11 Chapter 11
Each one 0f Izuku's new Classmates gave their all since none of them wanted to drop out of UA on their first day of class. Especially stressed looked a midget with purple grape-like Hair, a slender punk-style looking girl with long earlobes which each had an earphone jack hanging from it, and an invisible girl. At last, Izuku assumed she was worried based on the frantic moving of her clothes since he didn't see her expressions.
'I wonder whether she will get visible if I touch her with my darkness. Her Quirk probably belongs to the mutation category. This would make a good test if I can affect mutants.' Pondered Izuku as he observed his other classmates during their performance.
Next came the grip strength test. Some exceptional results came from classmates with strength quirks or quirks that enhanced grip strength in other ways like his tall multi-armed classmate who managed to apply a force of 540 Kg onto the measuring device.
But the most outstanding result came from Izuku himself, he used his devil fruit powers by simply throwing the measuring device into his boundless darkness as he forcefully applied as much gravity as possible without breaking it. The result was an astonishing infinite symbol. Which astonished not only himself but also his classmates who stared at him in shock, while Bakugo grit his teeth as his red eyes bore into Izuku.
During the third test the standing long jump, Izuku used his powers similar as in the 50-meter dash. Before jumping he sunk his feet into the Darkness before propelling himself forward with the help of the Gravity inside his infinite space, barely leaping over the sandbox placing him amongst the top scores.
The only ones bypassing him were Bakugo who propelled himself with his explosion over the box, a guy with red and white hair creating an ice ramp over the box, and a tall girl with long black hair tied into a spiky ponytail whose quirk allowed her to create objects, which fascinated Izuku as she probably had the most versatile Quirk he ever heard off.
'Man, good that she choose Hero as a profession. As a Villainess, she would be a pain in the ass to deal with since she may be able to create nuclear weaponry.' Thought Izuku as he watched her as she jumped over the box with a long staff she created that was usually used for high jumps.
The fourth test was sustained side jumps, the only category the purple-haired midget excelled in. As he used the balls on his head to create two bumpers that allowed him to bounce from side to side. During the rest of the tests, he performed the worst, thanks to his short stature and untrained body. His fear of getting expelled didn't stop him from leering at the girls in their class which wasn't missed by their Homeroom teacher, 'That midget is asking to be expelled.' Thought Izuku as he wondered whether his teacher would really expel one.
Izuku himself still managed to barely be amongst the top five during the test with the slight assistance of his quirk always pushing himself between both sides and his well-trained body, thanks to months of hard work before.
During the fifth test, Izuku could rest a bit as he already completed the Ball throw. The only ones surpassing him were the Girl with the ponytail who created a fucking Canon to shoot the ball a bit over a kilometer, and Uraraka who sent it into space getting the second infinity score of the day.
In the sixth test, did pretty well. Months of training allowed him to push through the endurance run while keeping a steady pace and proper breathing technique he read in the past on the Internet. There were quite a few students able to score similarly, but the first place was taken by the creation girl once again since it was hard to compete with a scooter during an endurance test without strength or an endurance-enhancing quirk.
In the seventh and eighth tests, the seated toe-touch and situps went pretty normally for Izuku since he didn't really have a method to use the Yami Yami no Mi in them. But with his fit body and hardened will from years of torment, he was able to score pretty well.
Overall he did exceptionally well during the tests, always placing amongst the top 6 with a few outstanding scores and even a top score. He definitely wasn't in danger of last place and getting expelled. He didn't feel that even if he was quirkless he would have gotten last place. The size of the midget's body was a real disadvantage, and the invisible girl and the punk girl were basically quirkless in these tests.
~After the Tests~
Soon, the trials were all over, and everyone was nervous waiting for their results.
"Time to present the results now," said Shota as he fiddled with his phone, "The total is the aggregate sum of each of your scores. Reciting them one by one would be a waste of time and energy, so I'll be disclosing them all at once."
"Oh yeah, that whole expulsion thing was a lie." He added completely unbothered by his Student's shocked faces, with an annoying grin he explained: "It was a logical ruse, to pull out your best performance."
"WHAAAAT!?" cried many of his classmates, as the Midget fell to his knees in relief.
"Oh yes, thanks I won't be expelled from this paradise full of beautiful breasts and asses." Cried the Midget as he earned disgusted stares from his classmates, especially the girls.
"If you don't correct your behavior. I will expel you." Warned their Homeroom teacher as he stared down at the midget. "The part about freedom for us teachers wasn't a lie. I have the power to expel you if you don't perform well enough for me."
"Well without further delay your Scores." Said Aizawa as a ranking of his class appeared on the screen at the P.E. grounds.

'Hmm second place, not bad.' Mused Izuku as he observed the ranking, 'So her name is Momo Yaoyorozu.' He realized as she was the only one who almost constantly surpassed his scores. It was hard to compete against machines and Devices perfect for each task, even with a Quirk.
His classmates congratulated him as they began returning to the changing room. "Don't forget to collect the Printouts with your Timetable and guidance in the classroom on your way out." Said their Teacher as he left.
~Outside the P.E grounds~
"Aizawa you liar." Said All Might who was waiting for his colleague.
"It's you All Might. So you were watching I take." Replied Aizawa.
"' A logical ruse'. April fools were last week." Continued All Might, "You expelled a whole class last year."
"You expel students without batting an eye. But this time it seems they impressed you too." Said All Might with a large grin.
"Too, huh." Muttered Aizawa, "They don't have zero potential, but if they should fall behind I will expel them."
Before he left Aizawa stopped for a moment, "Were you watching because all of them interested you or someone in particular?" he asked before he continued on not expecting an answer.
'Shouta is sharp as ever.' Thought All Might as he wiped the sweat from his forehead, 'I can't tell him that I am looking for a successor for One for all. The secret is too dangerous.'
He once again turned to the P.E. grounds watching the place the Students left to. 'Is young Midoriya the right candidate?' he pondered conflicted about the heavy decision he soon will have to make. 'I will keep an eye on him. Togata was also impressive. Who is the right choice.'
