"Cocoyasi's New Dawn: Bounties and Beginnings"

The sun had barely risen over Cocoyasi Village, and the air was thick with a strange mix of excitement and exhaustion. The villagers had celebrated late into the night, reveling in their newfound freedom from Arlong's oppressive grip. They shared food, stories, and laughter, their spirits lifted for the first time in years. The Straw Hat Pirates, too, were in good spirits, enjoying the feast and each other's company. But as morning dawned, that calm was soon broken by the arrival of an unexpected and unwelcome guest.

Captain Nezumi and his squad of Marines marched into the village, their uniforms stark against the warm, sunlit backdrop of Cocoyasi. They wore smug expressions, entirely ignorant of the dark glances they received from the townspeople. Nezumi, however, had no time for them; he was here for one reason alone—the treasure.

"Liberation? Pah!" Nezumi sneered, waving his hand dismissively as he took in the sight of the recovering villagers. "Arlong's riches are mine to confiscate. By order of the Marines, this is government property!"

The Straw Hat crew bristled at Nezumi's arrogance, and Luffy clenched his fists, his fury barely contained. Before Luffy could react, though, Raja stepped forward, his eyes steely. He held his hand up, and a swirling dark orb of magic appeared before him. "Magic-Magic: Gravity Well."

As soon as the words left his mouth, the orb expanded, and Nezumi's forces found themselves yanked down to the ground as if an invisible hand had pinned them. They struggled and squirmed, faces pressed to the dirt, completely immobilized by the intense gravitational force. Gasps and murmurs filled the air as the villagers watched in stunned silence.

Raja turned to the townsfolk, his gaze sharp. "This is pirate business," he announced firmly. "I suggest you all head home."

Genzo, the veteran town guard, quickly understood Raja's intentions. He gestured to the villagers to scatter, and the crowd dispersed, though many stayed close enough to watch from their homes, curious and wary. Genzo gave Raja a nod, signaling his understanding, then turned to usher the others inside, reassuring them to leave things in the hands of the pirates.

With the crowd dispersed, Raja focused on the Marines pinned beneath his spell. With a flick of his wrist, he cast another spell, "Magic-Magic: Bind."

Chains of glowing light materialized, snaking out from his hands to wrap around each Marine, restraining them tightly. Once they were securely bound, Raja effortlessly transported the lot of them into a nearby storage room in Arlong Park. He left them there, trapped and helpless, with Nezumi watching in terrified silence.

Raja then turned his attention to Nezumi himself. He dragged the Marine captain into an adjacent, secluded room. There, he regarded Nezumi with cold eyes. "You've been quite the nuisance," he remarked, his tone dripping with disdain. "Let's see what you're hiding."

Raja closed his eyes, focusing as his telepathic powers surged through Nezumi's mind, uncovering every last secret he held. In moments, he discovered the location of Nezumi's hidden treasure stash, details of his corrupt dealings with Arlong, and countless betrayals against the people he claimed to protect. A grim smile crossed Raja's face as he finished his probe.

Without another word, he unleashed a series of brutal, calculated blows, letting his fists do the talking. Nezumi's cries echoed through the walls, muffled to the outside world but loud enough for the Marines to hear from the other room. Satisfied, Raja left Nezumi slumped and unconscious, a broken shell of the man who had once thought himself untouchable.

When Raja returned to the main room where the Marines were bound, he fixed them all with a cold glare. "Who here is the second-in-command?" he demanded.

There was a moment of silence before the Marines, as one, turned their gazes toward a younger officer, who looked visibly shaken at being singled out. Trembling, he stepped forward, his gaze nervously meeting Raja's.

"Good," Raja said, handing him a sealed letter. "Deliver this to Fleet Admiral Sengoku personally. And don't forget it." The officer nodded, clutching the letter tightly, too terrified to even consider disobeying. With a final gesture, Raja released the magical restraints binding the Marines and left Nezumi chained and unconscious within the room.

Outside, Genzo approached Nami, his face filled with regret. He took off his cap and looked her in the eye. "Nami," he began, his voice rough with emotion. "I'm sorry. For everything. The way we treated you…we didn't see how much you sacrificed for us. Forgive us."

Nami's hard gaze softened, and she placed a gentle hand on his shoulder. "It's over now, Genzo," she replied with a small, grateful smile. "You don't have to apologize. I'm free, and that's all that matters."

As news of Arlong's defeat spread throughout Cocoyasi Village, the townspeople erupted in celebration once again. They filled the streets with cheers, laughter, and music, finally able to reclaim their lives. In the midst of it all, the Straw Hat crew gathered around a banquet, with Luffy scarfing down food at an astonishing pace, and Zoro receiving much-needed medical attention from the village doctor, Nako.

Later that evening, Nami, Nojiko, and Genzo made their way to Bell-mère's grave. Nami knelt down, her voice soft as she spoke to the woman who had been her mother in every way that mattered. "Bell-mère, I'm free now," she whispered. "I'm going with Luffy…to see the world. Thank you…for everything."

As night fell, the village became alive once more with festivities. Nami found herself talking to Nako, who agreed to remove her tattoo of the Arlong Pirates. She winced as the ink was scrubbed away, but her pain quickly turned to joy when she saw the new tattoo of a mikan branch and pinwheel—a tribute to Bell-mère and Genzo.

The villagers drank, laughed, and danced, and Raja joined in with his usual charisma, even dragging Luffy into a goofy dance that had everyone around them chuckling. Raja reveled in the joy of the villagers, celebrating alongside them until late in the night. Once the festivities began to wind down and people started drifting off to sleep, Raja slipped away quietly, venturing to Nezumi's hidden stash and securing the wealth the corrupt captain had hoarded.

Early the next morning, Nami left behind a large sum of the money she had stolen over the years, now meant to aid the villagers. She made her way to the dock where the Going Merry awaited, jumping aboard just as the townspeople caught sight of her leaving. Despite their gratitude, she ignored their calls, her eyes set on her new journey with the crew.

As the ship sailed away, Genzo went to Bell-mère's grave and left his pinwheel behind. He lingered there, only to notice a note Raja had left for him. The letter contained details about the stash of Nezumi's stolen money Raja had recovered and instructions to use it for the people who had suffered under Arlong's rule. Genzo smiled, feeling a deep sense of relief as he clutched the letter, silently thanking the Straw Hats for everything.

Meanwhile, Nezumi, beaten and humiliated, returned to his Marine base. He wasted no time filing a report on Luffy, demanding that a bounty be placed on the Straw Hat Captain. His second-in-command hesitated but finally handed Fleet Admiral Sengoku the letter Raja had entrusted him with.

Sengoku raised an eyebrow, noting the strange instructions. "Read it aloud so everyone can hear," he repeated skeptically, glancing at the young officer.

As he began, Sengoku's brow furrowed. "To the stress-taking goatee old man, the donut-eating old man, and the washing old woman if she's there…"

A few stifled laughs broke the tension, and even the notoriously stoic Garp, seated nearby, chuckled. Sengoku gestured for the officer to continue.

The letter outlined the events that had taken place in Cocoyasi Village. It recounted the terror Arlong had imposed, Bell-mère's tragic death defending her daughters, and Nami's reluctant deal with Arlong to save her village by gathering the 100 million berries he demanded.

As the letter detailed Nami's years of hardship, the room grew cold and silent, each officer realizing the depth of her suffering. "Arlong betrayed her and stole the money she'd saved for the village's freedom. And when we arrived, our captain did what was needed. He liberated Cocoyasi Village and fought for our navigator's honor, something the Marines failed to do."

Sengoku clenched his fist, struggling to maintain his composure as he listened.

The letter finished with a request. "As pirates, we don't work for free, so consider this our request for bounty orders. We've attached photos and suggested amounts."

At that moment, Garp, who had been listening with an unusual silence, stood up abruptly. He walked toward the door without a word, his face clouded with barely restrained anger. The room fell silent as everyone watched the Marine hero leave, his steps heavy with purpose.

Meanwhile, Captain Nezumi, unaware of Garp's fury, paced in the hallway, grumbling to himself about the indignities he had suffered. He was muttering something about "those blasted pirates" when he turned the corner and came face-to-face with Garp.

"Ah, Vice Admiral Garp!" Nezumi started, trying to muster a semblance of authority. "This isn't as it seems, sir. I—"

But before Nezumi could finish his sentence, Garp clenched his fist, summoning the full might of his formidable strength. Without hesitation, he caught Nezumi in the face and use a move known among the Marines as Meteorite Fist.

The force of the throw sent Nezumi rocketing towards the Sky.

"Scum like you don't deserve that uniform," Garp muttered, shaking his head as he turned away.

Inside the briefing room, the other officers exchanged uneasy glances. Sengoku didn't react; he simply let out a sigh, knowing full well Garp's feelings about those who misused their positions.

With a mix of emotions, Sengoku ordered the creation of the new bounties for the Straw Hat Pirates:

Monkey D. Luffy - 50 million Berries - "Straw Hat" - Straw Hat Captain

Rudra D. Raja - 40 million Berries - "Magician" - Straw Hat Vice-Captain

Roronoa Zoro - 30 million Berries - "Pirate Hunter"- Straw Hat Swordsman

Sanji - 20 million Berries - "Black Leg" - Straw Hat Cook

Usopp - 10 million Berries - "Lier" - Straw Hat Sniper

Nami – 5 million Berries – "Cat Burglar" - Straw Hat Navigator

Meanwhile, aboard the Going Merry, the crew laughed and celebrated the start of their next adventure, completely unaware of the new bounties that awaited them. The wind filled their sails as they journeyed forth, eager to embrace whatever lay ahead.
