The beautiful tall woman with a suit is Orimura Chifuyu, she is a teacher at IS academy also the big sister of the protagonist in Infinite Stratos world, and she is also a very strong person even without her IS she is strong enough to be called the strongest woman in the world.
The second person is a young boy with red hair who wears an apron, his name is Emiya Shirou, the protagonist of the serial FATE, he is a newbie magus with a hero complex and also a naïve person to the point that his future self tries to kill him, but kaoru have to acknowledge that his luck with women and his skill in cooking is terrifying
The third person or should be called creature is a small bipedal reindeer with a blue nose and a big red hat on top of his head, his name is Tony Tony Chopper the doctor of straw hat pirates, he got misunderstood as the crew pet by the government that's why his bounty is so small which is only 50 berry even when his battle prowess is very good and skill in medic is better
Looking at them kaoru give his best smile after all those characters that he watches in anime from his previous life appear as a living person even when he knows that Ichijou Raku and his friend also Uesugi Fuutarou and the Nakano sisters are from anime too, the hype between school life character and action character is different, but he hides his happiness for himself because he needs to tell them everything that they need to know about this guild
"welcome the guest from another world, my name is Makoto Kaoru the guild master of this Multiverse Hunter Guild, how about you guys introduce yourself before I answer all of your questions"

When everyone finish their introduction Kaoru understood this is his turn to tell them what they need and could do as a member of MHG so because he doesn't want to waste more time he immediately said "Since everyone know each other know I will tell you about this guild then, from today onward all of you is a member of Multiverse Hunter Guild and our duty is doing some quest that you could choose from the quest board or the guild system when you're in your world and tell Hibari if your quest is on another world from your own… ah I forgot the woman on the counter is Takeda Hibari, she is the receptionist and in a simple term her duty is to send you toward your quest destination" he pause for a few second to make sure everyone understand what he said and when he found that they don't have any problem accepting his world Kaoru continue his explanation
"the quest consists of a normal, hidden, rare, repeatable, and urgent quest, all of you don't have any obligation to accept all the quest because everything is optional but I hope you could join the urgent quest because the reward for the urgent quest is so good and since the risk is also bigger the more hand will make the urgent quest at least easier"
"the reward is so many to say but will always have some points that you could use to buy anything from the guild shop or to pay the fine for failed quests" When everyone heard that they have to pay for the failed quest they understood there is no free meal in the world especially when you failed at something there must be a price that you need to pay for

"and last you don't have to worry about time, in the guild hall the time difference between your world would be 10:1 that's mean 10 days in the guild is 1 day in your world and for the urgent quest the time of your world will be stopped so you would be back at the same time you go to the quest world" Kaoru know that the most valuable thing that everyone has but always lack and didn't have control over it is time so he need to said it to his members to make them understand that they will always have time for the guild

So after that, they start to take some small quests to test the water such as collection quests or small hunting quests in another world.
