Ch 9 : Strawhat is coming

" Finally... it felt really bad for not taking a bath for a few days..."

Later that night, Rain used the money he "obtained" from the Casino to book a high-class hotel in the Rainbase.

After a few days of harsh traveling and training, Rain intended to use this day for rest, and he didn't want anyone to disturb him.

But just the moment Rain was about to touch the bed, a voice suddenly came from the side.

" Hoo, so the great immortal venerable Mr. Rain also have some moment like this, huh? I thought you were someone who had cleared off from human emotion. Furthermore, stealing using your ability... I don't think that is something that a Great Immortal venerable like you should do.."

Rain turned his head to the side only to see a small mouth appear out of nowhere.

As Rain saw this, he couldn't help but sigh inwardly.

This woman, just when will she let him go?

It has been a few days, but in these few days, Nico Robin somehow always has a way to get in touch with Rain.

" Ant... Don't test my patience. I'm a bit lenient until now, but do you think-"

In the end, Rain could only pretend that he didn't hear anything.

Rain ignored Robin and just went to sleep on his bed, but Robin didn't have any dissatisfaction in her heart.

In fact, seeing Rain like this, she just wanted to tease him up more.

These past few days where Robin observed Rain, she had somehow grasped.Rain's character, and it was someone that she could bother to trust. If not, there's no way someone as fickle as Robin would continuously follow Rain.

Watching Rain sleep now had somehow become Robin's new hobby as she felt she could forget all her problems when she saw that innocent face sleeping.

Every time Robin saw Rain, she always got the feeling that Rain was not from this world. He was just way too innocent, and the way he was looking at this world was different from other people, and it made Robin quickly gain interest in Rain.

The night closed with Robin watching Rain sleeping, but without her knowing, someone was actually not able to sleep, afraid that Robin would come and molest him in his sleep.

' Please go... you are scaring me, you know...'

Few weeks later, Rain was reading the newspaper in his hotel room.

Recently, all Rain does was just reading the newspaper, train his body and ability, or sleep.

There was almost no entertainment in One Piece world, and other than reading newspapers to see the current progress of the world, there was nothing else that Rain could do here.

He actually wanted to go to the sea, but Rain had decided that he would wait for the straw hats to take down Crocodile first before he went to the sea.

He being teleported to Alabasta must not be without reason, and for some other way, getting acquainted with the Son of the plane was not a bad idea.

Rain continued reading the newspaper in his hand, but then, he found there was something interesting written in the newspaper.

Monkey D.Luffy, Strawhat, Bounty Thrity million belis.

The name of Luffy was finally placed on the newspaper, and that means it wouldn't be long until Luffy reached Alabasta.

The One Piece timeline was never really specified, but from his guess, it won't be longer than a few weeks until Luffy and the Strawhats come to Alabasta.

Worthy of the Son of the plane, it took him no longer than a few months to beat a Sichibukai, and a few years later, he would already have the power to take down a Yonko.

Rain was reading this full of enthusiasm.

The gear of fate of this world has finally happened, and it also wouldn't be long until he makes his own move.

For himself, Rain actually had his own plan. He wouldn't take the same road as Luffy. But Rain believed that in the end, the two would cross paths.

Kamui Kamui no Mi was something that was clearly out of this world, and even though the current Rain was still not able to fully utilize Kamui Kamui no Mi, Rain believed that it wouldn't take that long for him to reach the vice admiral or admiral level.
