Chapter 12

(Prose mood)

In the evening time, April invited Seth to her house, it was so dark and quiet, her parents weren't around like she had said. He removed his shoe and wore the house slipper and followed her upstairs to her room.

He was feeling so uncomfortable.

It was painted pink and purple, a single bed in the middle and a bedside drawer at each side. With an alarm and a lamp on it. Above the bed was a wall clock. Right from where Seth stood by the door straight towards the window by the right side there stands her book shelf

In front of her bed is her dressing mirror and from the door by the right was her dressing drawer.

She sat on the bed and he sits on the dressing chair, looking at her awkwardly.

"So how did you see my home?" She asked and he shrugged. "Never been to a girls room before, but its normal and nice, its simple" he said staring at her book shelf before his eyes caught her baby picture on the dressing table.

"Is this you" he asked pointing as she got embarrassed and ran to pick it away but he carried it. "You look so cubby in the picture but now" he glance at her head to toe then shrugged. "You didn't change in face but in body size" he teased and she seized it from him. "Don't tease me with my picture, Seth" she pouts.

He walks toward the shelf to find the book she has said she'd borrow him. He saw it and picked it flipping through. "Is this the book?" He asked to be sure. "Yes, its nice and also a touching story. I could have burnt it but because I wanted it. I don't think I need it anymore now" she said dropping her pictures back in it spots.

"Hey, do you know my other wish before leaving?" She asked as he turned.

"Like doing something rough with someone who isn't my boyfriend" Seth froze. It took him seconds to register what she had actually said but by then she was coming closer to him.

"I don't know how it feels but" she paused and hugged him which got him out of the blue. "You should support me please" she pleaded softly holding him tight.

"I know you aren't my boyfriend doing this might be wrong but I just wanted to feel being cuddled by someone" she said before moving slowly away from him and staring at him. "And also this" she whispered closing her eyes as she slowly moves her face to his. He feared what was going to happen. He wanted to push her but she held him strong. He released his hand when her lips almost touched his but she opened her eyes with a grin and moved away laughing. He was surprised.

"I was just joking, how on earth can i do that. I'm just trying myself" she said in between laughter and turning away. He tightened his fist and felt a sudden urge he has never felt before, his body was moving him as he lost control running and pining her to the bed breathing heavily.

She feared and tried to push him off her but he was too strong. "Seth! Seth!!" she called trying to pull his hand away from her wrist but it was tight. She closed her eyes and opened, tears filled up.

"Please stop, it hurts i was only joking. I'm sorry, I'm sorry" she cried But when he didn't let go, she stopped struggling. He then realized what he was doing and released her quickly and jumping off her, seeing her that postion feared him as he picked his bag and the book before running out of the house leaving her lying on the bed crying.

Rain was already falling when he came out but ignored and continued running not even seeing clearly as he mistakenly bumped into Michael. Michael paused and looked at him with a surprise look wondering what he was doing here?

"Seth? What are you doing here?" He asked with a raised brow but Seth didn't give him an answer and tried to walk away. "I asked you a damn question, where are you coming from?" He sparks raising his voice.

"Hold it there Michael, its none of your business. I don't want to pick up a fight with you here?" He said and turned. Michael got pissed up and rushed to him, gabbed him by the shoulder and punching him to the ground. April who came out running after him saw the act.

"Seth!" she called and rushed to him.

"What are you doing with such a coward boy?" Michael asked demanding for an answer.

"He isn't a coward, you are!. Now leave and never return. I don't want to see you again. I hate you!" She yells with tears. He paused in shock watching her trying to help Seth seat up. He couldn't say anything but to leave. She quickly overed Seth with her umbrella and tried to raise his face to see his bleeding mouth. He pushed her hand away.

"You didn't tell me he was the one all this while!" He says his voice filled with pain and regret yet calm as always.

"I noticed you two weren't in good terms. So I had to hide it from you. He was my ex for a very long time so now I don't know him any more only back then in collage. I'm sorry for what happened earlier. I was a fool to make you feel guilty. Please forgive me, I'm sorry." She pleaded in tears..

"Hey you!" He whispers. "Please never leave my side. There is so much i want to explore with you, so please stay by my side" She mutters crying as she released the umbrella to covered her face, trying to wipe the tears but it still comes running.

He stared at her as she cries. He has planned that this would be the end but seeing her in such situation hurts him. He sighed and held her hand taking it off her face.

"Fine... I would escort you till the very last day. Now don't you cry." He said. Her eyes widened in surprise as she grinned widely wiping away her tears but it till rush down. He just sat there watching as she cries happily nonstop while the rain falls on them soaking them wet.
