Ch 62 – A New Friend

Vlad entered Historia's classroom along with the other students as this is the place where it will be discussed on what field you would want to specialize in, its one of the most important parts in this school as it will decide your future path altogether.

Vlad then look around and saw the other students taking their seats around the large classroom at random places as he looks around for the perfect place to seat and decided to sit somewhere close to the exit and also a window that will maximize his chances of escape while also lowering the amount of attention given to him.

"Okay, is everyone here?" ask by Historia who was in front of the class as her voice reverberated throughout the room with some help from some magic spells.

"Okay, it seems like everyone is here. So, as you all know, there are 5 fields you can take in this school, physical, mental, magic, adventure, and production. Normally, I would recommend taking 3 fields but now everything is a different story, the Hero is summoned, the war against the demons is looming near and now we need not just good warriors but great ones! So, we have changed how everything will be teach and now you all need to learn the 5 fields!" said by Historia as everyone in the room was surprise and shock.

"But ma'am, wouldn't that be too hard?" ask by a random student.

"Yes, it will indeed be hard, but at the Royal Academy, only the best of the best is allowed to learn here so we expect the best from you! And you guys are lucky because the upperclassman will have to learn 1st and 2nd years education on their unspecialized fields, but you guys will already start with the 5 fields from the start allowing you to build a great foundation, and try comparing yourself to the Hero, he will have to learn 4 years of education in just a year" said by Historia with a smirk while giving a side glance to Vlad.

"What!? The Hero has to learn that much in just 1 year?" muttered by the students as small talks started to happen throughout the room.

"Quiet! Now that everyone is on the same page, here is the new schedule you first years will have to follow" said by Historia while pointing at the board that tells their schedule.

"Everyone got that?" ask by Historia.

"Yes ma'am!" said by the students.

"Good! Now for our first lesson!" said by Historia as they started their lesson while Vlad took out his notebook and started writing down with a feather from a common beast around the area as he uses some magic on the tip that will allow him to take down notes without the use of ink.

"Hey" said by the girl besides him who was his only seat mate, she has dark brown hair and dark brown eyes with relatively the same body shape as his androgynous body but just added some boobs and some ass, with a relatively cute and naïve face, he looks at her straight in the eye.

"Hmm?" ask by Vlad with raise eyes that indicates his question.

"How did you do that?" ask by the girl with shining eyes.

"Oh, its just a simple spell" said by Vlad as a magic circle appeared at the tip of his right index finger as he wrote on a random piece of paper with his finger as black Magical Energy was ingrained on the paper as the girl's eyes sparkled.

"Woah! You can do magic?" ask by the girl.

"Yeah" said by Vlad.

"Can you do it for me too? Please" said by the girl with puppy dog eyes.

"Hehe, sure, why not" said by Vlad as he took out a random stick from his bag and coated the tip with magic and gave it to her as she uses it to write and was amaze.

"Woah! Thank you… uh…" said by the girl.

"It's Vlad, Vlad Roseheart" said by Vlad with a smile.

"Thank you, Vlad! My name is Anna! Anna Pandora" said by Anna with a smile.

"You're from the Pandora Bakery?" ask by Vlad with a raise eyebrow.

"You know about it?" ask by Anna with a surprise face.

"Of course, I buy there from time to time" said by Vlad.

"Really? Then how come I never saw you?" ask by Anna with surprise eyes.

"Oh uh… you just probably forgot my face, and also because I'm always wearing a cloak when going out" said by Vlad with a smile.

"Oh yeah, I did remember someone wearing a white cloak entering the shop a while ago, was that you?" ask by Anna.

"Yeah, are you the owner's daughter?" ask by Vlad.

"Yeah!" said by Anna.

"Oh, well its nice to meet you, Anna!" said by Vlad with a smile as Anna suddenly slightly blush.

"I- its nice to meet you Vlad! I hope we can become the best of friends!" said by Anna with a smile.

"Sure, oh look, were about to move to the next page" said by Vlad as Anna got out of her trance and paid attention to the subject.

(After a few hours)

"Uwah, my mind is about to explode" said by Anna who was leaning her head forward to the table to rest her head over her arms as she groaned.

"Yawn! You'll get used to it, come on, lets enjoy the lunch break already" said by Vlad as he shakes Anna to wake up.

"Can you drag me over Vlad, I'm too tired" said by Anna with a tired tone.

"No" said by Vlad with a smirk.

"Ugh, fine" said by Anna as she packs up her stuff to her bag and slowly stood up while Vlad was doing some stretches on the side.

"Where do you want to eat?" ask by Vlad to Anna as he also pick up his bag from the ground while they headed outside.

"Oh, I bought my own food, its some freshly baked bread from mama this morning" said by Anna to Vlad but she saw that he suddenly disappeared.

"Hey Anna, would you mind sharing a little bit of food to little ol me" said by Vlad who was suddenly behind her while putting his arms around her shoulder.

"Fine, so where do we eat?" ask by Anna who rolled her eyes.

"Let's explore around a bit first, we still have plenty of time before this afternoon's class" said by Vlad.

"Why not, well then let's go on to a grand adventure!" said by Anna as they started to walk around the academy.
