Chapter 1

Third P.O.V.

"Jayden!" The mom of a hyperactive 6-year-old boy shouted as her son tried to run away from her. "Baby slow down!" They were right in front of their building but she was still worried he'd fall and hurt himself. The boy didn't pay heed to his mother's words and ran into the building excitedly.

His mother just shook her head and ran after him. Once she was in the building, she spotted him talking with one of the guys she worked with. Soobin. Yes, Choi Soobin, leader of TXT. Emerald worked at Big Hit Entertainment as TXT's main stylist.

"Emmy Noona," Soobin bowed with a smile on his face while Jayden tried to hide behind his legs.

"Oh, Soobin-ah, I see you found my troublemaker." Emerald gestured to the boy hiding behind him.

A cute smile grazed Soobin's face at the mention of the child, "Did he run away from you again?"

She sighed, "Yes. Would you please ask him not to do that? He might listen to you cos he isn't listening to me, that's for sure. Apparently, he is a big boy now."

He chuckled, "Sure Noona. Do you mind if I take him to the dorm with me? We haven't had a chance to play together in a while."

Jayden immediately perked up listening to that and peaked from behind Soobin, "Can I go Eomma?"

"Only if you promise that you won't run away from me again." She bargained smugly, knowing just how much Jayden loved his TXT hyungs.

"Pinky promise!" He enthusiastically locked their pinkies together and turned to Soobin. "Let's go Hyung!"

The three stepped into the elevator. "I'm going to bake cookies. I'll bring you boys some along with Almond milk when I come to pick Jade up." Emerald told Soobin before getting off on her floor.

Soobin grinned in excitement since she made the best cookies and he could KILL for her homemade almond milk. "We'll be waiting Noona!" He yelled as the door closed.

Emerald shook her head smiling fondly at the boy and headed off to her apartment. It was a simple yet modern 2-bedroom apartment.

She put on some music and started preparing for the experiment she was going to do with the cookies. She danced around her kitchen enjoying the alone time she rarely got. Not that she was complaining about it.

Once the cookies were in the oven, she started on Almond milk that her son was crazy about. She blamed Soobin for that. Since Jayden seemed to be addicted to it, she decided to try making it at home once and he loved it. So, whenever she has the time she makes it for him and the boys.

For the past two years that she had known them, they had grown on her and Jayden. She had basically adopted the five boys as her kids. They shared a beautiful relationship. There was just something about the five babies' cuteness that healed her heart. They were kind of like a walking reminder to her that there were still good, kind, and pure people out there. And she knew how much Jayden looked up to them. They were the first male role models in his life and he always tried to be like them. Which she was glad about since that's the kind of boy she wanted Jayden to be when he grew up.

Emerald shook herself from her wandering thoughts and focused on the task at hand. The cookies were done so she let them cool off before starting on decorating them.

Once all was done, she packed some cookies along with the almond milk and headed off to the boys' apartment.

She knocked on the door and was answered by Boemgyu, "Hello Noona!"

"Hey, baby Tiger," she grinned as he leads her inside to the living room where Taehyun, Soobin, Jayden, and Kai were busy playing videogames.

Yeonjun noticed her presence and immediately greeted her bowing, "Hi Noona!"

She smiled fondly at him. "Hello kiddo, I brought you all cookies and almond milk."

She took the cookies box along with a bottle filled with almond milk and placed it on top of the table. Immediately the five boys ran to the table eager to get their hands on the cookies knowing they wouldn't get any if they were late.

"Hyung," Jayden whined as his partner and opposing team left him in the middle of whatever game they were playing.

Once each of them had at least two cookies in hand, they backed away and sat down.

"Woah, Noona! These are so pretty!" Kai complimented looking at the beautiful white and blue cookies.

"Thank you, baby." She smiled feeling accomplished.

The doorbell rang and Yeonjun went to answer it.

"T X T!" A loud voice boomed in the house and the boys froze.

Beomgyu's eyes were wide and his hand was frozen in front of his face. Yup, he was gonna take a bite of the cookie but now he was frozen mid-air.

Soobin's mouth was stuffed with the cookie and he currently resembled a bunny, trying to chew hurriedly and swallow the cookie he had just shoved into his mouth.

Kai and Taehyun just watched their guests like lost kids. Unsure of what to do.
