Chapter 13

In the middle of the mall, Joy, Tim, Mark and Riko kept whispering to their earpiece for the other two member but still hasn't got a respond

"Arghhh, this is a waste of time"

Riko complained while using his earth power to summon a bunch of small human figure and deforming them

Suddenly they hear something from their earpiece

"Listen up all of you, there is a similar situation in other place so we the generals will be leaving the mall, kill the evolved and group up with the survivor and head to the south gate to rendezvous with Charlie team"

"We should start now Mark, four of us should be able to kill the creature" Tim suggest

"Fine" Mark helplessly replied and continue "I'll take command from here, Riko make some earth dolls and send them inside of that store to scout the creature, Tim, and joy prepare on either side of the entrance

Nodding, all of them get into position

Soon a crudely made earth doll went inside the store but got punched through in an instant

"Around 2 meter after the entrance that means the monster is on guard against us coming in" Mark remark

"Riko, make a earth grenade and throw it inside"

"Earth grenade? My control of earth is not that good though, but i think i can make it, the downside is there is no explosion and the earth ball that i throw will eject spike"

Focusing on his mind, Riko conjure an earth ball on his arm, although it took around 1 minute to finish it at last he finished it.

Coming closer to the store he fling it inside the store

The monster seeing an earth ball coming to the store grabs it with his arm wanting to throw it back outside but before he can throw it back the spike activate

WOOSHH!

ARGHHH!!

With a loud shout the monster came out with his right arm mangled and saw two people standing quite a distance from it

But before he could chase them suddenly there was two swords coming from his left and right, although he raise his hand to block them but the speed of Tim and Joy is not to be scoff at.

Two deep mark appears on the monster body

Using the momentum the monster disregard of his wound and throw his left arm to Tim on the right.

Not expecting the counter especially considering the monster right arm is mangled Tim is caught off guard

Swinging his sword he manage to block the punch with his sword, but the power behind a T2 enhancement is no joke.

Tim went flying like an arrow with his sword snapped

"TIMM!!" Joy screamed and swing his sword to the monster back drawing another deep gash and then retreat

The monster looked back to see Joy regrouping with Mark and Riko

"Riko, go to Tim while i attack the monster" Shouted Joy

"No don't, I hear footsteps all around us, the zombies should get here soon" Mark rejected Joy's idea

"But what about Tim, he is our comrade" Joy said with tears in his eyes
