" I swear if I ever get strong enough I'm gonna kick that guys ass! Now where the bloody hell am I?!" David slowly tried to take in his surroundings but found it difficult to even open his eyes . "Wait why didn't I fell my mouth move just then ? And the fuck cant I see ? Did that womans boss hear me in the end and me blind ? That SONVA BITCH!!!"

Just before David's ramblings reached climax he saw light coming straight at him , then an excruciating pain came over him . "What on earth is going on here ?"

Just then David saw what seemed to be a clinic and a man holding while wearing a surgical mask. He tried to look around more but just keeping his eyes open was a mission in of itself. He then suddenly felt a prick of pain in his head . 'What the fuck ?! Is it torture David day or something? ' He then felt information enter his head . A golden book that read 'Compression Body Refining ' .

'Oh so this is my second wish, I probably should try figure out where I am first before I read this.....but no one would actually harm a baby right ?' David's excitement soon took over reason as he began to read the introduction.

'Oh...this is awesome ' as he tried to read more sleep soon attacked him like a dog in heat. 'Damn! Looks like this was too much for me' he thought as he fell asleep.

Doctor: Are sure you dont want to hold him miss ?

Mother: No . That would just make me falter in my decision to give him away . My friend will drop him off at a nice orphanage. But his name... I want it to be Raymond .... yes Raymond Black after his great grandfather.

The doctor looked at the woman then the baby as he sighed sympathetically.

Doctor: Ok so wheres this friend of yours ?

Mother: Shes outside. All you have to do is gi e her the baby . She has the letter and everything.

Doctor: Ok I'll do as you ask miss.

The doctor sighed as he left the room to do the deed. He found the friend waiting with a basket just outside. No words were spoken as he simply handed the baby over and walked away.

The friend then proceeded to the orphanage and dropped the baby off after knocking on the door. A tall man soon opened the door and saw a sleeping Raymond on his doorstep with a letter attached. He took the baby inside and read the letter.

Man: Little Raymond Black

He said as he looked down and smiled at the sleeping baby.

Man: My names William Kent and I'm gonna be your guardian from today . And your gonna have lots of older brothers and sisters .

William looked at the new addition to the Orphanage a while longer before he put him down in an wooden crib .

William: Sleep well little one

A few hour later Ray was able to rouse himself from his slumber.

' Ok so I'm in a orphanage now. I need to think about what my next steps are. First I need to figure out what city I'm in and what year it is . It should be 1967 , and seeing as I asked to be born 20 years before Oliver Queen that woman should have put me in Starling City . Well let's see .... I think I should restart my Martial arts training as soon as possible. In my previous life I'd attained black belts in six disciplines Krav Maga , Muyi Thai , Jiu Jistu, Shotokan , Jeet Kune Do and Kenjustu. I need to refamiliarize myself with these if I'm gonna finish my self created Martial Art. I'm also gonna need money and contacts if I'm gonna survive and live a good life in this universe '

'So many things to do and I haven't even gotten to the magic yet. This is gonna be so exciting '

If Will looked over he'd see a baby grinning in his old oak wood crib .
