Chapter 2

Emerald's P.O.V.

The scene in front of me was a comical one and I wasn't sure if laughing would appropriate or not. In front of us were 7 handsome men but the boys next to me were frozen. No one said anything as everyone was shocked. My 6 kids were surprised seeing so many guests and the guests were surprised seeing me and Jayden. I could tell by the way most of their heads kept on moving between Jayden and me.

Jayden slowly walked towards one of the men who just entered and tilted his head at him. The man copied his action cocking an eyebrow at him.

"It's you!" Jayden stated.

Everyone in the room looked surprised at him. The man, who I noticed had his left arm in a sling, chuckled nervously, "Nope, what are you talking about kid? I don't know you."

Jayden narrowed his little eyes at him and tried looking intimidating. (Failing horribly to do so since he's so damn adorable!) "Ahjussi, you shouldn't lie. It's a sin. I know it's you."

(Suga + Jin = Sin! No? Okay)

Ahh, I taught him well!

"Yoongi hyung, you know this kid?" The smallest one of the men asked.

The man let out a groan in frustration. "Aish!" And sat down on his knees in front of Jayden, "what do you want kid?"

"The guitar." My eyes widened at the immediate and confident answer.

"Not happening." The man, who now I knew as Yoongi, narrowed his eyes at Jayden.

"I'll tell them." Jayden copied his expression.

"You wouldn't dare."

"But I will."

"Guitar lessons." Yoongi negotiated.

"Your shoulder hasn't healed yet."

"I'll teach you how to write songs."

Jayden shook his head, "Too young."

"Basketball?"

"I prefer football."

"BTS tickets?"

"TXT fan and corona."

Yoongi sighed loudly, "You're killing me kid."

"But I sa-" Jayden's voice was muffed as Yoongi clasped his hand in front of his mouth and chuckled nervously looking around, "How about we discuss this privately? Man to man?"

Jayden nodded and led him to the corner where he was playing games with the boys a while ago. I was a little concerned but since my babies seem to know the man I will trust him for now.

"Okay, what was that?" the man with dimples asked and everyone shrugged.

"Anyway, sorry for dropping by unannounced guys. The maknaes were bored and since we hadn't got a chance to visit you guys in a while we thought we'd surprise you." The same man said.

The boys immediately shook their heads seeming flustered and stood up to greet them. "It's completely fine RM sunbaenim. We're happy to see you all here. Please sit." They quickly made space and soon enough everyone was sitting either on a couch or on the carpeted floor.

"Ah, sorry I totally forgot to introduce you all," Soobin apologized embarrassed. "This is Emerald noona. She is our friend and stylist. She also lives in this building."

The men bowed in greeting and I bowed back.

"Noona these are BTS sunbaenims." I let out an 'ooo' sound as the boys' reaction finally struck my brain. That's why they were so flustered! I know how much they idolize BTS and look up to them.

"Hello, it's nice to meet you all," I smiled at them.

Yoongi and Jayden came back once they were done talking about whatever it was and the men introduced themselves after Taehyun told them I didn't know BTS. Jayden also followed their lead.

They were all very sweet and funny. One of them even called himself 'World Wide Handsome' and I couldn't help but agree in my head. He really was the most handsome man I have ever seen in my life. His name is Seokjin I think. We all talked for a bit and I found out that I was the same age as Yoongi but still a few months older than him. Seokjin was the only one older than me. So they all called me Noona except for him.

"Oo, which one of you made these? They look so pretty!" The handsome man I was just thinking about spoke as he spotted the white and blue cookies.

Yeonjun smiled, "Emmy noona made them. You should try them sunbae, she makes the best cookies!" The other babies nodded enthusiastically as Kai offered all of them the cookies.

And the compliments came showering down. First at the look of the cookies then at the taste and I felt my face heating up. "Jin hyung, I'm sorry but these are the best cookies I've ever had," Hoseok said looking at Seokjin.

Seokjin shook his head smiling, "I agree with you!" He turned to me. "These really are amazing. You have to tell me your secret."

"That's because my Eomma has magic in her hands! She makes the best food!" Jayden bragged looking proud and I chuckled at my baby's cuteness. I could see the visible shock in the men's eyes at the word Eomma. They weren't expecting that. Except for Yoongi, he looked just as chill and unbothered as before.

The TXT boys were quick to agree with Jayden. "Ahh, you guys are so lucky you get to eat such deliciousness!" Taehyung commented pouting as Hoseok fake cried on his shoulder.

I laughed at them. I swear as the moments went by it felt like BTS guys were the younger ones. They were loud and very playful but I knew my babies were just silent in front of them because they were still shy and wanted to stay respectful in front of their sunbaenims.

"Well since corona has killed off most of the festivities and I have nothing major to do these days, I'll be experimenting with a lot of different foods and Christmas desserts. I'd be happy to make some for you guys too." I offered, smiling.

"Really?" Jungkook's eyes widened as a grin took ever his face.

"Yah," Namjoon interrupted him, "that's too much work. Thank you for the offer Noona but that will be burdensome for you since there are seven of us."

"It's fine Namjoon-shi. I wouldn't have said it if that was the case."

"I'll help you," Seokjin stated.

I looked at him surprised and a little flustered, "A-ani, it's fine. I'll manage it."

He gave me a sincere smile, "I insist."

And I lost. Both the debate and my common sense. Shit, he really was too handsome to be true.

"Oh! Hyungs! We didn't even talk about the main thing we were going to talk about!" Jimin jumped up in his seat. "Oh yeah," Jungkook grinned excitedly. He turned to Namjoon waiting for the leader to start talking.

Namjoon looked at them all before speaking to Soobin, "Since we're all going to be stuck at our dorms for the whole month and even Christmas, we were wondering if you guys would like to come over to our dorms and we could spend the whole holiday month together. We could all gather at ours every evening and make food together, put up decorations, and celebrate the holidays the whole month. We haven't had a chance to celebrate Christmas for the past few years so we thought since we do have the time and opportunity this year, why not take advantage and go all out? What do you guys think?"

I could see the boys' reaction and it was honestly the most adorable thing ever! I knew there was not even a 0.999% of chance that they wouldn't say yes. I thought it was sweet how BTS looked out for their Hoobaes. They didn't have to do this but they thought about their juniors alone on the holidays and made an effort to connect with them.

Ahh, my heart just might burst at the cuteness of the moment.

As if my 6 babies weren't enough, here there are 7 more in front of me. Bless my tiny heart for not simultaneously combusting inside my chest.

Soobin looked as though he had something on his mind, "But is it wise though Sunbae? You know with corona and social distancing?"

The smile that overtook Namjoon's face looked proud, "Don't worry Soobin-ah. We're all from BigHit so we, along with all of our staff are checked and tested periodically. Same for you guys right?"

Soobin nodded.

"Then we'll be fine. So what do you say?"

"We'd love that Sunbae. Thank you." Soobin bowed, looking flustered as did the rest of the boys. I could see them turning red! So freaking cute!

BTS boys chuckled at them fondly.

"Noona," Yoongi called out. I looked at him questioningly.

"I'd really like it if you and Jayden could join us as well."

I was startled at the invitation but was quick to refuse, "Ani Yoongi-ssi, I wouldn't want to intrude. You boys have fun."

"You wouldn't be intruding Noona," Jungkook spoke shyly, "Even though we just met you I think you're very nice and it would be fun to have you and Jayden around."

"Yah Maknae! Are you hitting on Emerald right now?" Seokjin was quick to tease his youngest member in a mock scolding voice.

His comment left the poor boy in a stuttering mess and everyone was laughing as he tried to explain himself to me. "A-ani Noona, I-I wasn't-" his wide doe eyes turned to me before looking at Seokjin, "Hyung, why would you sa-say that? I-I just-"

I decided to save the poor boy from embarrassment. "It's okay Jungkook-ssi. I know what you mean. Not everyone is old-fashioned and narrow thinking like this Ahjussi." I said with a mocking smirk knowing Seokjin would burst and he didn't disappoint.

"Yah!!" I could practically see the smoke coming out of his ears like a cartoon character and his eyes going wide before he went off, "Who are you calling Ahjussi? You're just a year younger than me! Do you see this handsome face? Do you know how many Armys die for this face? How could you call me an old Ahjussi?"

"Technically I called you old-fashioned."

"Yah! Is that any better?"

"Are you any better?"

"Yahh!!"

"Just how many more times are you going to say that?"

"Say what?"

"Yah."

Everyone in the room busted out laughing and now it was Seokjin's turn to turn into a stuttering mess like his maknae was a few minutes ago.

"I-Ah- Yo-you-"

"IU? She's too pretty for you."

"YAHHH!!"

At this point, his face was so red and he looked so pissed that I couldn't keep a straight face anymore. I busted out laughing. While he just huffed and sat down, also laughing himself.

"Can we keep this Noona?" Taehyung wondered.

Yoongi nodded, "We should. She keeps Hyung in line."

"Noona, please join us," Namjoon asked in his leader-like sincere voice.

The rest of the BTS voiced out their agreements and that's when Taehyun spoke up, "Don't worry sunbae, we'll bring Noona and Jayden."

I can't believe my babies would betray me like this. Even my actual kid, who was currently sitting in-between Yoongi and Seokjin, agreed with this as they all started making plans ignoring me. Meanwhile, I just watched them all interact and a small smile crept on my face unconsciously.

I j-hope things go well. (Sorry I couldn't help it! I was actually writing 'just hope'!)
