The chime rang indicating the end of the last period of class.

"Akuma-kun, are you really gonna go?" She asks him while pulling on his shirt. He pats her head since he really likes doing it. She is so cute whenever he pats her head.

"I'm gonna go, do you want to go with me?" he asks her as he rubs her head. She giggled then nodded in an agreement.

"Let's go!" She said then picked her bag up, akuma did the same then held her hand. They went to the faculty room while holding hands together.

"Wait for me here, okay?" He said then went towards the door, he knocked three times then waited for permission to go in.

"Excusing myself in" he said then opened the door, after opening it he calls for his homeroom teacher.

"Come here" the teacher said he got closer to him then asks why he was called.

"Why did you call me, sensei?" Akuma asks him confused of why he was called here.

"About toga-chan, what happened to the infirmary?" He asks him, he looks at this teacher with confused expression.

'Couldn't he just asks the nurse? Why ask me?' He thought to himself while looking at this teacher.

"Himiko-chan has a fever and doesn't want me to leave her, so I decided to not leave her side" akuma said truthfully, the teacher looks at him then nodded.

"Okay, so what quirk was toga-chan's like? We need to record it in the school and give it to the government" the teacher said, akuma complied then told them what her quirk was like, but he didn't tell them the requirement to activate it.

"She somehow activated it while I was carrying her and midway she changed back to herself" he said with a truthful eyes, without even batting an eye to lie.

"Umu! I understand! You can go now" he said then waved his hand, akuma left then got hugged by himiko.

"Why were you called?" She asks him while looking up to him.

"They asks me about your quirk, that's all" he said while rubbing her head.

"I thought akuma-kun did something bad, heuehue" she said with a teasing smile, he lightly pinch her cheek then said "there is no way I did something bad"

'Well, I had sex with the thicc nurse' he said in his kind while remembering what he did in the infirmary.

"Let's go home now, I already got permission from the orphanage" he said as he remembered that he already had a reason to tell that old lady.

"Yey! Let's go! Let's go!" She said excitedly while she pull him.

'What about her clothes? Can I just borrow it to someone in the orphanage?' He thought while he consider borrowing one from the girl there, but she is distant to him and they thought of him as weird so he never really interacted with them.

'Maybe I could just work somewhere and get some money?' He thought while considering himself to work at a young age. If there is someone who is gonna accept him to do some light work then he would gladly accept.

He thinks deeply while looking at himiko's happy face as she pull him.

"Himiko-chan, calm down. The orphanage is not gonna run from us" he said while he tried to stop her from running.

"Hehe, I got to excited" she said as akuma stopped her completely.

"Un, don't get too excited they might not accept yet" he said making himiko sad and started to tear up, seeing her cry he regretted what he just said.

"So, I wouldn't get accepted? I won't be able to live with you?" She said while she started to cry.

"I didn't say that, let's go I'm pretty sure the kind old lady there will accept you" he said while hugging her trying to calm her down.

"Are you sure?" She said while she sob on his shoulder.

"Yeah, I'm sure" he answered while he tries to calm her down.

"So don't cry anymore, okay?" He said while wiping her tears off her eyes. She finally calmed down as she held akuma's hand.

"Un! I won't cry" she said with her smile, looking at her smile he felt happy.

Time passed, they got to the orphanage. He knocked on the door then came in after the caretaker opened it.

"Who is this child?" The caretaker asks him with confusion while looking at himiko hugging akuma.

"This is himiko toga! She will be living here from now on" he said making the caretaker frown as they have not heard this news.

"But no one told us about this..." the caretaker said then look at akuma suspiciously.

"Hmph! I asks the old hag about it yesterday" he said with a serious expression.

"Ahem! So is this the kid that you are talking about? So what happened? Didn't I told you that you have to give me the proof?"

"Well...himiko tell them why you want to leave your parents" he said while he pushed her back to make her go forward. She looks back at akuma then looks at the old lady in front of her.

"I-I want to leave them, because they don't treat me greatly, whenever I smile they tell me to not smile...." she said while she remember the things that her parents says whenever she smile or did something like finding a dead bird cute. For her it might seem normal, but for them it's not. So they keep forcing her to be normal, instead of actually helping her with her quirk problem. They tried to make her suppress that, making her urge to pile up and turning her into a crazy person.

"Is that so? Show me your smile" the old lady said while looking at her, toga complied and smiled from ear to ear. Looking at her smile she couldn't help, but remember her own smile and how much her parents did the same thing to her.

"Ahem! Also just this morning, she had a fever but her parents didn't even took care of her" akuma said making the caretaker frown, since having a fever for a kid is pretty deadly if they leave it as is.

"Those parents! What were they thinking?" They said while looking at himiko.

"You can live here now" the old lady said making himiko happy as well as akuma.
