The building collapsed, sending plumes of smoke into the sky. After being thrown like a shot put, Hercules crashed through several buildings before regaining his footing.

Panting heavily, his breath sounded like a broken bellows. Each breath tasted of blood, indicating his internal organs were severely damaged. Hercules had never felt so miserable; his divine essence felt weak and diminished, like a common mortal.

"Bastard..."

He struggled to gather his strength, divine energy flowing through his body, slowly healing his injuries. Gods do not fall! Hercules gritted his teeth, determined to rise from the rubble.

But his sluggish reflexes betrayed him, and he realized too late that Su Chen was already standing before him.

Bang!!

Su Chen stomped down, crushing Hercules back into the debris.

"This is the god of Earth? Pathetic and laughable."

The mocking words ignited Hercules's fury, but a warning instinct honed from countless battles screamed danger in his mind.

"What is this?"

Hercules saw Su Chen's body sprout eight energy tendrils.

Whoosh!!

The sharp, energy-formed tendrils pierced through the air, stabbing into Hercules's body.

"Ah!!"

Hercules screamed in agony. The tendrils had effortlessly penetrated his divine shield and even his divine body as if it were paper.

Pain!

"You..."

Hercules realized Su Chen had evolved to counter his divine form.

"Why?"

In his final moments, he couldn't understand how Su Chen could suddenly become so effective against him. Resistance to divine power, the ability to extinguish divine energy, and now energy weapons that could pierce his divine body. What kind of monster was this?

He had only fought Su Chen for a couple of minutes, yet in that brief time, Su Chen had undergone three transformative evolutions.

"You shouldn't exist in this world..."

Hercules raged against the unfairness of it all. And then there was nothing.

Whoosh!!

A tendril extended from Su Chen's back, piercing Hercules's head. A god of Earth fell.

"So much for gods," Su Chen remarked, his energy tendrils collapsing and merging back into his body.

He turned to face another figure in the sky and a giant rising from the distant sea, Goliath. Despite not using his psychic powers, Su Chen could sense their fear and hesitation.

"You want to run?"

"Don't want revenge anymore?"

Though Su Chen was far away, his voice clearly reached their ears.

The devil whispered. Death beckoned.

"Ah!!"

The Human Torch roared in defiance, recalling the deaths of his sister, brother-in-law, and Ben. He was alone now; hesitation was cast aside. Enraged, he became a fiery missile.

"Human Torch..."

Goliath, in contrast, had calmed down. The difference in power was an unbridgeable chasm, but that wasn't the worst part. Hercules had seemed superior but only briefly held the upper hand before being brutally overpowered. Su Chen's terrifying evolution capability was the real danger.

"Die, all of you die!"

Consumed by rage, the Human Torch was determined to go down fighting. His goal: a supernova explosion to obliterate Su Chen.

Whoosh!!

He flew in a fiery arc around Su Chen at supersonic speed, creating a massive firestorm that engulfed Su Chen.

The heat intensified, temperatures skyrocketing, and the firestorm spun faster. The Human Torch was a blur, circling so fast his afterimage formed a ring. He was burning his life force to achieve the supernova explosion.

In an instant, temperatures reached a million degrees Fahrenheit, the space within the firestorm collapsing under the heat.

"You've got guts," Su Chen smirked. "But don't think you're noble. Your friends and family were just failed conspirators."

He welcomed the challenge, as it would further his evolution. Despite the searing heat closing in, Su Chen's fire resistance surged. Fire's opposite is ice!

Instantly, a powerful surge of ice energy erupted from Su Chen, transforming the area into a frozen wasteland. He called it the 'Ice Age'.
