I quite literally nearly chocked which should not have been possible as I was now a God.

KRAKAKBOOM

I suddenly found myself, hurdling into a rock spitting out blood due to the amount of power I had just been hit with. I turned around to see Oceanus with his trident held up high ready to strike me down with it.''YOUR TRAINING STARTS NOW'' He said in a loud booming voice, slamming his trident on the ground, causing it to split apart as underwater volcanoes formed and began spewing out lava.

I called my trident to me and block his next strike, causing even more destruction. I doubled back and raised my hands, ready to try a new move I had learnt.

I sent a wave of destructive quakes in his direction, causing him to fall over. Taking advantage of his sudden confusion I sprinted towards him at high speeds, I was going so fast that my surroundings began to slow down.

My fist was just a few metres away from his face, I would finally win against him for the past few years he had popped out of nowhere attacking me.

As my fist was about to make contact, he suddenly moved his head sideways grabbing me, raising me by the hand and slamming me deep into the ground causing it to sink in, dragging me with it. Like usual, I began to black out as I had just been knocked out.

----Few years later-----

I had grown immensely stronger over the past 50 years, I had mastered my control over the sea and my divinity, but in order to become the true ruler of the seas, I had to defeat the Kraken. A being, who resides in the deepest depths of the Ocean.

I was currently descending, into the darkest depths of the Ocean it had been a few hours since I descended, and there was still no sign of the beast.

I began to swim back up to Oceanus' palace, but then felt a slimy rope curing around my waist. I turned around to see a large Octopus with huge yellow eyes staring into my soul.

The Kraken

It hurled me deeper down, with so much force that I didn't stop falling until I reached Rock bottom literally.

It began to swim fast at insane speeds towards me, it stretched out it's tentacles and pointed it at me, charging up a hydro blast of some sorts. I quickly dodged the attack, and watched as it obliterated the surroundings.

I summoned my trident and hurled it towards the creature, to my surprise it managed to pierce one of the tentacles. To my surprise, it dragged the Kraken along with it until it hit the sea bed, rendering it stuck.

I quickly flew down towards it readying my fist and then striking it with all my strength. I hit it again and again, trying to knock it out, but no matter how hard I hit it would not stay down.

It quickly flicked me aside, and removed my trident from one of it's tentacles, in the process causing it to fall off.

It began to strike me repeatedly, sending me flying all over the place.

At this point, I was covered in blood, and sweating profusely. Sooner or later, i'd surely die. I raised up my hands, sending out a hydro blast hoping to at least deal some damage but to no avail, as it simply dodged it.

I slumped down on one knee as I had accepted my fate.

Clack.?

I looked up, to see rocks falling down towards us. I then looked at the Kraken and saw what was behind it. A pillar. I hit a fucking pillar was now about to crush us. I heard a loud roar and turned to se the Kraken, who was now being squashed by the falling debris.

Some of his tentacles had been squashed or decapitated. Was this dumb luck or most just fate.

Was it because I was originally supposed to be freed alongside my siblings by Zeus, meaning that I could not die as it just wasn't my destiny?

Using this opportunity, I began to fly back up and watch as the Kraken was being buried alive. I heard it's struggle, for the next few minutes until it ceased making sure it was dead.

I turned back around making my way back to the palace. All was looking well until I heard a deafening roar. I turned around to see that it had survived. It's limb were torn off, and it had many scars that were in the process of healing and it was headed straight towards me.

Fuck.

I raised my hand and began to pour in all the power I had left, after a few seconds a bright blue electric ball of energy could be seen. The waters began to boil and go violent as my attack was ready to be realised.

''HAHAHAHAHAHA'' I yelled, as I sent the ball forward and watched as it grew, consuming everything in it's path. The Kraken raised up whatever tentacles it had left and started to form a shield around it, but to no avail as it's limbs were instantly destroyed, as it was being atomized.

The ball carried it all the way down back into the darkest depths of the seas until it finally exploded, causing a huge bright light followed by a shockwave that sent me back up flying.

I had done it.

I beat the Kraken.

--Few days later---

I woke up, to find myself in the same medical ward that I had been when I first arrived with Oceanus standing over me with a look of happiness on his face. ''Though it's only been half a century, you have grown immensely powerful, and even defeated the Kraken. I now pass on the title of the rules of the sea to you'' he said with immense pide.

A/N: This was so cringey to write but it is what it is.

----Few days later---- I had now, fully recovered and was currently in my new throne room. A few days ago, I felt 4 new divine beings within the world, in the direction of mount Orthys. It looks like Zeus has freed our siblings.

Looks like it's time to pay them a visit
