Chapter 163. Carnage (Part1)

"You know Umbrella?"

Deliberately making a surprise expression on the T-1000's face, Ryan added, "This isn't something you should know about."

'I was right. '

Hearing the T-1000's answer, Peter looked surprised, and he continued to ask, "Have you ever heard of Eddie Brick? Maybe... Venom? "

'Of course.'

In the antique shop, Ryan subconsciously sneered in his heart when he heard the young spider's question.

He continued to control the T-1000 to reply, "Venom? You mean that failure who ran away."

"Failure?!"

The T-1000's answer stunned the young spider.

"Of course, an experimental half-baked product that escaped from the lab is nothing but a failure." With an expressionless reply, the T-1000 looked at the young spider in front of him, raised his eyebrows and said, "Looks like you met the guy. I understand how you know Umbrella's name now. Tell me, where is that failure hiding now?"

"Ed... Eddie... is dead."

The young spider replied with a sad tone. He then looked up at the T-1000 again and firmly said, "Besides, Venom is definitely not a failure; he's a hero!"

"Hero?" Hearing the young spider's retort, the T-1000 couldn't help but sneer, "A half-finished lab rat could also be called a hero? He should be glad he's dead. I would have torn him apart and eaten him piece by piece."

"Don't you dare say that about Eddie!"

Listening to the insult from the T-1000, the young spider was agitated. With his agility, he leapt up high, kicked off a steel frame to catch the force of the rebound and violently accelerated towards the T-1000, kicking at him.

Bang --

However, in the next second, with the surge of silvery metal liquid in its body, the T-1000 once again transformed to look similar to Venom. He raised his hand and grabbed Spider-Man's leg and suddenly threw him sideways, slamming him into a nearby car. He looked down at the spider's figure that had dented the car because of the violent impact. The T-1000 directly lifted its leg and stepped on his thin little body, and hoarsely said, "Don't treat me like that loser Venom. I'm the successful experiment, Venom isn't worthy of being compared to me. Remember my name ..."

In the antique shop, Ryan deliberately made the T-1000 pause before slowly pronouncing its name, "Carnage!"

[Reputation points from Peter Parker +400]

The name given by [T-1000] certainly shocked Peter, but he felt the tremendous power coming from his chest and his expression involuntarily twisted. He stretched out his hands and grabbed the claws. The young spider's hands revealed extraordinary strength and gradually lifted the Carnage version of T-1000 version from his own body.

With the continued use of his abilities, Peter had improved significantly in both strength and stamina compared to when he first acquired his abilities.

"How in the hell...?"

Staring at Spider-Man, who slowly lifted itself, the T-1000 followed the plot and made a stunned expression.

Removing the T-1000's hands from him, the young spider raised his wrist and launched a long, thin thread of spider silk, and pulled himself away from the T-1000's feet. Then, Peter patted his chest while looking at the T-1000, who had a scornful expression on its face.

Compared to the Venom he had encountered before, he could clearly feel that the T-1000 version of Carnage was more powerful and certainly more dangerous.

"You think you can escape?"

Looking at Spider-Man clinging to the steel frame, the T-1000 opened its mouth with a ferocious grin. It opened its palms and sharp claws instantly grew out into a blade. It leapt towards the steel frame and climbed towards Peter. Soon, it reached Peter's location.

On the steel frame, the T-1000 roared as it raised its arms. Under the young spider's shocked gaze, a sharp giant blade slashed toward him.

With the alarms from his spidey sense, Spider-Man nimbly dodged the dangerous attack. He looked down at the steel frame that was instantly cut in half, and the face under the red mask turned pale. If he wasn't fast enough, he would have ended up like that steel frame.

"Is escaping all you know?"

Seeing the young spider pull away once again, the T-1000 deliberately provoked him.

To be honest, with the power of the clone, the T-1000 had also mastered the Sky Dance Technique. In short, if he wanted to get rid of the young spider permanently, he could have finished him off very easily. However, at the moment, he was acting as the symbiotes Carnage. If he had really got rid of Peter, who would he collect points from?

"Hey, I'm not escaping; it's strategic retreat."

When the T-1000 questioned, the young spider righteously corrected. The little spider didn't falter, but he did take a step backwards.

After all, seeing the sliced end of the steel frame, unless he was crazy, he would never easily move toward Carnage.

Peter knew that his body wasn't as hard as a steel frame.

'If I had known, I should have stayed at Ned's house like I told Aunt May.'

A look of regret flashed under his red mask. Then, Peter looked at the T-1000 with a hesitant expression.

If possible, Spider-Man didn't really want to face his opponent head-on. The situation just now made him realise that he didn't have the slightest chance of winning if he faced Carnage like this. However, if he escaped, although Peter never cared about pride and 'doing this all day', it's not like he could let a dangerous guy like Carnage wreak havoc.

What's more, he finally found a clue about the Umbrella Corporation, and he didn't want to give up on it so easily.

'Looks like I'll have to fight him head-on after all.'

Thinking of the previous explosions and how Eddie had pushed him out of danger...

Peter's hesitant expression once again turned firm. He looked at the T-1000 and gritted his teeth. 'I can't escape, this is for Eddie!'

Although he had made the decision to continue fighting, Peter didn't foolishly rush forward. He remembered that when Eddie had transformed into Venom, he had one obvious disadvantage, he was afraid of fire. The young spider wondered if Carnage, who was also a symbiote, had the same disadvantage.

'Let's try it out.'
