Lykanthropos

[WARNING!- MATURE CONTENT] She gasped with eyes wide open and so did he. "It's you." They both said at the same time. She didn't know how to react so she just stared at him. "You're the one who called me a pervert." he said. She was now scared than shocked. "I'm so sorry Prince...Your highness," she lowered her gaze. "You were being a pervert but I shouldn't have said anything. Please don't have me executed." she begged. He stared at her for a while and began to laugh. "Execute you? Why would I do that?" She looked up at him. "I don't know maybe cos I was disrespectful." "I couldn't do that. Even if I wanted to, I couldn't." He said. "So you're not gonna chop my head off?" "No." The elevator opened and they both got off. "What room are you in?" "Um..., I don't wanna say." she said. He nodded slowly. "Ok. I get that. Good night then." He was leaving but then he came back. "What's your name?" asked he. "K-kristen." she answered. "Last name?" he added. She lifted her brows. "Kael." "Hmm. Kristen Kael. It's lovely." She didn't know why but it sounded so nice when he said her name. "What's yours?" she asked him. "Prince Achilles Onasis." he said in a proud voice. She was taken aback. His name sounded really royal. She nodded her head. Instantly, he leaned closer and whispered in her ear, "Made you wet didn't it?" he then smirked and walked away. Kristen found herself shocked and nervous at the same time.

Uncomfortable

It was the next day when Kristen woke up. She sat up on the big king-size bed and yawned while scratching her head. She looked around, and she saw Achilles sleeping on the couch next to the bed. She was about to go to him but she stopped. Memories of last night started flooding back. She remembered how he looked at her from the top with no care in sight. She remembered how he ignored her when she needed him the most, and she frowned.

She was extremely angry with him. She walked back to the door so she could still keep an eye on him and leave without him seeing.

Well, she was clumsy enough and stumbled on a vase stand, and it smashed on the ground, waking him up instantaneously.

"What's going on?!" He exclaimed.

He saw that it was her and sighed. He stood up just to go check on her, but she held her hand up.

"Don't come any closer." She said. He completely got her. He acted like an idiot yesterday.

"Are you ok?" he asked.

"Don't fucking ask me that. Don't act as if you care about me. "I do care about you."

"No, you don't. You only care about your pride, and you have an enormous ego," She painfully said. "You watched me shiver my boots off in the rain and did nothing. Now you want me to believe that you care about me? I should have stayed with Luke. He was right."

"Please don't say stuff like that, and Loukâs is not a good person. Whatever he said to you is a lie, and he's much more of a dangerous person than he appears to be."

"Save me the lecture. You both hurt me, Achilles. You both did. No wonder you're brothers."

"Ok, do not compare me to that bastard. I would never hurt you on purpose." Achilles' tone escalated a little. "Oh really? That's what you all say, and yet you keep on hurting others."

"Kristen, for goodness sake, please listen -" Achilles inched closer to her, but she pushed him away.

"No! I said don't come any closer"

He took a few steps back and winced in pain. Her facial expression changed when she saw him like that.

"What's wrong?" She asked. "It's nothing," he replied. "What's that on your face?" she asked again. This time, he touched his face. "It's nothing serious. I'm fine."

"No, Achilles, that doesn't look fine at all." She walked up to him and tilted his head to have a closer look.

"Looks like a scratch from a wild animal. Did you go into the forest again?" she asked. He looked at her astounded. Did she not remember?

"Do you not remember?" he inquired. She shook her head in confusion.

"Yesterday was a full moon and..., you attacked him," he explained. "What?! I did this to you?" she was in utter shock. There was no way. It wasn't that bad, but she hurt him. She was here complaining about how he ignored her when she tried to rip his beautiful skin off.

"Was this all the damage a caused?" she softly asked. "Yeah, this was all." He answered. "You're lying." She imposed.

"No, I'm not."

"Yes, you are, and you did it again." His eyebrows arched. "What are you talking about?" He questioned. "I can hear your increasing heart rate. What are you hiding? just tell me the truth." she urged. He sighed gravely. "Just don't blame yourself too much.

She wondered what that meant. She then noticed him unbutton his shirt. He opened his shirt and she saw all the bruises. She gasped in both fear and shock. Tears began to pool in her eyes. With shaky breaths, she reached out and touched it.

"I...I d-did this t-to you?" she asked, but he didn't answer. "Did I do this?" She asked again.

"Yes, but it's ok. You didn't do it on purpose." he now responded. He pulled her and hugged her.

"I know you wouldn't purposely hurt me, and I know that it was because of the full moon. I don't blame you at all because it's completely ok." he coaxed her.

"It's not ok, Achilles. It isn't." "Yes, It is. Don't be too hard on yourself, ok? It's not the solution."

"But I hurt you," she said softly against his neck. He shook his head, disagreeing. "I hurt you, Achilles. I'm so so sorry," she said again.

He pulled her out of the hug and looked at her.

"No need for an apology. I said it's fine."

He then cupped her jaw and pecked her on the lips and smiled at her, which made her smile back.

She threw herself into his arms once more as he rubbed her back and hair.

"Are you hungry?" he asked. She nodded. "Alright, let's go downstairs. I'm sure breakfast is ready by now."

They both made their way downstairs and sat at the table with Zale and Myles.

Because their parents weren't around, Achilles sat at the head of the table, and Kristen sat at his immediate right. Myles sat opposite her while Zale sat inclined to her.

Myles was giving the looks she didn't like. "So...wanna talk about what happened last night?" Myles said, earning everyone's gaze. He, however, kept his eyes on Kristen.

"Do you mind not bringing that up right now," Achilles spoke "Why not?" Myles said.

"It'll make her uncomfortable, and I don't want that."

"Uncomfortable? How can talking about reality be uncomfortable?" "Myles, what are you on about?" Zale cut in.

"I'm just saying that it shouldn't be uncomfortable to talk about."

"Enough Myles. Can I not have my breakfast in peace?" Achilles shouted.

"You can brother, but she can't. What are you even doing here anyway?" Myles turned his attention to Kristen. She looked up at him.

"Um..., I er... I," she stuttered.

"Myles, stop it! You don't have to answer that Kris." Achilles said to her. She looked like she wanted to cry.

"Also, if you're a Lykaon Lycan, you're 95% a part of Helix's pack and that makes you the enemy," Myles added.

"Myles!!!" Achilles banged the table. She dropped her fork and knife and left the table. The three men watched her as she ran back upstairs.

"What the actual fuck is wrong with you?! Have you gone completely mad?" Achilles shrieked.

Myles was the only one acting up about yesterday.

"Maybe I have gone mad." Myles retaliated.
