Chapter 6 : Genos vs Enel

Boom... Boom...

The smoke slowly dissipated, the entire ground cracked, and there were signs of scorched black, but Noel and Genos were unharmed.

The two looked at each other and kicked their left foot. Noel turned into a phantom and swept towards the depths of Angel Island.

Ten minutes later, as they gazed at the palace in front of them and the figure hovering on the ground, Noel couldn't help but smile.

Click, click!!

Looking at Noel and Genos, Enel sneered at the corners of his mouth, then slowly stood up, thunder arcs surrounding him.

"A bunch of fools from Blue Sea, groveling at the feet of the gods..." Enel walked out slowly, looking at Noel and Genos with an arrogant expression.

As soon as the words left his mouth, Genos narrowed his eyes, and the propulsion system under his feet spewed out two flames, propelling him forward, disappearing in an instant.

In the blink of an eye, Genos appeared right behind Enel, slamming his fist directly at his head.

The fist hit Enel's head directly, and half of it disappeared. However, Genos's body was stopped, and he looked at Enel in surprise.

Now he understood why Noel sought out this Thunder Fruit user. It is indeed the strongest Logia Fruit.

"Great speed, but you have offended the gods. Prepare to meet your end..." Enel slowly turned his head, the metal rod in his hand crackling with thunder as he waved it at Genos.

"30 million volts? Thunderbird..."

Crackling, the blue arc constantly flickered, and a large bird formed by thunder and lightning tore directly towards Genos, leaving a trail of thunder arcs in the air.

Seeing the Thunderbird flying towards him, Genos's left foot touched the ground, and he shot out, his body becoming a blur of afterimages.

Aware that Enel was a Thunder Fruit user, Genos knew that ordinary attacks would be useless. They had to engage in close combat and use Armament Haki.

Summoned by Noel, Genos was no exception. He had not only gathered intelligence but also trained in Armament Haki. As for Observation Haki, he didn't need it because he had a sense of life.

Seeing the Thunderbird descending from the sky, raising dust from the ground, and Genos's fist in front of him, Enel sneered inwardly. The people from Blue Sea were foolish; his ability was invincible, and physical attacks were futile.

"Armed—machine gun punch..." Genos shouted loudly, looking at Enel's expression.

In Enel's surprised gaze, his black fist instantly turned purple-red and blasted towards Enel.

With a thunderous collision, Enel's eyes widened, his face contorted, blood spurted from his mouth, and he looked at Genos in disbelief as he was blown away.

Bang, bang, bang!!!

Breaking two stone pillars, Enel got up from the ground, wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth, and looked at Genos in shock. How could this kid have attacked him?

"Unforgivable, 60 million volts? Thunder Dragon..." Seeing the blood oozing from his injuries, Enel's face turned ugly. He beat the taiko drums on both shoulders with his hands.

The entire palace was bathed in thundering light, crackling sounds reverberating as a Thunder Dragon swiftly lunged at Genos.

Seeing the approaching Thunder Dragon, Genos stomped his left foot on the ground, flames erupting from his feet, and his body turned into a blur of afterimages.

Rubble flew, and a terrifying shockwave swept around. The two clashed continuously, their battle causing the ground to crack further, one black and one blue light colliding.

The two collided in mid-air, roaring, their impacts echoing across all of Angel Island. Noel was slightly surprised. Enel had actually grown stronger during the battle.

Indeed, Enel had become more powerful. He wasn't a fool; he knew that Genos could attack him and had to defend himself.

"Is this the same Enel from the original story, or is it the butterfly effect?" Noel watched them closely, feeling surprised.

Indeed, Thunder Fruit's abilities were incredibly powerful, with both formidable attack and speed. Even though Genos had Armament Haki, he couldn't easily defeat Enel.

"As expected... anime can't be trusted... reality is a different beast." Noel took a deep breath, then shook her head slightly. This Enel was a formidable opponent; three Luffys wouldn't be enough to defeat him.

The surrounding floors exploded, and both combatants were battered. Genos's clothing was in tatters, and his body showed signs of scorching, with metal parts exposed.

Enel was panting as well; Genos had shattered the taiko drum on his left shoulder, and blood trickled from a gash on his left cheek.

"Damn it..." Enel glared at Genos angrily.

Through their battle, he had come to realize that Genos was no ordinary human; he seemed more like a machine and felt no pain at all.

Furthermore, when Genos's fist turned purple-red, he could hurt him. If this continued, he might be worn down to defeat.

Step, step!!

The sound of footsteps reached their ears gently. Enel's expression changed; he had almost forgotten that there was another person from Blue Sea—Noel.

He no longer believed that his elementalization was invincible. Although he didn't know the extent of Noel's abilities, if Genos could harm him, perhaps Noel could as well.

Shoo!!

Noel's eyes flashed, and he vanished from his spot, reappearing in front of Enel in an instant, his fist aiming squarely at him.

"Gravity... tenfold..."
