She had found out from Aoi that when she was de-summoned, She would be sent to a space that could be considered Aoi's personally little home. It was not like some dark black space or solid white space either. From what Aoi said, it could be considered a small little world where elementals could reside and take in the elements around them.
In a way, it should be considered a paradise for elementals, but for Aoi, it is like a prison. After being alone for so many long years, she hated being by herself and was overly attached to Kana. So any time she was forced to be stuck in the summon space, she couldn't help but feel lonely and miss Kana. In a way, in an elemental's life cycle, Aoi was still just a child.
