Chapter: 22

A black ship was sailing in the sea. The sky is blue. So, the water also makes its appearance look blue.

The sea wasn't as calm as before. The wind is blowing frequently. In the last part of the ship, there is the cabin for the captain. Above the cabin, on the wooden floor.

Rood was lying there. Basking is the sun. It's been four days since the last fight. Although his wound looks healed, if he takes a little exercise, the wound will open again.

"One pirate group. The total bounty is $934 million. What the f*ck did they do to reach this height?" Jaguar, keep thinking.

Not only him. All the bounty hunters in these four blues are now looking for this pirate group.

The Roods Pirates have been sailing for 6 days. They haven't reached the next island. Because of the short supply, they stop their daily training and keep counting seconds.

It's very boring to sail every day without any entertainment. Rood made a task list in his mind.

First is a doctor, who is the most important person for a pirate group.

Second are musicians. Because when they have a party, they just keep joking and making fun of each other.

"Roods. We found the island." K.Kish informed me when he saw the island.

When the sun came down, the Rood Pirate started to move slowly towards the island.

They didn't dock at the main port because they don't wanted to inform the navy about their whereabouts.

This island looks like a broken island because there are loads of mountains. Which created a lot of rivers that go through the whole island. This makes the island look like broken glass.

All the inhabitants of this island live near the river.

But the Rood Pirate doesn't want to appear in front of everyone. So, Rood took a detour and docked at a certain part of the mountains.

The place they choose to stop. Its height is very high. If a person stands on the ground, they will only see the mast of the ship. The ground level of this island is very far from the water level.

After completing the docking process, they are doing the necessary work that needs to be done to create a base camp. After completely cleaning this place, Rood, Duke, K.Kish, and Mokume went out to buy the supplies.

It may have taken an hour for a normal human to reach the market. But Roods are strong people. It's not that far for them. After entering the market, their first choice is where they can find information. same as everywhere. You can find a pub very easily. Because it's night. A lot of people gathered here.

There were four people who came straight to an empty table and ordered some beers.

After some time, the waiters came with beers.

"Well. There is no navy here. We can't exchange for the bounty head we have in our bag. How will we buy supplies this time?" Duke was the first to think and ask Rood.

Rood didn't say anything; he just pointed it towards the bar, where the woman was serving everyone.

"No way. I won't do such a thing as threaten a pub girl. She is working hard to earn money." Duke disagreed with Rood. K.Kish, Mokume, and Rood all have a black line on their foreheads.

"Who asked you to threaten that girl? Look behind that girl." K.Kish looked at Duke and showed the right direction.

"Oh! They have our bounty slips. I understand now. Then who will go this time?" Duke asked everyone.

"It's my turn." Mokume stood up and went straight to the pub girl. The girl saw that a big man was approaching.

"What do you want?" the girl asked Mokume when she reached her.

"I think you know who we are. Right?" Mokume asks and looks behind her. There were a lot of bounty slips posted on the wall.

"Yes. When you just entered our restaurant, I already noticed you guys." While replying. The girl swiped her eye at where Rood was sitting.

"Okay. It's easy. We have some heads that we need to exchange for bounty." Mokume, who is a very tall-looking girl, asks in a low voice.

"It's very simple. We took 10% of the bounty." The girl replied very quickly.

"Okay. Here are the heads. Count them and bring back the money." While saying this, Mokume took out a bag of heads and put them besides the girl where she was standing.

"Okay. Wait a minute. The girl signals someone at a distance. After some time, a middle-aged man came and opened the bag and saw the heads. After counting all the heads.

That middle-aged man was shocked.

It's nearly 200 million bellies. There was a total of 9 heads. Then he looks at Mokume. Suddenly, he remembers that this guy is also a pirate. And his bounty is also very high.

Without any more waiting, he went out of the backdoor.

Twenty minutes later, that man came again with a bag, put them besides the pub girl, and went away. There was no conversation between them. It's like they have done this work many times. After talking about the money, Mokume came back to the seat.

Rood counts the money, and then they divide the money among four people. After paying the bill, they went in two different directions. They have their own work to do. But when they came out of the pub, all the people there sighed with long relief.

The pub girl took out the phone bug and sent the new information she got to the black market.

Rood is now walking and looking for interesting people. But he didn't find anyone here.

Sometimes later he came to shop. This shop is a weapon shop. After Roods walked in with Duke, they saw that there was one here. After knocking on the counter, they saw an old man come out of the backdoor.

"You must be the owner, right? what kind of weapons you have. In your shop." Duke said it straight, like bullets, without even thinking. But the owner didn't get angry because of this.

"We have all kinds of weapons. But if you are looking for particularly different weapons, I have some here. But there are some of my father's imaginary weapons. I haven't seen anyone using that kind of weapon before. Would you like me to show you?" The owner of the shop asked.

After Rood and Duke followed the old man into a large storeroom under the store, Rood looked around for a while. And I found lots of interesting things.

First Rood went to several racks where all kinds of swords were placed. Rood came to a place where he saw all the ordinary swords. Rood concentrates a little. And then Rood took 10 ordinary swords from that rack.

Came to Duke and gave him those swords. And I went to the place where the owner had guns and rifles. This time, Rood didn't take that much. Choose three long and two short flintlock guns. And places them on the ground where the old man is standing.

"What's the origin of those things?" Rood asked the old man.

"My collection," the old man replied.

"Okay, make the price. I want those swords and guns. Plus, this musket and the stone." Rood asked for the price.

"100 million" old man told his price.

"Nope. A devil fruit is not that expensive. It's not worth that price. There are only two items that are expensive in your eyes. But for me, I only see this stone. I need it. So, I will give 5 million." Try to reason with this guy.

"No way. I won't sell those things if the price is so low. How about 90 million?" That's the last price.

"Duke. Let's go. We don't have to waste time here," Rood said to Duke, and he started to walk out of the place.

" Okay! Last price: 50 million." The old man tried his best to stop them. Nobody comes to his shop. Because his father used to be a pirate. His father looted all these weapons.

But he still needs money. So, we sell weapons cheaply all the time. But today, an unknown person came here to buy. So, he wanted to use this chance to get rich. But it looks like this guy threw him.

"I won't change the price. But looking at your sincerity, how about 10 million Belly.? Rood looked back and made his last price.

"Okay! Deal. Give me the belly. Hurry up." The old man said it with an angry face.

Duke took out the belly and gave it to the old man. Rood took all the weapons and went out of the shop. They walk another round and look for people to invite, but they don't find any.

"Duke, we urgently need a doctor. I don't know when we will find one." Rood looked and told his friends. Then they didn't waste any time and went to the base. They will leave today. Because lots of people saw his pirate group.
