The Final Trial

Ming Yue expected as much but she was still disappointed by what she received. Going through all this trouble to receive nothing but a token wasn't exactly what she would have liked. 

"At least the design looks nice", she thought. 

Holding it in her hand, she studied the token, admiring the etchings of the dragon's eyes. And then she took out all of the tokens, building up a little pile in front of her. 

"A hundred of them, each one for a God-Beast, what do I even do with all of these? Ahh, I should've asked Dian Zhuan when I was still outside."

She was a bit annoyed for not asking him when she had the chance. 

"I thought putting them together would have done something but I guess not."

While staring at the pile, the Beast Tamer came to her with a roasted rabbit leg on a stick. 

"Thank you."
