Chapter 60: Ultimate Moves (2)

{3rd Person POV}

The second day of the training rolled in with the students throwing a small party yesterday to cheer up the Saiba family. Kaminari was the most fired up because he got a glimpse of his childhood dream of making a lightning sword, and he even requested equipment to make it possible as he doesn't have the control similar to Saiba.

The others were also fired up, but not as much as Kaminari, but they also started to form out their ultimate move one by one. In them, Saiba, Bakugo, Todoroki were the ones who had created their ultimate move on the first day of the training itself.

As soon as they got to Gym Gamma, Kaminari went near Saiba and said "Jōichirō! Look at this! I can create lightning blades instantly!"

Seeing the yellow lightning blade, Saiba said "Good for you. Do try to improve it as you see fit, okay."

"Of course! And did you improve anything on your costume?" Kaminari asked.

"Yep. I can't depend on you guys for energy right? So I asked Mei to create four tasers that have voice activation." Saying that he pointed at the four tasers on his four limbs.

"Move aside for a bit, as I'm gonna activate it." Saiba told Kaminari, and Kaminari moved away from Saiba.

As he was sure that Kaminari was at a safe distance, Saiba said "Activate All!"

*Buzz* *Buzz* *Buzz* *Buzz*

Steady stream of electricity was channeled into his body at high voltage, and Saiba redirected them all to his right hand where his ultimate move was formed. Extending his arm forward, he swung his hand with the lightning blade and it sliced through the cement as a hot knife through butter.

Kaminari came towards Saiba again and asked "How long will it last?"

"She said that they will work as long as I recharge them." Saiba said.

"How will... Never mind." Kaminari didn't finish his question as Saiba showed him electricity coming off from his fingers.

"Practice it well." Saying that Saiba urged Kaminari and Ectoplasm to leave him and asked Cementoss to make him isolated from others.

With all of the requests done, Saiba stood inside a rectangular shaped room with targets some distance away from him. Even though he asked Ectoplasm to leave him alone, a clone was standing at the top of one of the walls surrounding Saiba.

Closing his eyes and taking breaths rhythmically, he placed his hands on the right side, with his right hand on the top positioned as a claw, and his left hand right under his right hand in claw position.

Taking some more breaths, he murmured to himself "Everyone wanted to try this at least once, and when I tried when I was only five years old, I blew up my house. But now, I have more control over the energies flowing in me, so this is the time to perfect it."

Taking a deep breath and exhaling it, Saiba said "100% Activation!"

Arc of lightning started to dance around him as he absorbed the electricity from the four tasers at full capacity and he channeled all of it towards his hands as a sphere was forming between his hands.

As the sphere became half the size of his two hands, Saiba shouted "Kame--hame--ha!"

At the end of his shout, the sphere was fully formed and a beam was shot towards the targets at high speed from the sphere. The beam of energy destroyed everything in its wake, even the ground that was formed thanks to Cementoss had a groove now, thanks to Saiba's Kamehameha.

Seeing the destruction of Kamehameha, Saiba muttered while closing his eyes "Man, that felt good."

Ectoplasm on the other hand was surprised because of the destructiveness. So he jumped down from his position and approached Saiba.

Looking at Ectoplasm, Saiba said "I think we need the help of Cementoss-sensei."

"That we do. But before that, what was that?" Ectoplasm asked Saiba.

"Oh, nothing much. Just sending out some compressed pure energy." Saiba said.

"Are you feeling any difficulties?" Ectoplasm asked worriedly.

"No, I'm fine." Saiba said, while thinking 'Is it because my body has become strong or because of the time ring?'

"Then, try not to use that move every now and then." Ectoplasm said as he went towards Cementoss.

Outside the isolated area of Saiba, his classmates stopped what they were doing as they saw a beam of energy passing through the wall surrounding Saiba.

Walking up to Kaminari, Kirishima asked "Hey, do you know what move he just did?"

"No idea man. He told me to improve on the lightning blade and went away." Kaminari said.

"He sure is strong huh?" Kirishima said.

"Yeah." Kaminari replied.

"He's good looking too." Kirishima said.

"Yeah." Kaminari said as a broken record.

"And he already has a girlfriend." Kirshima said again as he placed his hand on Kaminari's shoulder.

"Yeah." Kaminari said.

""Sigh."" Both of them sighed in unison as they spoke about Saiba.

"Chet" Clicking his tongue, Bakugo readied his quirk for his ultimate move.

Making his hand into a cylinder, he fired a beam of explosion towards the target in front of him while shouting "AP SHOT!"

*Boom*

Seeing that the target had a hole where he shot, Bakugo smirked. As he was about to ask Cementoss to create another one, the target cracked and a large chunk of piece fell down to the floor, where All Might and Aizawa were having a conversation.

"Watch----!" Before Bakugo could shout, Midoriya went ahead and destroyed the chunk with his legs.

All Might seeing that smiled with pride, and looking at Bakugo he said "Sorry, Bakugo-shonen."

Seeing Midoriya improving at an alarming rate and Saiba along with Todoroki being above him in power scaling in the class, rage started to fill his mind, so he lashed out at All Might by saying "Watch where you are!"

As they were all going to go back to their training, the doors opened and Vlad King shouted "That's enough, Class A!"

"Today, class B is scheduled to use this place in the afternoon." Looking at Aizawa he continued "Erasure, hurry up and get out of the way."

"We still have almost ten minutes. You're not good at using time wisely, Vlad." Aizawa told him.

"Hey did you know? The provisional licensing exam has a 50% fail rate. All of you should just fail! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha." Monoma told Class A students.

"That's why Class A and Class B applied to different locations." Aizawa said.

"The hero licensing exam takes place each June and September in three different locations across the country at the same time. In order to avoid students from the same school fighting each other, all schools split up their students by time or location." Vlad said while looking at his student.

"Whew." Sighing Monoma, continued taunting Class A students again.

"In addition to accelerating the process of getting them, there are very few first years in the country trying to get their provisional licenses. In other words, the test will have those who've trained longer than you, with quirks you don't know about that they've polished up until now. The actual contents of the exam are unclear, but what is clear is that you all will have a hard time. It's not good to get too hung up about it, but keep that in mind." Aizawa finished his piece that was heard by everyone present at the Gym.
