Hunting Snakes & Fixing a Village

It's been a year since I got here. I learned everything I can and now it's time to move onto the next stage of my plan.

"Hey old man" I greet the third Hokage as I enter his office.

"Hello Naruto" he greeted back with a gentle smile "what can I do for you?"

"Not much, just wanted to tell you, I'm going, oh, and that I took an artifact from the treasury" I explain it like it's an after thought

*sigh* "which one?" he says in resignation

"Karasuki" he looks confused so I explain "it's an artefact from the Jumper clan I mentioned earlier and it can only be operated by them. It is dangerous though, so I'm going to keep it safe" 'in my universe' was left unsaid, and by the look of understanding on the old man's face, he understood that too.

The artifact I took is able to move people through time. I'll Absorb it later and I might get an in on the law of time.

"So where are you going?" the old man broke me out of my musing

"I'll probably head to whistle first and then I'll probably get me a Tanuki" I say in a code we prepared earlier

"I see, and how are you going to get there?"

That question gave me pause… "What?"

"Can you teleport to places you haven't been or maybe fly?

"…"

"Mother fu-"/[Mother fu-]

I'm currently flying. Actually flying and it feels Awesome.

'How the fuck did I not think about this'

[Shut up, don't remind me]

I would feel like a dumbass but this feels too good.

Sooner than I hoped, I reached my destination.

The village hidden in the sound, is basically Orochimaru's own little mercenary group. So, yours truly being the good guy that I am decided to kill the Snake and have the village re-established… well, it's not actually a Village per say, more like a network of laboratories composed of various hideouts and bases scattered throughout the Land of Sound and other countries.

Taking over this village is so easy it's frustrating.

See the problem is that I thought Orochimaru would be ready for mind control and that he would just eject himself out of his body as an un-damageable slime or something of the sort. I had contingencies on top of contingencies. I was prepared for mind wipe, self-destruct, berserk mode, soul extraction… everything. I got nothing. One [Mind Rule] and he was gone.

From there it was rather simple.

First, have him summon his second in command/slaves

Then have him use a cliché villain line, he went with "your services are no longer needed".

Wait for a bit after he activates the kill switch on their cursed marks

Then save them by killing Orochimaru in front of them

Then Wait for the white snake Orochimaru to come out and devour that slithering bastard.

Lastly apply a bit of [Mind Rule] to convince everyone that you are a sealing specialist hunter nin, sent specifically to kill Orochimaru

After apologising for using them as bait I offered to remove their seals. They refused by stating they need the power in order to protect this village. So I simply offered to purify them to lessen the pain and reduce the deformation on their use.

[Mind Rule]

They accepted.

Did I mention the force is OP? Cause it is OP.

I did as I said I would and in the process absorbed some of their cells. It would take days, but I would get some new bloodlines.

Before going I told them Konoha Would assist them if they wanted and that they have a method to combat, reduce and remove the cursed mark.

I sent the body of Orochimaru to the Hokage alongside a scroll that has the name of all his spies in Konoha… that'll be fun.

I myself went towards Kaze no Kuni to get his Tanuki.

The trip was easy for someone that can fly, once he reached the village he snuck in and assassinated the fourth Kazekage as the man became mad with power after the Daimyo cut the number of ninja in the village to a third.

It became so bad that he willingly sealed the one tail into his son, while he was in his mother's womb, causing her death. He then later declares Garra as too dangerous and orders his assassination… when he is six… SIX.

'Damn bastard. Oh well, at least I got another echo'

Naruto then exited the village and went to the Daimyo palace and started hunting.

He was looking for the one/s responsible for the Sunagakure budget. The Daimyo's and nobles are known for their incompetence, so the one responsible must have been a minister of the court. And he found him.

It took a while and a lot of free use of [Mind Rule] and poisoning, but the binding on the number of ninja the village could have was restored to what it was previously.

Before the Daimyo's declaration could be stamped and sent by a couple of days, I was at the village entrance with a letter to the Kazekage.

Acting properly surprised to know the previous Kazekage and explaining to the current one, Yashamaru that I came here on orders of the Hokage to remind Suna that they have an ally they can rely on.

After the pleasantries were done I met Garra as he came to visit his uncle. I noticed Yashamaru stiffen ever so slightly in the presence of Garra.

Once Garra left the office he apologised "I apologise for the interruption, Naruto-San"

"It's fine" I dismiss it but then turn serious "but I couldn't help see hate in your eyes"

He flinches, the turns just as serious "how much does Konoha know"

"Konoha? Not much. Me? Everything" I then activate [Mind Rule] to keep him calm and honest

"And this everything involves what exactly?"

"That the fourth Kazekage's actions killed your sister and doomed your nephew. That you are blaming the son for the mistakes of the father"

"I know" he replies with regret "but what can I do? He has that thing IN him and it is out of control"

"I can fix that" I say

He looks at me weirdly "and what can a diplomat do about it?"

"…"

I looked at him for a second and then realised, I've been supressing my chakra since leaving the village

"Oh, I apologise, I'm used to suppressing my chakra that I left it suppressed" I say as I release my hold on it

*shhhaahh*

My chakra is now filling the air. So much so, Yashamaru starts sweating bullets.

"Let me introduce myself" I say while smiling genially "I am Naruto Uzumaki, the nine tails Jinchuuriki"
