14 Chapter 14: Pika Pika no Mi Drawbacks

Eight minutes into the practical part of the exam, you could see Izuku sitting on top of one of the houses in the fake city, waiting for the test to end finally.

At the same time, in a big room with many screens showing different scenes from the participants in the city, you could see some people watching the screens in front of them with interest.

This is the Observation Room from the U.A. school. This room was created to watch the participants of the practical part of the test every year.

"Quirkless?" asked a skinny man with sharp, angular features and long limbs. He has blond hair and blue, intense-looking eyes.

He was All Might, the strongest Hero in Japan and also a person who met Izuku once in the past, and at this moment, he looked at the screen showing the green-haired boy with a frown on his face.
