Wickedness at his peak hahahaha 😂😂😂😂
I cried so hard I'm having a headache. How can she be so miserable? How can they utter such words at her 😭
Businesswoman since she was a child
Talk about being petty 😂😂😂
Already commented a lot so I have nothing much to say, than; this book is bittersweet. Thankfully, it's mostly sweet. There were times when I felt like crying. There's no stone left unturned. Linfeng and XZ, Gu Zhen and SY, TX and JS, Lu Jin, Lu Yinze, they were all epic character, and so was the villain. At some point, I couldn't even figure if I hate him or like him. And that Gunan too. I'm glad they all have their own happy ending. And maybe in another timeline, Ming Zhiyi realized his feeling earlier for Lu Fanrong, and let go of his hatred and heal from his trauma. I hope he healed properly. I hope Lu Jin met Gunan again, and this time around, they didn't grow up twisted and forced to murder people. I hope Lu Yinze had no trauma, SX and GZ's love life was smooth sailing, and Tang Yin also find someone that love her dearly. The two brothers Guan, the old man Lu, Old man Xiong... ahhhh, Butler Zhou Ming... Honestly, I have so much to talk about. And lastly, our main character. I hope she would have no trauma again. She would just live happily ever after with her beloved. Thanks again, author, for this masterpiece. We couldn't thank you enough. Please don't stop making this kind of book.
Here to throw another tantrum, I realized I somehow comment too early, but it's okay. Anyway, the writing was as epic as usual. Give me goosebumps. The scene of the heirs being tortured made me shiver too. It was nicely written. I somehow find that guy pitiful. After all, he was raised deranged. He was truly pitiful. Everyone in the Qian family very well deserved everything they went through. I only wish Xiong Zhi will stop blaming herself. I don't think there's anything she can do about it. All of them underestimate MZY. It wasn't her fault. She was also injured. It really wasn't her fault. They could only blame that MZY for how he was raised to think that he did well by trying to hurt those who supported Old Lu in bringing ruins to their family. In reality, those ruins were caused by their own actions. Almost done, but I truly wish XZ would listen to her man and erase that scar. It would bring all of them bad memories about the past. Including all those that were involved. They don't deserve that.
At some point, I'm quite sure now the FL is not really good, it's even more obvious now, cuz why the fuck would she forgot what Lu Jin specifically even told her! it was always the most obvious thing! Also, did she forget that Ming whatever will retaliate for her friggin disruption?! So disappointed. I'm kinda angry, but I must finished it.
Leaving another review. I would like to say our FL is not that good. It pained me to say this. First of all, the grave mistake of giving two promises to that guy Liu Feng or what's his name again... She could have reduced it to one to be safe atleast. Instead, she was like, deal. Now, she had to compromise and pay for it. During that chapter, I almost dropped the book. Now, second of all which is the funniest mistake she made was assuming that the fall of the other families wouldn't affect her. It definitely would. She would be caught in the storm once Ming Zhiyi swallowed the others. Now, if not for Priscilla, she would have probably not even involved herself in the Lu's situation. Since she did, and later found out that Old Lu was also been fed the poison, didn't that hint at something obvious? Two elders of great family were being fed poison by Lu Jin and also through Gunan, and it was so obvious what Gunan wanted in the first place. The Xiong family so he would get the Guan family, and the same thing was what Lu Jin was also doing. They wanted the legendary families to themselves. It was clear since Day 1. It also shows the relationship between Lu Jin and Gunan. Now... FL met Old Guan I think during her birthday, she didn't recognize him at first but then later realized his identity, she vividly remembered how weak he had looked in her past life, but now he was robust that she didn't recognize him immediately, she even said something like... what had happened to make him look like that in her past life? Also, how come she didn't even suspect that Old Guan was likely to be poisoned when the kind of person Gunan is, is very clear. He wanted to become the president, I think he had been one in her past life, doesn't that shows that he would use underhanded method?! Someone that poisoned another family, guess what he's doing with his own? It's good to be suspicious of your enemy. I'm sure FL would be able to turn the table over later on tho, but it's still disappointing that she didn't even have a single conjecture that Old Guan was being poisoned. Also, the ML, shouldn't he have an idea? Uhhh, the romance was point on anyway. It's a good read.
