Lin Yue's eyes were on her master as the man landed in front of her and crouch to her height. His thumb was cold as it caressed her cheek lovingly.

Lin Huang shook his head, trying to hold back the tears that were about to gush out from his eyes, he look up at the girl who has started crying as if she knew what he was going to do.

He sighed softly and suddenly, the girl jumped into his arm, her head in the crook of his neck, and her hands wrapped around his neck.

"No, no Master, you can't leave me! Master, you can't leave Yue'er." Lin Yue was crying really hard, hugging him tight.

"I am sorry Yue'er, Master is sorry. Master can't teach you anything anymore, and Master can't correct you anymore. You are always a good girl, and... I had already regarded you as my daughter. He felt the girl in his arm tremble greatly, and then she pulled away from the hug and look at him, Lin Huang felt heartache for the girl, her eyes were wet with tears, her face was even paler than white, she only look at him, tears streaming down.

Then she said nodded. Wiping the tears that had trailed down her cheeks with her sleeves, she went on her knees, kowtowing three times, and look at him, before saying hoarsely.

Lin Huang pulled her into a last hug and flew away, he didn't want to see her face again, or his decision that was beginning to waver will finally disappear.

Her eyes traced her master who was now saying something to her mother, then she saw her mother nod, the woman then bowed deeply, and after that, she turn to Bai Yueran who smiled at her and pulled her into a hug.

After that, her mother walked to where her father was and joined him in ending the battle, then she told him something and both of them walked to where she was, killing at least five grandmasters before reaching her.

Her mother carried her into her arm, Lin Yue only stared dazedly, she can't cry anymore –tears refused to come out.

"Yue'er..." Her father voice trailed her name for a long time before opening his mouth.

"Yue'er, Father can't watch you grow up." He swallows his saliva, seeing the girl finally look at him, fear and panic in her eyes.

Then tears poured out again from Lin Yue's eyes.

He was silent again before saying. "You have to live well, and, father is deeply sorry for losing you in the private training ground."

"Go." He said to her mother.

Lin Yue finally hold onto his hand and shook her head.

"Yue'er, you have to understand." Her mother said softly, causing Lin Yue to snap.

"Lin Yue, promise me you will leave well." She heard her father say.
