25 CHAPTER 25

As Andrew was heading to the first floor, there was chaos descending on the said floor.
"Ready your weapons and aim at the door. Call the Cops, Ron, and ask them to enter here as soon as possible,"
"Yes, Boss," said Ron who acknowledged and quickly took his phone and contacted the cops who were waiting and guarding the buildings outside.
The Boss who had just given the order to Ron turned to see his crew in Chaos.
"Stop!!!" he yelled. Ron did not budge and continued what he was doing as this was not for him but for the others.
"3-star Formation, and center the M1919 Browning Machine Gun. I will take control of that. I want all of you to be quick and I don't want any mistakes to happen. Do You Understand!" the Boss said.
All of them who heard it said, "Yes, sir!!"
The Boss was the Head of the Security that Christine had arranged today. His Name is Alexander Dale, he was an ex-military and retired 4 years back and he joined a company that requires people like him. He climbed the ranks in the company and had ranked Commander where he will be able to have his crew of 75 people.
His Company name is called Aspire Guard. (A/N: Something I made up.)
There were only 4 Commanders including him and the total amount of ex-military and others counted 500.
Rarely does the Commanders of the company act as they only manage and create plans and the manpower required. They are called to act only when the pay was high and they were asked by their clients.
Today was a day that will put a Black Mark on his record and soon all the other three commanders will also have a Black Mark in their Records just because of One Man.
Christine and Zavez did not divulge the name of Andrew to them and since Andrew wears a mask, they will have no idea who it was and they will not be able to act on their own to bring the Man down who will soon be called The Dishonored One a.k.a TDO.
"You on the left, you will have a clear view of who it will be the moment the door opens. If it's someone we know yell, Safe, or yell Fire," shouted Alexander as he pointed to one of the men in the sides.
The one who he pointed to nodded his head.
As the Boss was contemplating, the door to the Safe Room Elevator opened and the man who he gave the task, yelled, "FIRE!!!".
All of them without hesitation triggered their weapons.
*Gunshot*
Multiple Bullets came out of the guns, rifles, and mainly the Machine Gun that Alexander started to shoot.
But all of them slowed down as if an otherworldly power commanded them.
Andrew emerged from the door and the mark in his left hand glowed as he activated Bend Time again.
He walked towards them and mainly the boss in the center rapidly sending out bullets from the machine gun even when Time dialed down.
He saw the bullets move slowly and as he neared them, he used his hands and pushed them to the sides as if it was nothing.
On the sides, the guards were shocked to see The Man in Death Mask walk so fast, Alexander had sweat formed on his forehead within a second.
Due to Time going slow for them which they did not realize, they felt as if Andrew was a freak of nature.
In a blink of an eye, Andrew who had just opened the door was now just a meter away from their boss and they could not do anything.
Andrew radiated a pressure from the void without him realizing which brought dread and emptiness to all of them.
They all felt like being sucked over into complete nothingness even though they were still standing in their respective positions. But it was Alexander who saw a visage of Andrew and his outfit and him moving the bullets with his bare hands which shook his entire being.
As Andrew neared Alexander, Alexander's eyes moved to the right albeit slowly. He saw the mask and all he felt was his death that is going to descend but nothing happened. But that feeling will be something he can never forget and this will haunt him till the day he dies. Every time he will close his eyes for a good night's rest, he will see the mask and remember the dread that the mask brought into him.
Andrew used Blink and navigated himself back to the third floor.
Time flowed normally for them and all of them fell to their knees, the worst one was Alexander and the guards who were close to him.
They were all shaking and thanking the gods for letting them live but fear rooted deeply into their hearts and minds.
'What was that? When he came near me, all I felt was absolute fear and dread. That was not a man, he was not a man… A Monster… Death,' Alexander felt Death stare at him when he turned his eyes to the right when Andrew walked by.
The Mask that Andrew wore, and for what he wore has started to work and the Mask will soon be the fear of all who wish to commit the atrocious acts.
Outside the cops have arrived.
"Enter cautiously," said the Police Detective as he heard the gunshot sounds but they soon died down and became silent.
"Be Alert!!" he then signaled using his hands and two officers went and opened the Main door of the Mansion.
As they opened the Police officers swarmed inside.
There were more than 25 of them.
"I need 5 of you to stay here and search the ground floor, the rest follow me," said the Police Detective.
They started to climb to the first floor through the stairs and as they entered all they saw were the guards breathing heavily.
Guns, Rifles, and even a Machine Gun was seen in the center of all of them.
'These bastards even have a Machine Gun? I have to ask the chief to make a background check on Aspire Guard.'
He saw the Head of the guards kneeling behind the Machine Gun. He knew him as he had worked with him before, a year back.
"Alexander, what happened?" asked the Police Detective.
"Monster, that was a Monster," muttered Alexander.
He got up and turned to see the Police Detective he knew from before.
"Nathan, I don't think I will ever be the same," said Alexander as fear could be seen in his voice.
"What the hell happened?!" questioned the Detective.
Alexander recounted everything that happened, how the cameras went off, and soon the communications were cut, also their strategy of using the Night Vision Goggles.
"Everything was going good until smoke grenades and we had to clear it out and only then did I realize he would have gone to the Safe Room underground where Mam and her son were taken to."
"I can only hope they are still alive but I doubt so. I then called all of my members and formed a formation and also brought out a machine gun. You have to understand this was going to be the first black mark in my report and I wanted the one who did this to be riddled with bullet holes and that's why I brought out the Machine gun as well to put the bastard to death."
He started to sweat, and continued, "When the door opened, we all shot as the guard who I tasked to yell Fire, shouted out,"
"That's when I saw something that I cannot describe, I blinked once and saw him,"
"He was standing a meter away from me and he was waving his hands. Everything was slow as if Time itself slowed down, or he was that fast. All I saw was a visage of him."
"A dread that came with him, I felt nothing a feeling I never thought a person could feel, I felt it, they felt it. We felt as if the whole area was going to be sucked into a void of nothingness. The next time I saw him, he was standing right next to me. I felt death staring right into me and walked by as if it pitied me and all of us but I could not feel it and it only registered in my mind as that Monster disappeared."
Nathan who heard this did not know what to do. The words that Alexander used were easy to understand. He just can't believe it but seeing Alexander and his team and their fears something says inside him to believe it.
'Someone who can move bullets with his bare hands? Was he hallucinating?' thought Nathan.
"Do you remember the Mask?" asked Nathan.
"It is not something I can forget even if I want to," Alexander said.
"Alright," Nathan started to issue out commands to his officers and once he completed it, he along with Alexander and a few officers and Alexander's guards headed down.
As the elevator door opened, they saw a body lying dead, then found two bodies with their heads detached as they entered the safe room, they saw smoke though it did not block their sight and they found 5 guards unconscious.
"Wake them up," Alexander said to his guards.
He then followed Nathan and entered the left room, and saw the state of Christine and her son.
Christine's neck was crushed and the neck was like a pipe and they turned to Zavez to see him decapitated and a fist-like hole with his organs and blood out.
Few officers who were controlling themselves from vomiting before puked out by seeing the horrible scene.
Alexander had seen this in his life and was able to control himself and he turned to see Nathan somehow managing himself.
The CSI soon arrived in the area and started to create the crime scene as Alexander and his guards went back.
Meanwhile, in this Chaotic situation, Andrew decided to escape from the Mansion through the area where the Helicopter was situated. This was because he saw that cops have already put the area on lock in the Main Entrance and the best way now was to go through the back before they lock down that area as well.
Before he proceeded with his route of escape, he brought the HEART and could see the intensity of the heartbeat was normal.
'No more Runes,' he thought.
He saw a few guards who had taken the position of the ones he knocked out.
He did the same as before and knocked out the guards using Sleep Darts. He then climbed down carefully and once he was at a considerable distance from the compound wall, he used Blink to land atop the wall and jumped down. Once he put a lot of distance from the Mansion, he opened his inventory and took the device that Natasha gave him, and pressed the button on it.
