Time Before Recommendation Exam

Many months have passed and the recommendation exam for U.A. High is already nearing, but of course, many things have happened.

The main thing to note is that the trio trained heavily since Kaga had a feeling that if Heroes were of higher quality, then villains should be as well...at least the main villains in general.

Himiko was now able to finally drink enough blood from the person that had a blood manipulation quirk, which Kaga provided with.

Though with these types of training, Himiko seems to be getting tired of drinking blood since she keeps remembering the unholy amounts that she had to force herself to drink. But it came with a great reward, so she can only keep her rant to herself.

In truth, she wouldn't have been able to get this if her friend Kaga didn't have such a rule-breaking quirk, "Regeneration", she still could but she would have to treat the people like cows and let them drip blood at a slow pace.

Himiko was now had to train the "blood manipulation" quirk from the ground up since they got it from a civilian, the restrictions were simple for now, she could only manipulate drawn blood or blood that has been spilled.

But this was easy to get by since Himiko had gained a regeneration quirk previously so she could easily use her blood willy nilly, but has to be cautious on the amount drawn out at a time since if she were to suddenly 'eject' out liters of blood...she'll faint.

The good thing is she can bring her drawn-out blood back inside her...sadly there was a risk to this as well, and it was something Kaga found out. The blood that is being manipulated by Himiko can be affected.

If Kaga were to bring down the room temperature then once Himiko brings back the blood inside of her, she'll find out that the blood within her is a few degrees colder, hence they figured out that she can be poisoned if she doesn't keep track of what is touching her blood.

The next thing she trained is that she revolves her blood within her, it's something like a downgraded version of Kaga's simple blood boost, she even showed it to Kaga. But Kaga found it crude since the blood flow is uneven when she felt it go around Himiko's body.

If Himiko didn't gain her regeneration quirk first, she would have been in a world of pain since the regeneration was healing her faulty way of circling her blood, so to fix this Kaga simply told her to study more on the nervous and circulatory system to learn where blood flows.

She was able to do it but only improve it to a very minimal degree since it didn't come naturally like how Kaga's acquired hers since for Kaga it was something more of imagination and other bullsh-it hacks.

Next was Shoto, he was trying to manipulate ice like Kaga does but found out that he couldn't, he can only manipulate the ice that came from him to some degree.

To further explain this, he can manipulate his ice however he wants but has to stick to him, such as when he actually tried making an avatar made out of ice around him he was able to manipulate it and move it around.

But once he stepped out, it was now basically a chunk of ice. If it were Kaga, she can control the present ice around her like a puppet under her imagination and command.

So in short, if you cover yourself with ice and Kaga is your enemy, she just needs to imagine the ice around you crushing you and it will happen.

Shoto's training was basically him training his control on both fire and ice even more since he figured he already had enough firepower for now, and only needed to fine-tune his control before upping his offensive power.

However, Kaga trained differently, she trained in the storage space since she fears that whatever she does might just freeze up a city.

She has long figured out that her powers work with her imagination, she just needed to know how to imagine it properly.

With her first experiment, she asked Shoto to create a simple block of ice for her, and once done she imagined absorbing it for her own power.

Surprisingly it worked, Shoto's cube of ice shattered as a soft blue icy glow went towards Kaga and enveloped her slightly.

Kaga felt a little more charged after that, probably worked on the principle of her gaining more if she absorbs more, simple.

After that little experiment, she went back to her storage space to tinker with things, she imagined creating a massive hammer similar to Thor's Mjolnir.

She wanted to know the time it would take to make such things since time is everything when it comes to a fight.

Surprisingly it only takes a second since it wasn't something overly complex, it'll probably take longer was she to add in unnecessary details.

And finally, something that she has always been thinking about but wasn't sure if it'll work, she wanted to try and copy a certain someone's time-stopping abilities...to see if imagination would even allow it.

She began visualizing a world frozen in time with her being the center of it, and all of a sudden within the Storage Space a wave of dark blue energy swept expanded out from Kaga's body.

Once Kaga saw this scene she was elated but quickly frowned when she learned of the drawback, she learned that she was TOTALLY spent in terms of using her ice power and physically tired too.

Even with her tremendous stamina and training over the years she actually became spent over a single move...granted the move allowed her to stop time...so she can't really complain.

And this was how Kaga decided to effectively train her stamina too, since using this move immediately made her tired and she has to wait for a few short hours once again before using it.

Due to her passive regeneration, Esdeath's Time Freezing technique that can only be used once a day can now be used multiple times a day, with a few hours of rest as a cooldown.

However, this can be greatly shortened if Kaga were to push her regeneration into overdrive and significantly shorten the time to wait, but she would need to eat large amounts of food after.

Anyway, apart from the trio that was training, Midoriya was doing his cleaning the beach scene which the trio absolutely didn't care about. After finding out his stance on murderous villains, they didn't interact with him much anymore.

To them, they wouldn't want to associate themselves with someone who might view them as villains just because they killed murderers too.

This was also something that irritated Kaga, it was like if you kill someone who killed 10 people...people with the Hero syndrome would think you're on the same level as a villain, and this was currently Izuku, honestly, she was thinking if allowing him to actually take OFA was a good choice.

She was actually thinking that Melissa Shield would also be a good candidate but her talent for inventing technology was just too high to make her focus on the route of being a Symbol.

In the end, Kaga went with a safe option, which was Izuku inheriting it like the original...since finding another successor for it would stress her to no end if that person would have any other ideas apart from saving people.

But apart from Izuku training on how to wield One For All, which Kaga planned on helping but decided not to after knowing his current self...so in short? Let him break bones for all she cares.

Someone was also photobombing news reporters, or more like killing Heroes on live television after the said hero made an excuse of not being able to help.

This shocked viewers since it was just supposed to be an interview of Heroes who failed and why they failed, but before they could even speak a knife was suddenly thrown into their vital areas. With the Heroes crippled or killed, someone grabbed the mic and simply said,

"ANY HERO WHO EXCUSES THEMSELVES IS A FAKE HERO, LEARN TO TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY!"

AN: (These are just some random heroes that are being interviewed on the street on different occasions, he just repeats his sentences)

After making his statement, the villain dubbed as Hero Killer made his escape before any further reinforcement came, this incident made headlines since the act of heroes being crippled and killed on live Television was something.

Though it seems only a few people, for now, were actually understanding what the Hero Killer was getting at, but those who noticed were the victims of Heroes that weren't able to act on time due to their quirk not being suited for the situation.

But most of the viewers just left it to the ramblings of a mad man seeking attention, probably the action of killing was just too much of a statement that they ignore what he was actually trying to say.

However...there was someone watching this who was already wishing she hadn't spoken..."My god...this guy actually watched me and made what I said his description of what to kill! My intention that time was to purely have fun and for the Heroes to realize what they're actually doing is just being a bystander in a Hero's costume! That's why I called them clowns for standing like a civilian!"

'Hah...this butterfly effect is just too wild!'
