Chapter 5: Calling him husband

"Young Miss, can you not be that silly. I thought you like Young Master Cai very much that you even call him husband when you sleep."

Hearing her little nanny blubbering about, Zuli's mouth twitched.

Cai was sometimes forced to visit Williams's mansion because Little Zuli will complain to her grandpa.

Demanding that she wants to go to the capital to see her big brother handsome. If her request is ineffective, she will then throw a tantrum all day.

Old Grandpa Jerome's headache, left with no choice he can only thicken his face and call his old friend to send his eldest grandson to pacify his granddaughter. Since Cai is studying, he can only visit her once or twice a month.

Zuli's villainous laughter echoed through the area. Hearing her laugh like that, Linda who was walking beside her felt that her young miss today is quite scary, yesterday she was full of praises to the Young Master.

And now however her young lady is mocking him for following her around and even calling him a dog.

Something isn't right! Isn't she the one who's pestering Young Master Cai all along?

Linda got an eerie feeling that her young lady is different today, what went wrong?

'Maybe she's still sick, that fever last night didn't burn her brain, right?' she thought in her heart.

The Williams mansion is near the lake so they only need to walk for a couple of minutes before they reach the garden. When the pair reach the Garden, Zuli suddenly asked.

"How's my dress, is it ready yet?"

Coughing twice Linda replied courtly.

"Yes! Young Miss, Mr. Mark is already waiting in the fitting room."

"Oh, how about my first uncle? is he coming?"

Linda froze for a moment and replied awkwardly.

"I'm not sure yet but I've already sent the invitation"

Zuli face crumpled after hearing this. it's anticipated that her Great Grandpa is unhappy with Grandpa Jerome, but how can he stop her little uncle from coming to celebrate her birthday? Zuli snorted coldly

"Great-grandpa is stubborn. How long is he going to throw a tantrum? It's already been so long since Grandma married Grandpa. can he just at least compromise a little for this lovely great-granddaughter of his. How can he let this beautiful lady lose face?"

Linda was speechless with her narcissistic words. She's trying to consider and convince herself, that her Young Miss only likes young master Cai a little and loves herself the most. Why does she feel a little sorry for young master Cai?

Her uncle Liam is the first son of her grandmother's younger brother and is only 22 this year. she likes this little uncle of hers, he's very generous when it comes to gifts. In her last life, he even gave her a private villa when she completed high school.

The garden where the party was being held, it's already packed with people. Some with military uniforms, tuxedos, and lovely dresses. In the corner of the garden, there sat a very handsome man, twirling a glass of wine.

Although his face is unbearably handsome, no one dares to go near him. That guy is none other than the first young master of the Eckart family, Cai Nicholas Eckart. He just sat there motionless; he is clearly in a bad mood. Despite his terrifying aura, some girls are still boldly staring at him hungrily, like they would pounce on him, at any moment.

Some even ask with interest,

"Hey isn't that young master Cai? Ughh he looks so handsome in person!"

The others gathered in the corner and started whispering,

The girl in the white dress screamed excitedly, she hesitated to ask,

The girl in white is stunned, clearly not understanding the meaning behind their words. The others could only shake their heads.

The girl in a red dress spoke,

"Forget it! didn't you know that he is ruthless? Even if you get close to him by a meter to ask for his autograph, what if he snapped suddenly, and kick you out of the party! What will you do?"

"I.... that scary?? forget it then, it's fine if I can watch his face from afar." the others also nodded their heads in approval.

The girls started murmuring to themselves, though many were staring at him, Cai didn't even bother looking at them, nor did he want to talk to them.
