Battle for the camp-5
(POV Cyrus)
After I was done mentally cursing whoever threw that boulder at me I continued swimming to the surface.
(I swear if someone throws another rock at me I might just accept that soul piece and kill them!) I thought with an irritated expression.
<Well damn don't you have bad luck?> Lyra teased me.
Being unable to respond verbally I flipped off the panel near me.
Once I reached the surface I immediately looked around for anything about to crash into me.
"Good…" I muttered as I looked at the now smoke dissipated battlefield.
I looked at the battlefield and saw Darius and the jagras facing off against the emperor Girros with Dwayne and Noir defending the camp.
^Will just stop dodging and die!^ The white behemoth shouted as he swiped his poison coated claws.
Darius lethargically launched himself at the white giant dodging the claw and jabbing its shoulder with his arm blades.
"Come on is that all you got!" he shouted as he swiped his blade over and over on the beast only giving it shallow wounds.
(Darius is tired his movements are slow and clumsy he must have been fighting it for a while…) I continued analyzing the battle as I made my way to shore.
Just before I reached something hit me.
It wasn't a boulder, it wasn't Dwayne or Noir, no it was an idea.
"Lyra! Can you…"

(POV Darius)
(Damnit this is taking too long! I need back up where is Cyrus!) I thought as I sent a wave of inferno towards the beast.
"That has to damage it right!" I shouted as I tiredly hopped onto the back of the Jagras to get as far away from the beast as possible unsure of whether it was alive or not.
<That albino mother fucker is most probably still standing. You saw all the previous attacks they did nothing but anger bitch even further!> Nexus said with irritation as he launched a volley of rocks at the smoky veil.
*GGGRRRRRAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH*^
^WHERE ARE THESE ROCKS COMING FROM! SHOW YOURSELVES COWARDS!^ The beast roared as it walked through the smoke with slightly singed scales.
"This is gonna take a while…" I mutter as I start throwing small fireballs at the beast while riding the Jagras.
<Oi Darius take a break from fighting! We'll it here…> Lyra said in a serious and excited tone.
<Took ya long enough!> Nexus complained.
I put on a relieved expression as I ceased my attack and headed towards the camp.
Suddenly I hear footsteps behind me and look back to see the emperor Girros on my tail… well the tail of the Jagras.
"YOU SAID YOU'D TAKE CARE OF IT!" I shouted as I made the Girros go faster.
<Yeah we'll take care of fighting it but you are now bait. Now head for the lake quickly!> She shouted.
With no choice I ordered my ride to run to the lake "I hope you know what you're doing!" I shout as I spot Cyrus.
"I'm ninety percent sure!" He shouted back as he took a strange stance.
"Ninety percent sure of what!" I say confused as I throw a fireball at the Girros to buy time.
"That we are going to kill this bastard and have a beer or two after!" He shouted with what I assume is a grin under his mask.
"Hell yeah!" I say with a laugh as I get off my stead.

(POV Cyrus)
"Lyra start phase one!" I said with a grin as I called Draco cyberiem back from the corpse of the great Girros.
<ON IT!> She said excitedly as the panels started changing positions a few aiming themselves at the emperor Girros and a few zoomed past us and into the lake.
"Phase one? Phase one of what!" Darrius looked at me with his damaged mask and voiced his confusion.
"You'll see…" I said as I pumped mana into the axes as they coated themselves in crackling cyan electricity.
The emperor Girros emerged from the smoke unscathed, not burned, but fucking furious as its eyes locked onto me and stared with malice and unmoving.
To this I grin as I pull down my hood and take off my mask "So do you wish to surrender or die by my hands?" I questioned it.
^You? YOU? JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE A BIT STRONGER THAN A NORMAL DRONE DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU CAN KILL MY ARMY! WE ARE STRONGER! WE ARE FASTER! WE ARE BETTER! WE ARE SUPERIOR! Even if you defeat one or a hundred a thousand more will take their place so don't get cocky when you don't have the strength to back it!^ It stomped its foot on the ground making it slightly tremble.
It then swiped its claws at me sending sand and stone toward me.
I grinned as I ducked under it and ran forward using the dust as cover.
I then saw its silhouette and threw my axes at it as I ran to my left.
*GGGGGGRRRRRrreeeeeaaahhhh*
As the axes hit their mark on its tail I took out my sword and rushed to its side as it stood momentarily paralyzed.
I then slashed upwards on its front leg making its way through its claw before it did not go any further after reaching the bone.
Before it could react I quickly pulled the blade out and jumped onto its back and slashed once more only making a shallow cut.
*GGGRRRRAAAAAHHHHHH*
The beast roared as it swiped its injured claw at me trying to get me off its back.
(Damn no wonder Darius could not kill it its hide is sturdy as steel!) I thought as I sheathed the sword on my back and called the axes back as I jumped off the creature's back.
"You know even if you are a lizard and I am a man we both have something in common." I said in a serious tone as I landed on the ground.
It looked at me doubtfully and snarled as it replied ^And that's what?^.
"We both lead an army and mine has arrived!" I replied as I whistled signaling Lyra to start phase two.
Immediately a chorus of roars engulfed the cavern as I got ready for the next part of the plan.

All creatures on the battlefield from the Girros emperor to troop, Darius and Nexus, Dwayne, and Noir all froze and not a peep was spoken as the roars continue to deafen their ears.
The emperor looked at me with fear and confusion the rage and arrogance long gone as it unconsciously bowed down slightly.
^Ho… How did…did you get the Rathalos… the Rathiens… and…th… the…Diablos to help you how can they serve such a weakling like you!^ I buckled in fear as it backed away from me.
"That's the beauty of it they don't. NOW!" I signaled phase 3 of the plan to commence as the axes returned to my hands.
<On it!> Lyra shouted as large amounts of water were launched out of the panel soaking the cave floor and all the Girros.
^Was that supposed to hurt?^ It said as it rose and spat a red blob at me.
"No this is!" I ducked down and slammed one of my axes down to the floor immediately letting electricity seep out the axe and electrocute all the Girros.
*GGGGGGIIIIIIHHHHHHHHHHIIIIIIIIIRRRRRAAA* *KKKKKKKKKKRRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAHHHHHH*
All of the Girros but the emperor dropped down to the floor paralyzed and knocked out some even dead.
The Girros glared at me and Darius at me with fury as it tried getting up only to fall down while terribly twitching and spasming.
"Know this you had the chance to leave this battle with your brethren alive… But now it's too late you all will leave together as souls guided to the afterlife…" I say as I make my way to the lake.
"Any last words?" I turned back once I was knee deep in the lake.
^…Let a few of my people go back home, there are young ones in the nest and only a few guards being the elderly. None of them will survive for long without protection please-^ Before it could bow and beg I splashed him with a torrent of water from the lake.
<Skill 'Water torrent- 0.5' has been learned>
"You are a king and a king does not beg! I want a mighty ruler to die by my hands not a weak beggar! I will allow you to hand pick the ones you wish to leave but don't you dare beg. Do you wish to die honorably as an honorable king, not a beggar pleading for his life, you want to die with honor right so don't you dare beg!" I say angrily as I signal Lyra to splash all the Girros with water lightly.
"What the fuck happened to him while I was gone…" I didn't notice Darius's comment.
It gave me a weak toothy smile as it struggled to point toward some Girros scattered around the camp before it laid down on the floor accepting his death as his body continued spasming.
"Lyra store them away for now…" I say as I prepare the largest mana attack I have ever done.
My body emitted an icy aura as I crouched down to the floor with ice forming on the gauntlets of my armor.
"May your deaths be painless…" I Whisper to the white behemoth as my hand came into contact with a stream of water that flowed to every Girros courtesy of Lyra.
Immediately the water froze into sharp spikes that extended everywhere killing them all painlessly and dyed the ice red as their blood.
