Three Plans Part 1

Zhao Yin nods her head and leaves the house. Since this house only had one room, he had to make some adjustments soon. He turned his head at Kao'er and said "You can leave your clothes at the corner and take a leave. You should stay at home for today."

Yu Cao nodded her head and Gu Tan closed his eyes.

'Whatever! Her martial soul is rank ninth and that's all it matters.'

Above the golden monkey, there were nine stars shinning which represented her martial soul ranks. After awakening the martial soul, Yu Cao's eyes widen 'I awakened a ninth rank martial soul! I really have a rare talent for cultivation?'

"Alright! Since you have awakened your martial soul, you can go to the library of Xuan Village and pick up a cultivation technique and martial art. There is also a Body Metamorphosis Technique in the library. You can ask the librarian for it."

Gu Tan returned back to the main seat and waited for five minutes. After five minutes, Han Yang, Tu Shen, and Zhao Ming arrived together with Zhu Ping, Ming Shen, and Zhao Yin.

"Village Chief, you called us?" Everyone bowed in front of him and Han Yang asked.

Gu Tan nods his head and said "For now, I have three plans that I want to execute right from today. We don't have time to waste and these plans will take time to make any effect. So, I called all of you here to discuss. Please have a seat!"

Hearing his words, Han Yang, Tu Shen, and Zhao Ming sat on each chair. Zhao Yin returned behind him while Gu Tan looked at Zhu Ping and Ming Shen.

"You two also sit down!"

Zhu Ping and Ming Shen hesitated for a moment before taking their seats. Normally, they shouldn't sit while the elders are talking. Although Gu Tan is the same age as them, he is a village chief.

After they sit, Gu Tan turned his gaze at three elders and said "My first plan is to open an academy for the martial artists."

"You mean like sect?" Zhao Ming asked to confirm. Sect is not something they can afford to open. Although there are training grounds in the village, there is no sect.

Gu Tan nods his head and speaks "Yes, like a sect."

But, his words made three elders silent. They shook their head and Tu Shen spoke "Village Chief, they are not strong enough to teach others. This is not a child play."

"Go and bring some weapons! Anything is fine." The soldier nodded his head and left. After a few minutes, he returned with dozens of swords, bows, spears, sabers, and other weapons.

"Elders, if you don't mind, would you let down your guard completely and sit down?" Gu Tan walked in front of them and spoke. Three elders looked at each other. They also understood what he wanted to do.

They decided to go with the flow. They nodded their heads and sat down. As soon as they let down their guard, their internal energy stopped flowing through their veins and stayed inside their dantian.

Gu Tan stood in front of Han Yang and touched his forehead.

The internal energy flowed out of his finger and formed a yellow seal around Han Yang's body. The seal was in the form of weird symbols that appeared all around his body and over his dantian as well.

After that, he continued the other two.
