Chapter 1Reborn As A Space Monster

"Hey."

...

"Hey, you."

...

"Help me, will you?"

***

With a gasp, his eyes opened.

His eyes were open, but no thoughts were formed inside his mind.

It was all too confusing.

He tried wiping his face, but found himself unable to.

It was as if his arms and legs had been cut at the elbows and knees.

Why did he have arms and legs, to begin with? Or even eyes? After all...

'Didn't I die?'

Too confusing.

'I did. I died a long time ago. And my soul drifted in the darkness for... So long. Then why...?'

There was no way of finding the answer to that question for now.

The next question that popped was,

'Where...?!'

From confused to stunned.

He had raised his gaze. There was only darkness, for the most part.

A rainbow. That was his first thought upon seeing that. It only took three seconds for him to admit that it wasn't one. The earth below him was purple. The sky was different, or inexistent.

'Rings? Am I... On Saturn or something...?'

Suddenly, the light that illuminated the place grew brighter.

Dancing vivid hues of blue and red pierced through the darkness.

Bewildered and amazed.

'A nebula...?'

His body suddenly shuddered as the oppressive sound of an explosion resonated.

He could not see it. The explosion had happened too far away. Why could he hear it?

'I really...'

His vision turned blurry for a second and,

'Huh... Wait... HUH?'

He could finally see the rest of his body.

'WHAT THE FUCK IS UP WITH THAT??'

Seeing his limbs, realizing their number, and how different they were...

'AM I SOME KIND OF SPACE HERMIT CRAB? WHAT THE FUCK??'

[Not exactly.]

[Initializing System.]

'System?'

[The System will aid you by giving you advice and guiding you.]

'Guiding me? Aid me in... What?'

[You have been Reincarnated.]

'Yes, I can tell that much. But... To be Reincarnated as some kind of alien hermit crab...'

[Your past life was on Earth, correct?]

'Correct.'

[You are currently 110 billion light-years away from Earth.]

'How much is that exactly?'

[The distance is equivalent to X Kilometers or Y Miles.]

'Well, shit... It doesn't really matter though. Why am I like this? Why am I alive in the first place?'

[You have been Reincarnated by the Goddess Of Death.]

'The Goddess Of Death... Alright. I'll skip asking about how and why a Goddess exists for now so... Why? Why was I Reincarnated?'

[The Goddess of Death needs your help.]

'My help? Ha. And she thought bringing me back to life as a hermit crab would be a good idea?'

[You are no mere Hermit Crab.]

[You have been Reincarnated as a Paru.]

'Paru. Okay? Anyway, I'm doing my own thing. That's fine with you, right?'

[Of course.]

[You might want to check your Status Window for more information about the Paru Species.]

[Their fangs are some of the toughest in the universe, and their digestive tract allows them to consume and digest anything.]

[You should be able to figure out the rest.]

'Well, fine. I'll figure it out.' The Paru turned away from the floating words. 'Walking around like this is tough...'

Coordinating his twelve smaller limbs as well as his two bigger ones was not easy at all, especially as he had only recently gained sensation in most of those limbs.

It took a bit for the Paru to rotate a full 180 degrees, but once it did,

'Holy shit...'

Dozens and dozens, no. Hundreds of Parus filled the area.

'Hope I don't end up aggroing them...'

The Paru's four eyes studied the area as well as its inhabitants.

This studying, is what allowed this particular Paru to realize that Parus have four eyes.

The use of them had been so instinctive and natural that it hadn't been noticed.

Unmoving. A couple of minutes passed.

The Parus were a peaceful, if not a boring bunch.

They didn't fight or collide with one another. Well, they didn't really have a reason to fight.

Each and every one of them was focused on their meal. On eating until they were satisfied.

But it didn't seem like any of them would be satisfied any time soon.

Their circular mouths opened, and their fangs tore...

'The ground?? They're eating the ground??'

The Paru raised its front limbs and knocked against the ground repeatedly.

'It's tough, really tough. It's not earth, but a mineral. Also...'

The Paru had noticed something. Something that would be incredibly important for the future.

'Their... No, our shells... Are the same color as that mineral.'

Gulp-

'System... Can you check something with me?'

[Of course.]

'I feel like the shells and this mineral below... are made of the same material. Is that a coincidence? It has to be, right? But... They're eating that mineral so...'

[Please, check your Status Window.]

Level 1 to Infinity: My Bloodline Is the Ultimate Cheat!

They shattered his life. Now, he’ll break the world. Ethan had it all, until his best friend and the woman he loved betrayed him, leaving him crippled and forgotten. Three years of suffering later, he clawed his way to one final, desperate act… and the universe answered. A hidden quest. A second chance. A return to the moment everything began. Now, Ethan is back, on the eve of Ethereal’s launch, the world’s first fully immersive VR game and the battlefield where legends are forged. Last time, he played fair. This time? He’s armed with years of knowledge: every exploit, every secret quest, every broken mechanic that will let him climb straight to the top. But when he logs in, something is off. The system forces him into an unwanted class—Druid, the game’s biggest joke. The kind of class people pick as a dare and regret immediately. Yet as Ethan digs deeper, the truth shakes him. [Congratulations! You have unlocked the Divine Bloodline: King of Elves!] Ethan stared at the screen, unblinking. “…The hell?” The Druid class was a jack-of-all-trades, master of none—a scattered mess of abilities that mimicked other classes but never truly excelled. Their bear form lacked the raw defense of a proper tank. Their panther form was weaker than a rogue. Their healing fell short of a priest, and their magic couldn’t compare to a mage’s devastating spells. Most players abandoned the class early, realizing they could never compete at the highest level. And yet, Ethan’s stats are off the charts. His talents are absurd. His potential is beyond anything he’s ever seen. The system has given him something no other Druid ever had—a divine bloodline, legendary abilities, and a growth rate that defies logic. If Druids were meant to be weak, then Ethan was the exception that would rewrite history. He’s not just here to reclaim his throne. He’s here to take everything. Factions will rise. Empires will fall. The strongest will thrive, and the weak will perish. And the ones who betrayed him? They won’t live to do it again.

I Can Copy And Evolve Talents

Across the vast convolution of worlds, divine beings rule as absolute sovereigns—each god assigned dominion over a singular realm. Skirmishes are inevitable, whether for power, amusement, or sheer pettiness. One such battle, between Nexus, the God of Trickery, and an aging, senile deity, resulted in an anomaly… A soul misplaced. Elliot, an ordinary man, was never meant for Ul’Tra-el. But fate, or perhaps a cosmic prank, had other plans. Unlike other worlds, Ul’Tra-el is an aberration—one that developed a voice. A voice that diverged from the natural order. A voice that changed everything. Its foundation cracked, leaking dimensions into one another. Rifts tore open like festering wounds, vomiting forth unspeakable horrors—monsters not meant to exist. But the world did not sit idly by. In response—perhaps an act of self-preservation—the world gifted its inhabitants power. Talents awakened, granting people extraordinary abilities. And for every rift sealed, the Voice of Ul rewarded them generously. Survival was simple: fight, grow stronger, and close the rifts… or die trying. In this ruthless, blood-soaked reality, Northern—a white-haired boy burdened by his past life—was reincarnated. But unlike the chosen heroes, he awakened as a talentless nobody. No power. No strength. No future. And when death loomed over him—when despair clawed at his soul and the cold grip of the failure threatened to take him— A Voice responded: [System Notice] [Your Soul cannot take a form.] [Searching for a Unique Pattern Ability…] [Searching…] [Search Found.] [A Unique System Ability has been detected.] [You Can Copy And Evolve Talents] ... Follow Northern through his journey as he becomes the pinnacle of this world. This a story about a white-haired boy’s rise from rubbles!! Note: This is an overpower genre but MC does not just start off like that. Even though MC can copy talents he doesn't just jump around copying talents because there's a limitation. However, his rise to strength is depicted and is an experience to enjoy. The first few hundreds would be frustrating to follow because MC is weak but that makes the experience all the more interesting when MC finally gets freaking strong and starts wiping the floor with everyones asses.

Armipotent

This is a work of fiction, any names, characters, stories or events, are fictitious! (Even the country in the story is just the author's fantasy as the author never visited those countries in the story) Armipotent is an archaic adjective meaning "strong in battle." Basically, it refers to someone who is physically tough in war. Originally, it was used to refer to the Roman god of war, Mars. ===================== Tang Shaoyang, an orphan who dropped out of the middle school to fight on the street as he found out school was useless for a penniless orphan like him. Tang Shaoyang dropped out of his school, fighting on the street, and made a name for himself. Berserker Tang from Youyouliucun. Afterward, Dragon Wing triad recruited him and everything was good for him. Even though the public deemed him as a tumor of society, Tang Shaoyang was having a decent life. Until one day, everything changed as an absurd and strange game started. "... Game starts! Stage one: Survival for The Fittest!" After the game started, zombies appeared out of nowhere. ... Ding! "You have killed 1000 zombies less than 24 hours since the game started! You gained 3 Talents!" Dong! "You may choose 3 Talents! please choose carefully!" Tang Shaoyang held his chin and mused what Talent he had to choose. "With Zombies appear everywhere, I need an infinite strength... this is one, I still need to choose 2 Talents more..." Then a lewd smile formed on his lips. "I want an infinite strength, charm and charisma to conquer women, and the last one, I want to upgrade my **** so I can please my women!" After saying this, Tang Shaoyang laughed aloud. "Hahaha, there's no way such talent exists... ehhhhh?!!!" Ding! Dong! "3 Talents are consumed! You have been granted Divine Body! Good Luck, Gamer Tang Shaoyang!" Tang Shaoyang immediately checked the detail of Divine Body. After a brief silence, he muttered unbelievably. "Such Talents really exist..."
