105 Chapter 105

'Found it!'

I jumped through a small hole in the Hydra's attack, letting me completely dodge its attack and giving me a chance to hit Magellan.

I turned my right hand into a Dragon Claw and used Soru again to arrive in front of him in an instant. I put two fingers in his left eye and one in his mouth. I used all my strength and completely destroyed his jaw and left eye.

"AAAAHHHHH!!!"

I took this chance to pick up my spear while doing my best to ignore the pain from touching the poison.

'I should attack from his left side since he can't see anything from that side anymore. I'll go right for his throat.'

"Venom Demon: Jigoku no Shinpan!"

Before I could do anything, the Hydra disappeared, and instead of him being covered in purple poison, the poison turned red. His size started increasing till he melted the ceiling and went right through it.

"BOOM!" [SFX: Ground getting destroyed]

He destroyed the ceiling, which gave me a good look at this Devil.

'This poison isn't like his previous one. If my guess is right, he has different types of poisons. And this one must be his strongest one.'

'I'll finish this in one attack.'

I focused my Kenbunshoku Haki to find a hole in his defense.

'There!'

I jumped into the air and appeared on his left side. I aimed my spear at his throat, and I then used all my power to throw it.

"WOOSH!" [SFX: Spear flying through the air]

"BAM!" [SFX: Fist hitting body]

"PUCHI!" [SFX: Stab]

I sent my spear flying towards his throat. He managed to punch me before I could dodge him. I got sent flying into the and blacked out.

"ARGH!"

I woke up with a lot of pain. When I opened my eyes, I saw a lifeless Magellan with a spear through his throat.

I breathed out a sigh of relief.

'It seems like all that training wasn't for nothing. And I felt as if my Kenbunshoku Haki broke through a new level.'

I walked over to his body and grabbed my spear out of his throat.

"You were a strong opponent. This is the first time that I felt like I might actually die beside the spars with Ken. I will remember this moment when I'm standing next to Ken and Ace on the top."

I turned around and walked out of the office. I suddenly got assaulted by immense heat.

'So this is how hot Level 4: Blazing Hell is.'

"Huff." [SFX: Panting]

I looked over at who is panting so loudly and saw Ace sitting next to a charred body. Ace's body I filled with cuts.

"It seems like both of us had a hard time."

"You look like some red dragon came on you." said Ace

"Huh?"

I looked at my body and saw that I was soaked with the red poison.

"AAAHHH!!!"

I fell to the ground and started screaming from pain.

"Sabo!"

"Don't touch me!"

'Shit, I couldn't feel the pain because of the adrenaline rush.'

Deuce, Urouge, and Brook suddenly appeared next to me. They must have defeated everyone on Level 3.

"What happened here?" asked Deuce

"That's Chief Warden Magellan's strongest poison. Normally it kills everyone within seconds, so I'm impressed that he is still alive. There should be an antidote in his office. The poison is called Kinjite." said one of the prisoners

Unlike the other prisoners, he seems like he doesn't have a hard time in this hot prison. He isn't even sweating.

"I will go and look." said Brook

He disappeared.

"Ace, give me your dagger." said Deuce

Ace handed it to him without any questions. Deuce started to use the backside of the dagger to get all the poison off of me. He did it so fast that he was already done in a minute. And that's also when Brook came back with a small vile. Deuce started doing a couple of tests with the antidote, and 5 minutes later, he poured it into my mouth. I immediately felt all the pain go away.

I stood up and started stretching my body. I felt in tip-top shape again.

"Thank you, Prisoner, for helping me out. Two of my crew members will be coming here and freeing you guys, so just wait for them."

He didn't say anything, and the 5 of us went on our way to Level 5. We killed everyone who tried to stop us.

[Ken P.O.V.]

I'm in Level 6, and I'm looking at all the prisoners. A shadow portal suddenly spawned above me, and I caught the keys falling out of it.

"Who are you, and how did you manage to get down here?" asked Avalo Pizarro

He was a Corrupt King from an island in the North Blue.

"My name is Ken. A Pirate with a 600 million berry bounty, and I'm almost certain that I'm above Monkey D. Dragon as the most hated man by the World Government."

(An: Not wanted. Monkey D. Dragon is still a more significant threat. Ken is just a pain in the ass.)

I threw Newspapers with me on the frontline in the middle for everyone to see. Almost everyone here had a surprised look.

"I don't have much time, so I'll make it quick. Who here is willing to bow his head to me and call me their Captain."

It was quiet till someone started jumping excitedly.

"Let me join, let me join. My name is Doha Ittanka II. Let me join."

Doha Ittanka is an extremely large man, appearing similar in size to a giant. He has very long and bushy hair and is missing several teeth. He wears a standard prison jumpsuit and has chains shackling his wrists.

'This guy is so easy to read. He is a more expressive version of Laffitte.'

"That's 1."

"Ey Ken, what happened to Magellan and Hannyabal? It will be hard to get out of here with those two guarding this place." asked Shiryu

Shiryu is a tan man of notable height, at 3,4 meters/11,1 foot. He has a longish face with a wide-bridged nose, a full-lipped mouth, and a wide, jutting, flat-ended chin. Unlike the other prisoners, he is still wearing his normal clothes. Or his Head Jailer clothes, I should say.

"They're probably dead by now. And that includes most of the Impel Down Staff, Jailer Beasts, and other Beast Guards."

"Aren't you afraid that they will send an Admiral here?"

"My crew mate already jammed all the signals, so this place is completely offline, and I'm sure you know about the 3-hour safe period."

He smiled.

"My name is Shiryu. I'm an ex-Head Jailer. I'd never follow someone who is stupid, so count me in, Captain."

"Count me in too." said Avalo Pizarro

'What a bastard. Does he think that I can't sense his killing intent? And his emotions are also telling me that he wants to betray me.'

"BAM!" [SFX: Gun shot]

I shot him right through his head, killing him in an instance. All the prisoners put up their guards.

"I'm not stupid. I've done my research on all of you. If I'm not able to trust you enough, I will kill you. Now, who else wants to join me and be loyal."

"My name is Dobby Ibadonbo. I'm willing to serve if you treat me like a crew member, or you might as well kill me right now."

Ibadonbo is a tan-skinned, muscular man with a pointed nose, slightly-protruding brow, sharp jaw, and upward-pointed ears. He has circles under his eyes, a large scar on his right cheek, a fish-shaped tattoo on his forehead above his right eye, and his right arm is covered in tattoos. He wears golden earrings and a prison uniform.

"I see my crew as family, so you don't have to worry about that."

He smiled.

"That's all I wanted to know, Captain."

"Murunfuffuffu. Family, huh. You sound like that old man." said Catarina Devon

Caterina Devon is an extremely tall, pale-skinned, and well-endowed woman with her hair in a set of girlish pigtails. Her face has wrinkles, a sloping forehead, a long witch-like nose, a devilish grin, and a square jaw.

'It's not like I'm a harem protagonist, so I don't need to care about looks.)

"You talking about Whitebeard? Well, I'm not the oldest, so I can't call anyone my son or daughter, but I guess it's almost the same. Is there a problem with that?"

"What will you do if someone kills or captures one of your family?"

"Make a plan to take revenge or save them."

"You're smart and cute. It will be fun to join you, Captain."

"As long as you don't get any weird idea's you're welcome."

I looked at the giant, Sanjuan Wolf. He will be perfect on the giant's ship.

"You're Sanjuan Wolf, right?"

He nodded.

"Would you like to join?"

He nodded again.

"Good."

I looked at Vasco Shot.

'He will be too troublesome to keep under control. And I've already recruited the people I wanted. The crimes of the rest are just so bad that even the Devil wouldn't want them in hell.'

I unsheathed Shusui.

My sword moved so fast that it left after images. When I stopped moving, all the prisoners except for the ones I recruited fell dead.

"You're smart and strong. It was a good decision to join you." said Shiryu

I smiled and freed all of them.

"Murunfuffuffu! I can finally pay that bastard back for putting me here." said Catarina

"This isn't the time to think about revenge. We have to go into hiding for a little bit. And you can only get revenge after making a good plan. After all, the person you're talking about managed to get you in here and has been training ever since. While you've been here doing nothing but rotting away."

She looked irritated but seemed to understand.

I took out an hourglass from my pocket and looked at how long we have left.

"Let's wait here and get to know each other. Once my crew is done cleaning this place up, we'll be able to leave right away."

No one seemed to have any objections.

'Good, they already trust my abilities enough to listen to me.'

We started introducing ourselves while waiting for my crew.
