A 17 year old guy called Colson from Earth gets a second chance at life, but in a completely different world with different customs and new creatures. Lets see what his journey will bring us and what he will achieve as the twin of Green in Pallet Town ______________________________ This fanfic is made by me on this account. If seen anywhere else, it's a copy and paste. Colson will not limit himself to the gyms in Kanto and will join another league! But you will have to find out your self :) Pokemon is owned by Pokemon co, and the only thing I own are the MC and my OCs. Im a busy boy so don't expect a stable upload schedule but I will try my best to upload a few chapters a week. Also no colour or talent system. This story will be based on the anime with a sprinkle of the games and a pinch of au. Things like ways of evolving, the age of some characters, move mechanics, and what Pokemon can mega will be different. Comment if I made a grammar mistake as it's my first time writing any stories outside of the quick narratives I wrote at school.
My name is Colson and I'm dead.
I have been for a while now. I have been in this black void for who knows how long. Losing track of time ever since I counted to 10 minutes.
Im not sure what happened to me or how I died as I seem to have forgotten all my personal memories and a bit about my family like who is in it, and just kept things like what my hobbies or likes were like game knowledge.
I still remember some of my memories of being ignored. It never escalated into bullying, physically or mentally, but it still affected me.
Being a little isolated by people and having a few friends, but from what I can remember I enjoyed my time with them. They were great.
Being called a nerd or being made fun of because of me being a little different wasn't that bad, but it still affected me, making it hard for me to socialise. But enough of this dialogue talk, where is this place?
This place really is ridiculous; being in the middle of a pitch black area gets to you after a certain point. Without any body to move myself in or to look in any other different direction, it's just me lifelessly thinking about the memories I had left.
Ya know, I always thought being reincarnated into different worlds would be cool. But now, realising how stupid I would be to do that, being reborn into Naruto or One Piece, for example. Maybe if I was hit by the famous truck-kun I would have been Isekaid or what those mangas said with cheats (The MC is about 17)
I was an above average person. I was known as talented, smart, calm, and creative. With my edict memory studying wasn't as hard for me as it was for others. My family consisted of my parents, a brother, a sister and I. I usually played a lot of CS:GO, Valorant, Rocket League, and other survival games likes Minecraft with friends to escape reality and have fun.
In this void, I'm a ball of light, cool, right? I mean, I don't get a body here, so it makes sense, I guess. Im surprisingly calm for someone who just died sometime ago, for some reason I never panicked. So I guess I already accepted the situation when I somehow got here.
There's also that old man back there sitting there in the distance.
Wait, there was an old man there?
When did that happen, well; I'm somehow drifting closer to him, so I just gotta wait a little bit.
Slowly but surely after a while I arrive at the table, and for the first time in this world of darkness I am able to speak.
"Hello?" I managed to croak out uncomfortably.
"Hoh? I've been waiting for you for a little bit now boy. Typically you should have already been next to me but there has been some problems im guessing. But now that you're here im guessing that you wan't to know where you are right?" The old man speaks softly.
"Yeah I don't seem to remember any of my personal memories like my family"
"Young man im gonna give you a choice, Im able to send you to 3 different places. Hell, Heaven, or a different world. Also yes I can put you into any of those anime worlds you are thinking about. Before you ask you're able to regain you're personal memories once you die again and get put into Heaven."
'What if I go into hell will I still get my personal memories!' Colson gulps, panicking, inwardly, making the old man chuckle. 'Calm down Colson this is you're chance at a new life to be something more."
"Hoho, eager aren't we? Well I will be giving you three wishes, these wishes cannot be someone too overpowered like for example like in one of those animes being a saiyan or have the rinnegan. But for now you have choice where to reincarnate or transmigrate to, don't worry this doesn't affect you're wishes." Colson, hearing this, starts to think to himself what would be useful to fulfil his ambitions.
"I've decided!" Colson shouts after a while, making the old man perk up.
"I want to reincarnate into the world of Pokemon in Pallet town as a boy." The old man hearing this nods and speaks.
"I can make it so you will be the same age as the main character and makes your looks pretty handsome without a wish so you can actually get a girlfriend this life." Colson hearing this, starts to cough and starts saying in his mind, low blow, low blow. Colson regaining his confidence, says his first wish.
