Chapter 4: Strange pair

They were about to forcefully drag Zuli away when they heard their older brother say in a monotone voice.

"Happy birthday"

Everyone: "-"

They are all stunned and their jaws dropped to the floor, Little Zuli likes beautiful things and everyone knows about it, that's why they don't have to ask the reason why she approached Cai.

Little Zuli returned the book to him and sat down by his side, she smiles brightly at him and asks.

"Big brother, what is your name? Can I call you handsome? "

Cai respond again with his "handsome" blank face, "No"

Cai then continued speaking,

"Call me big brother handsome, I'm older than you"

Everyone was left speechless "What a strange pair," they thought.

The twins look at each other with a strange look in their eyes and said in their hearts resentfully,

"He was shameless!"

Since then, little Zuli followed Cai everywhere like a little ghost. Cai even snapped at her many times but little Zuli will only cry for today and will be back tomorrow with her signature smiling face.

Until Cai finally gets tired of her pestering and just lets her be. Little Zuli was a very talkative little girl. She can even talk all day long without being tired.

Cai is like a crown prince in the Eckhart family. They trained him to have a character of a leader, yet in the end, he chose to be an actor.

Though the Eckhart family is strict, they would always support their children to pursue their dreams.

Cai's parents were very fond of little Zuli, not only because she is beautiful and talented but because she is the only person who can endure their son's temper.

Though the Eckhart family is aware of the possibility that she might have leukemia in the future, they were still very excited to have her as their future Daughter in law. The Williams lives in the suburbs, away from the bustling city of the capital. While Eckart chose to live in the capital for business purposes.

The Eckart family Only visits the Williams at several gatherings and on special occasions. But Little Zuli never changes her attitude towards Cai.

Thinking about it now, Zuli felt like she swallowed a fly. Her throat almost burst from talking so much nonsense, how can she? A young princess endured such hardship just to please that guy, she feels like she wasted her childhood. Zuli closes her blue eyes for a moment and opens them again with determination, this time she will set things straight.

'Why settle for one man if you only live once, in this life she planned to date guys as many as possible?'

Thinking about the future, Zuli has a sinister glint in her eyes.

"Little miss! Little miss!"

When she heard this scream, she almost jumps up in fright. Patting her chest lightly she turns around to see her little nanny running toward her.

"What is it? You almost scared this young lady to death." Panting, Linda gives her a small smile and answers slowly.

"Ohm! I finally found you! Young master Cai! Young Master Cai! Is already here, aren't you going to welcome him?"

Zuli merely gives her a sidelong glance before replying nonchalantly. "No, who's going to welcome that guy?"

She then snorted coldly, "and who would want to see his face? I'd rather stare at a dog than look at his face."

Linda coughs violently, she almost choked on her saliva. 'Did she just compare Young Master Cai's face, to a dog?'

And isn't she the one who emphasizes that she needs to inform her quickly if young master Cai arrives?

She looks puzzled then, she dumbly asks.

"Miss are you still sick?"

Zuli's mouth twitches a little, "No....why?"

Zuli asked, raising her brow she added. "Do I look sick to you?".

Linda was left Speechless,

"-"

'So why are you acting weird then?' she thought in her mind.

Linda could only bite the bullet, giving a look that says "I'm an idiot don't mind me" face. she answered,

"No"

Nodding her head in satisfaction, Zuli replied calmly.

"I saw him in the pavilion with grandpa, but I don't care anymore. so don't even bother mentioning his name from now on!"

Linda was stunned, she almost believes that she heard wrongly.

Slowly Standing, Zuli didn't even bother to look at her petrified nanny and continued walking in the direction of the mansion.

Her Little Nanny Linda is only 18 years old. Her mother is the housekeeper of the mansion. They grow up together as playmates and Zuli treats Linda as her older sister. Zuli is always thankful for her elder sister. Linda even decided to learn medicine for herself, thinking it might be useful in the future. Zuli's nose feels sour she almost can't stop her tears from falling, but she tried to hold them in. She will repay her elder sister Linda in this life.

Looking at the disappearing figure of her little miss, Linda finally gets back to her senses. Calling Young Master Cai, a dog is like asking for a beating. Linda was almost frightened to death, Even imagining that demonic face of his made Linda shuddered.

"Will…. my young lady lost a limb or two?"

Even though Williams is a powerful family but compared to the Eckart family, the disparity is still there. Linda felt the cold sweat running through her back. Hastening her footsteps to catch up. Linda arrives immediately at her Young Miss's side and reprimanded softly.
