John's true self

I couldn't believe this was happening. My mom in the hospital, the strongest person I know. John must have known I was upset, he wanted to know what was wrong. I explained it all to him. It felt good to talk to someone. John offered to give me a ride to the hospital. I accepted his offer and I ran to his car. I was shaking when I saw it. It was a Lamborghini. I thought this guy must be loaded. So why did he ask for 50 dollars when I asked him to be my pretend boyfriend. Maybe he actually liked me.

Once we reached the hospital I ran to the receptionist. I asked her where my mom was. She said that my mom was in surgery. I cried into John's chest. Apparently, my mom was in the middle of a car accident. I walked over to the waiting room and just sat there waiting for my mom to hug me. John had gone to get me some coffee but after 20 minutes he still wasn't back. I was curious and went to the coffee shop to check on him and there I saw it. Elizabeth and him kissing. I couldn't believe him. I went straight up to him and said

"YOU CHEATER YOU NASTY LITTLE BRAT HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME"

he took a break from kissing Elizabeth and gave me the same look my ex gave me. He said

" bruh we are not even in a proper relationship its fake. My true love will always be Elizabeth, and also just letting you know that no one will like a loser like you."

He laughed at me and dragged Elizabeth to a cupboard. As I was about to go and cry in a corner a nurse came up to me. Apparently, the surgery was over and my mom was dead.
