Ch 13: Seven Heavenly Spirits

When he came to his room, he saw a thin old man waiting for him.

He was tall and had a long beard.

As he went inside, the old man got up and greeted him.

"Patriarch"

He nodded and sat down, he wasn't in the mood to chat right now and he didn't even know who allowed this guy to enter his room.

"I am Mushashi Ieiri, the head of the Ieiri branch and Shoko's father"

"I also think she should marry someone she loves but I thought she liked the kid Gojo so I didn't object"

It can be said he has eight lives if he can have seven Heavenly Spirits.

He could summon them to fight and he could also use the Heavenly Spirit's Curse Technique but he could only use one at a time and while he uses it, that Curse Spirit cannot be summoned.

But here comes the difficult part, where can he fight strong curse spirits?

Even if he contracts seven Grade 1 Cursed Spirits, he would just have seven extra lives and no power, Grade 1 Cursed Spirits are useless against strong.

As for special grade cursed spirits, leaving everything aside, every special grade has great intellect and they would never agree to be his slaves.

What about the Rinne-Sharingan illusion?

It doesn't work, the Curse Spirits must accept to become a Heavenly Spirit under Heaven's Witness which means he can not use illusion or force them to become a Heavenly Spirit.

It is easy to convince weak Curse Spirits but his target is Special Grade and even beyond, if he wants to do that he has to first defeat them and talk, even then most of them surely wouldn't agree.

This is the reason why he wasn't much interested in this technique but if he uses illusion on Rika before she becomes a Vengeful Cursed Spirit, will this be allowed or will it be considered under illusion?

He will have to see if it works.

He can also try the disaster-level Cursed Spirits that appeared in the original work.

Jogo can try but not much chance.

Mahito is undoubtedly out of the question, with his intelligence he cannot be fooled and would surely not lower himself to come under him.

Hanami and Dagon, these two are the only ones with a mild personality, they may agree to become his Heavenly Spirit.
