Dressrosa Plans

Galan was sitting at his desk as Dragon said "I already sent Sabo to Dressrosa, he might've been there for a while now." Galan nodded and replied "Issho is on Dressrosa, I can rest assured that he will not allow Doflamingo to succeed. Issho is one of my best Admirals, he's very serious and his interests are in line with ours. However, to ask him to join the Revolutionaries is impossible, have Sabo take a slightly hostile approach."

Dragon nodded and scratched his chin, saying "Alright, but if they can communicate then I would rather not have a conflict." Galan replied "This is possible, but highly unlikely. Issho is very particular about Justice, he might not see the Revolutionaries as justice but chaos, however, he will never kill someone who isn't evil. Your son is also on Dressrosa."

Dragon didn't care at all, replying "I expected as much, who can make so many waves if not for my son! Hahaha! He's just like me!" Galan paused and Olvia laughed, covering her mouth as Galan said with a vein throbbing on his forehead, "This is serious, Dragon." Dragon retorted, "Who said I wasn't serious? That boy isn't evil! He's done a better job than the Marines! What I'm saying is, you don't have to worry about Doflamingo because that kid will surely take him down. This is my confidence as a father."

Galan corrected "An absent father, mind you." Dragon was speechless for a moment before retorting angrily "Still a father! How is your daughter?! Oh, right! Beating the shit out of Pirates in the New World!" Galan didn't talk about this, saying instead, "At any rate, Law and Luffy made an alliance but the newspapers is a trap for them. If you can, have Sabo connect with Luffy."

Dragon snorted "Already done. Also, here's a bit of intel… Doflamingo is holding a tournament and the main prize is the More-More fruit." Galan's breathing stopped and he said seriously "This is very, very dangerous. It must end up in my hands, I can't trust anyone else with this!" Dragon laughed, "I thought you'd say that. You bastard, how come you don't trust me? We've been working together for nearly 30 years!" Galan frowned and explained "I trust you, Dragon. I don't trust whoever gets the fruit. If it falls in my hands, there will never be an issue. In terms of these World Destroying Fruits, the more that fall into my hands, the safer the world. I will take them to the grave."

Dragon snorted gently and grinned "I know, I know, jeez. You're really long windeed sometimes, you know that? I'll have someone send it to you afterwards. Expect a delivery in a week or so." Galan nodded "Understood. Also, I have some news for you. The Snow Logia User was killed, have your men look for it… or maybe you should do it yourself."

Dragon narrowed his eyes and asked humbly "I'll need some help." Galan nodded, "No problem, I have people looking already, there will not be an issue." Dragon let out a breath and smiled "I can always count on you." Galan simply replied "It's what I'm here for." Dragon laughed and hung up.

Galan put the snail back in a secret compartment before pulling out Issho's snail and making a call as Olvia looked at him gently, staying silent, just watching him work. He felt her staring but said nothing.

Issho answered and Galan said "Issho, I assume you've heard the news?" Issho was gambling at the moment and nodded, "Oh, um, yes. Troubling." Galan nodded and replied "Quite. Here's the situation, you will be monitoring Doflamingo and if he steps out of line, I want you to relieve him of his skull."

Issho was startled and Galan added, "Since he refuses to use it for good, then he won't be needing it!" Issho's breathing quickened, "Are you saying…" Galan nodded, "Yes, you can do what you've wanted to do."

Issho's blind eyes trembled and he said gratefully, "Thank you." Galan replied "This is your job. This system is simply absurd in the first place, condoning evil activity for nothing is nonsense! The results with Crocodile are more than enough proof that this system is flawed. It's a detriment to our operations. Even the new Emperor came to be because of it! I expect a flawless execution, Issho."

Issho smiled gently, "Naturally, Sensei-san." Galan furrowed his brows and said "Don't call me that." Issho nodded, "Of course, Sensei-san. I will get the job done. Oh! And what of the Pirates?" Galan thought about it before saying "If they're evil, they must be wondering what a grave feels like. However, between civilians in danger and some escaping pirates, I expect you to make the correct choice."

Issho heard everything he needed to hear and smiled widely "Understood. Wait for my news." before hanging up.

Galan put the snail away and frowned before making another call, "Ryuga, the royal family of Dressrosa. Where are they?" Ryuga was eating in a restaurant on Dressrosa and said "Oh! Boss, you're not gonna believe it…"

Galan frowned, "They shouldn't be…" Ryuga laughed, "But they are! King Riku and Elizabello both joined the Competition for the More More Fruit. Princesses Viola and Scarlet are sneaking around while Kyros is accompanying his daughter, Rebecca."

Galan frowned and muttered "Fools… If Doflamingo finds them-" Ryuga let out an elegant breath, smiling "Mademoiselle~ Another Macchiato and croissant, please~" the maid blushed cutely, giggling "Of course, sir~"

Ryuga chuckled as he spoke to the snail, "Boss, I have Bolin, Lilica, and… Nikolai watching them." Galan didn't speak and Ryuga said "Boss, Nikolai is still the best in my unit! I promise you!" Galan let out a breath from his nose as Olvia touched his arm, nodding gently.

He glanced at her before saying "If it turns belly up…" Ryuga said with extreme seriousness, "I will send you my head on a plate, Boss. I swear it on my wife's grave." Galan closed his eyes and replied "It's not that serious. Don't swear on her grave again, Ryuga. She wouldn't want that."

Ryuga paused and he was filled with warmth, "Yes, boss. I won't. But you can rest assured, there will be no accidents!" Galan nodded and replied "Watch them carefully! Also, you have allies on this operation. The Straw Hat Pirates, Trafalgar Law, and the Revolutionary army… However, if you don't have to reveal yourselves, don't. The Straw Hat boy is very strong."

Ryuga was stunned, "The Boy?!" Galan revealed "He beat Zephyr." Ryuga was horrified and shook, "H-H-H-He WHAT?!" Galan nodded and said "Don't make a scene. It's not a big deal. Zephyr died with his family, he was a shell of his former self. Degenerated to evil. Anyway, I don't want to talk about this. If you see another boy with a top hat and scar over his left eye, you tell him to give you the More More Fruit."

Galan looked at a report, continuing "He has Sakazuki's Magma fruit. I have a deal with Dragon to give him the Snow Logia for this More More Fruit. You have the Snow Fruit?" Ryuga nodded, "Picked it up yesterday."

Galan nodded, "Good, wait a week after the death of Doflamingo and then send it to Dragon. Don't reveal the information to the boy, just take the More fruit from him, tell him I sent you. If he asks questions, tell him it's classified between me and Dragon." Ryuga nodded, "Understood. And Nico Robin?"

Galan's eye twitched and Olvia looked at him as he said "If you see her, tell her you were sent by me to kill her before testing her skills. As long as she can recover after a few days, it'll be fine." Ryuga was troubled and said "Boss… Is this really okay?"

Galan said "It's an order." Ryuga sighed and said "Understood." Galan didn't say anything else about this and ended the conversation with "That's all for now." before hanging up.

Olvia snorted at him and said "Tough on the outside, soft on the inside. You're like… a Chocolate Lava cake." Galan had a vein throb on his forehead as he replied seriously, "You're getting too comfortable… and childish." Olvia crossed her legs and sneered at him, "I'm comfortable with you. I like being childish in front of you, it makes me happy to see your annoyed expression. What are you gonna do about it?"

Galan was silent and she crossed her arms, laughing "Exactly. Hmph! Don't act like you aren't gentle with me when I'm not looking. I know!" Galan frowned and said "You're annoying." while Olvia just laughed happily.
