Chapter 13

The next day, I had woken up early to go to work so I'd be able to meet her at the right time. I hurried to take a quick shower, put on one of the outfit we bought during the trip and left locking the room and giving a spare to the receptionist.

I got to the restaurant a minute late cause I had to help a pregnant woman pass the busy road. I entered greeting both Rebecca and Michael. He looked at we with the thought of yesterday but I behaved like nothing happened yesterday. I passed them and it was up to them to reply me.

Customers starts to come in as i went over to welcome them taking them to their seat and asked what they would like to order. I was so dedicated due to my time.

I would be meeting up with her by 10:00am and right now time has been passing by like some flash wind in the air. Maybe because I was being serious. Today is a day to fulfill her dreams before its to late. I couldn't stand the urge of wanting to see her.

Customers began to reduce and the work was not to much so I took a leave to go meet her. "Hmm, a part timer take a leave" Michael said disgustingly. I didn't mind him because this isn't the first time I'm taking an excuse.

Rebecca wanted to say something to me but I wore my coat and walked out of her, 'keep it for late'. I stopped a cab and ask him to take me to a cinema where she said she would be waiting for me.

I was so eager to see her. The cab then arrived, I saw her seated waiting ans for me as I got down from the car paid the driver and hurried to her. "Sorry I came late."

I felt like hugging her tight in my arms but I couldn't.

"You had to take excuse at your work place right. Its not a big deal" she smiled. She always doesn't find fault in me and I like her for that.

"Where should we head first milady?" I asked and she looked around and huffs.

"I wanted the cinema first but...."

"Since we are here, why not let's enter then" I said taking her hand in mine as we both walk in. I allowed her to get a ticket and pick a movie. 'Annabelle' it has actually never been my thing. I don't like horror but I just had to compose myself.

We got inside and settled down waiting for the present movie to end before Annabelle was played. Even before it started. She gripped me tight and all through the movie, she was clinging on me and i can't push her.

She has picked it and she's scared of it, just as I am scared but I tried to act tough though.

After the movie, we went to a park and played almost all the games there. The swing, ferris wheel, eagle, which after getting off she almost threw up. I asked her to rest but she insisted to move one. Then when played water splash.

She was damn happy getting wet from head to toe, I just sat on a bench watching her get wet with her cloths on the bench, she asked me if I'd join but i said i was better of sitting there.

She force me to move away from my sit to get some change of cloth and joined her, we both got wet like some little kids.

After that we moved to a pinpoint games for candy, I played and won her a a mini mouse teddy. She was so happy as she grabbed it and gave me a tight hug before moving away.

I wanted that :)

We were walking around when she sighed a car driving game. I wanted to pass her but she dragged me back pointing and running inside with fully energy.

I like her energy mood.

We both got into different cars and player like kids hitting eachother as we drive but all she could do was laugh her lungs out. I thought she'd get a wrinkle with so much smiles and laughs but she was a lot happy that day.

We got some cotton candy under a tree to rest, she was actually tired after the ride but she didn't finish. It didn't take up to two minutes we left to a shopping mall, rented some clothes and took some crazy pictures in the Photoshop. I actually tried to play along with her and I felt the need to have her always around me.

At least with her, I feel my worries wash away, just my her smile, her vibes, her voice, her appearance. She sure is a rare gem

I was changing to something I don't know about but I could feel that my simple smile was perfect in the picture. It was printed immediately and everyone took its copy.

"This is one of my best day!" she yells happly running ahead when we left the shopping mall. I followed after her and found myself in a karaoke.

I wondered what she wanted to sing so I sat on the chair as instructed and watch her stood in front of me holding up a mic. "This might sound weird but. I've always wished to come here and sing my favorite song."

"You are finally here, you can sing any song you want and I'm all ears" I said with a smile. I watch her as she breathes in and out before putting the mic below her lips. She starts to sing. "Love you different"

Her voice was so much like that of Justin but a female version, and I didn't know when or how I fell for her voice and everything of her's was so amazing. I took a shot of her on my phone and video it too.

When it reached Beam part, she was just flowing and lip sync.

She ended the song in a low tone as she inhaled sharply. "You were so amazing, I never knew you can even sing like a musician" i teased and she smiled.

"Thanks Seth, i once had a guitar but due to my sickness. I was asked not to sing for the time being but now I feel me again" she said and I was so happy that she's this happy.

"Come on, lets go eat something. The day is ending" she said dragging me out and we headed to a restaurant, close by.

That evening we ate and talked about ambitions. "What did u want to become in future?" I asked and watched her pause chewing then swallowed and looked at me. "I want to become a musician, tourist, blogger. Lots of amazing things. I want to go to the whole world and explore but everything shatters after i learned about my sickness. It was of no use them." She paused staring at her food. Great i don't want ruining her memorable day, so I got up from the chair and stretched my hand to hers gesturing her to take it.

She held it confused but stood up. "Its getting pretty late, we should go" i said and she nodded as I paid the bill and we left with our hands intertwined.

We got to her street and stopped over the other end to watch her enter. She was already going about to open the door then she stopped, i was trying to get what's the matter, she came running and hugs me out thr blue leaving me at shock. "Hey" my words dried up in my throat trying not to cry cause i could feel the need to stay like this for a while. "Please respond" she says as my hands standing out, wrapped her waist. She hugs tighter as I placed my chin on her head, she's smells like rose.

"I don't know how to repay you" she started as we move away. "You don't have to pay me, you have fulfilled your dream its enough" I said and she nodded "thank you and Good night" she appreciated walking away with a wave. I watched her enter and closed the door behind making sure she's save before I strolled home.

That night I felt totally different and just staring at our pictures Recalling how cool and fun today was, I felt reborn and the need to have her around me always. Wish everyone was like her.
