Predator - 1

The tall man who had decimated the entire team of Bucky also arrived at the scene at this moment. Looking at Bucky, he let out a small laugh.

"I guess even with a new arm, he cannot fight someone like you. Can he?"

This man was the snake who had escaped before its nest was destroyed. The last winter soldier. After escaping his death years ago, he had gone through a miraculous journey and now he was more dangerous than anything.

With a body enhanced again with Subdermal Titanium Body Armor that made it impossible for bullets to hurt him and Bio-Mech Brain Booster Chip designed to enhance him to be a more agile and faster and quick thinker, he is now nothing like a winter soldier but more like a predator let loose among humans to hunt.

"Let's go. We got him." Taskmaster replied before grabbing Bucky and throwing him to the Predator.

"Sure." The tall man said after catching Bucky. Looking closely at the face that haunted him multiple times in his nightmares, the face of the man who stole everything from him, the tall man gave a dangerous grin. He without saying anything threw Bucky over his shoulders and carried him out.

The Taskmaster planted some time bombs across the facility and gave it a time of 20 minutes. After setting everything up, both nodded to each other and left the compound.

Less than 5 minutes later, they were already near their drop point. There is already a better version of Quinjet waiting for them. However, their escape is cut short suddenly.

"BOOOOOOM!"

Knight Commander Steve rogers jumped directly from his Quinjet after getting the visuals from the remaining Falcon Drones and landed directly ahead of them blocking their path. It is the classic 'Hero' landing pose.

"Before we start, I want to say, you made the biggest mistake you can!" Steve said loudly while taking off his helmet. His shield activated on his other arm, and he threw his helmet to one side. Stretching his neck and his arms, he suddenly took off towards the Predator.

Predator dropped Bucky to the ground and gave a big smile. "Good!", he said before taking his guns out from his back and started shooting at Steve. Steve evaded the bullets with his shield and increased his speed and directly hit the Predator.

However, this strong attack only pushed the Predator a few steps back as he already had dropped his empty guns and used his arms to stop Steve from the direct hit.

Meanwhile, Steve who just collided with Predator suddenly turned back and used his shield to stop the incoming attack from the Taskmaster. Taskmaster used her long sword to attack the energy shield multiple times and Steve is only able to protect himself at the last minute.

"SWOOSH!" A strong 180-degree arc with her blade hit Steve directly at his shield effectively breaking the entire arm guard. The power behind the sword attack is enough to push Steve back to his feet.

"SWOOSH!" Another sword attack and this time it is a straight cut from the top and Steve used the opportunity to dodge at closer range and hit the Taskmaster with a Calf Kick forcing her to go down on one knee and then hitting her straight on her face with a strong left hook almost breaking her entire jawline.

The minute Taskmaster fell to the ground, Steve reacted immediately and ducked down to avoid a sudden bullet shot from the Predator. It was the battle instinct trained on the bloody grounds of WW2 that protected him. Predator came running while his gun kept firing and Steve had to make a backflip to avoid the attacks.

Catching the fallen sword of Taskmaster, Steve suddenly used it and threw it directly at Predator catching him off guard. The sword hit the Predator at his chest but thankfully his enhanced skin prevented any major damage to his body.

"Too close!" Just as he is feeling lucky, Predator is hit by a strong butterfly kick and thrown a few steps back. Steve's attack landed perfectly this time making Predator feel his head is ringing because of the kick.

However, before Steve could do any more damage, Taskmaster ran towards him and jumped on his body and caught Steve in a choke. She is like a deadly snake coiled around Steve with her legs locked on his chest, her hands choking him out of his breadth and her suit giving her extra power to hold Steve at her mercy.

Predator in the meantime managed to find his balance and he saw the situation unfolding in front of him at this moment. Without wasting time, he put enough strength in his right arm and hit Steve directly on his face with an uppercut that made Steve lose his footing.

This punch also made the taskmaster lose her grip on the choke and Steve at his instincts, jumped backwards on the ground putting all his weight on the Taskmaster breaking her suit from the back.

The suit that Taskmaster wore had enough damage and protection measures, but the combined weight of Steve and Taskmaster broke many connections from the spinal exoskeleton network.

Freeing himself, Steve rolled onto one side and jumped on his feet. Looking at the Predator who is charging at him, Steve kicked the fallen Taskmaster making her fly and collide with the coming Predator. Both the opponents were down on the ground and Steve ran for Bucky.

Finding his friend safe and without any major injury, Steve took a breath of relief.

"Get up Buddy. We have a fight to finish." Steve used his suit to give Bucky a slight jolt that made Bucky open his eyes in an instant.

"Is it over?" Bucky just asked looking at his friend's face.

Steve looked back at the attackers and saw both getting up without any major injury.

"Not even close," Steve said before grabbing one hand of Bucky to lift him to his feet. Now, the fight became even for both teams. 2 Genetically and mechanically enhanced individuals fighting the same kind of people.
