Enhanced Evolution

{A/M: From now on, I'll mostly be writing from 3rd person's POV. The story will progress more smoothly.

I will also be changing Set's name to Seth as it conflicts with the marvel comics Set who's an elder god.

After waking up, Horus is seen resting in the master bedroom of the villa given to him. He goes to rub his eyes when he accidentally smacks himself on the lips.

The first thing he notices is how much he has grown.

Swinging his legs off the bed, Horus slowly stands up to get used to the sudden growth spurt of two feet. As he's getting up on the right side of the bed, he notices the left side flips up due to his increased weight as well.

He finally stands up and lets the bed fall back down with a loud thump.

Walking to the mirror, Horus can make out all of the details of his new body after taking off his clothes.

His golden eyes are now slightly glowing. In the lit but dim room, Horus could tell he has the eyes of a falcon for sure. They resemble the animals' eyes in the dark when light reflects off them.

His musculature system has developed significantly. Visible to the naked eye, each movement of his body causes the muscle fibers to expand outward which signifies that a particular muscle is in use.

His abdominal muscles now sport an 8-pack. His calf muscles looked as if designed for running.

As for his little brother? The upgrade is too much for a mortal woman to handle. Their mouths can't even fit a single testicle inside.

All in all, Horus now looks at his part. He now looks like a god of war. His body oozes with power. Like he was smelted, hammered, and crafted on the battlefield.

There also isn't a scar where the blade plunged into his chest visible to his eyes. That, he knew would happen. Whether it be a new limb or chopped in half, Horus would piece it back together.

Take Sekhmet in the First series for instance, she was able to be brought "back to life" through Horus building an incubation chamber that kick-started life into her severed head. He also imparted the memories of themselves into her brain just in case she had forgotten.

Horus in that book series was strong and too cunning. The accidental freedom from his prison allowed him to finally start to recuperate after barking in the sun. He was already much stronger than Sophia. Even back thousands of years ago.

After fully having his human genetics unlocked by the Annunaki, he was close to if not on par with the strongest beings in the known universe.

Even his brain potential had been fully unlocked. Able to use all manner of psychic and psionic powers could fly, and learned all the knowledge the Annunaki could offer which was advanced, and then he turned on them.

Horus and Sekhmet were incest-loving clowns. They were slaves taken in by the House of Ra, cared for, and educated above all else.

Just thinking about that Horus made Horus Prime shiver in fright.

In the upper right-hand corner of his vision, Horus sees a faint red dot. Knowing it's a system message, he mentally clicks the dot and a string of notifications floods his vision.

'I went unconscious before I could notice the system notification. Though, this is pretty much useless. I already knew what the virus would do. Is there any way to turn notifications like this off?'

As if hearing his thoughts, the system sounds in his mind,

Horus mentally says "yes" and immediately, the notification was gone.

He then goes back to the last remaining notification.

[<i>Assimilation complete. Congratulations on reaching the next step in your evolution. Falcon mode unlocked. Host, check the status screen for updated profile statistics</i>.]

'No level-up reward?' Horus comments with a small laugh at his joke. Who asked Mike to give him this?

Activating <Divine Sense >, Horus checks his surroundings to find only the servant girl present in another room sleeping.

With a gasp, Horus closes his eyes and focuses his senses on expanding. He was right! Horus could now see much farther using <Divine Sense >. It almost quadrupled.

Not minding the quietness that will soon be rare, Horus pulls up his status sheet.

With the steady use of manipulating your soul, you have acquired the ability to see through the physical body and into the metaphysical plane. Also has a 360° view of your surroundings up to 200 meters.

Falcon Form: The host will be able to transform himself into a falcon (Humanoid or bird form). Able to fly at great speeds due to your godly essence.

Sunrise- Through gathering the ambient energies around and inside of you , host is able to condense a highly dense and volatile sphere of solar energy. When released, whatever surface it touches burns to ash.

'As expected. The EVO virus did not disappoint. Having this system here to display my strength in numbers helps me a lot. However, I would still need to go and master this sudden increase in strength.

No one in Wakanda can be my match as of now. My strength isn't superhuman but this enhanced status is still pretty doable. What I need to do now is go out and train.'

And with these thoughts, Horus went into the washroom. 20 minutes later, he exits the washroom and enters the kitchen where he spots Naja cooking food.

Hearing someone behind her, Naja turns around finding Horus looking at her amusingly.

Flustered deeply, Naja fidgets with the spatula in her hand and then bows. "P-protector Amunet, i-it's good t-t-to see that you're f-finally awake. Lunch will be r-right up."

Ignoring her flustered behavior, Horus smiles and nods.

"That's great to hear, Naja. I am starving. How long was I out for this time?" he asks in an inquiring tone.

"It has been two months, Protector. When you were brought in last night, I was a bit worried about where you had been. But, your guard Emoni informed me you just exerted yourself in battle and was staying in the infirmary.

However, that was not what surprised me the most. The surprising thing was that you had grown two feet overnight. To say I was bemused is an understatement.

My biggest surprise is when it came time to remove your clothing…," Naja just trails off and looks away, clearly flustered. If she had been much lighter, a blush would be present on her cheeks.

Horus knows exactly why she trailed off but still wants to hear it. He wanted to tease her a bit.

"Huh? What happened when you changed my clothes? Did you do something to me?" Horus says, looking afraid and angry.

Eyes widening, Naja turns to Horus with her hands up in a defensive posture.

"Protector Amunet, I would never take advantage of you while you're asleep!" she says, speaking quickly and in a panicky tone.

"Hm… are you sure you haven't done anything? I feel a bit funny in my crotch," Horus replies while rubbing and groping his flaccid foot-long penis.

Watching Horus do this sends a warmth deep into Naja's stomach area. Her body heats up with each beat of her heart.

"Y-yes, Protector. I am sure. If you'd like, I can check for myself if there are any oddities." Naja then asks with a face full of hope. She then moves in toward Horus to close the distance.

Horus raises his left hand in a "stop" gesture and replies, "Oh no, I think that I am pretty good right now. Maybe it's just the increase in power. Let me just—" as Horus is saying this, Emoni runs in, an urgent expression and a hint of relief written on her face.

She looks at Naja, then at Horus. Puzzlement was clear on her face. However, she ignores that and gets on to why she has come.

"Protector, the king has an urgent need of you. Please follow me," Emoni says turning around, spear in hand.

Looking back at Naja, Horus shrugs his shoulders.

"I guess I'll have to take a rain check on lunch."

Inside the royal palace, Bashenga is seen on his throne and the elders also sitting in their respective seats.

Walking in through the doors, Bashenga and the elders get up and bow before Horus.

Feeling awkward, Horus just waves his hand and says, "Hey, everyone".

Bashenga and the elders reply with their salutations.

Bashenga then clears his throat and begins to tell Horus why he has called for him.
