Itachi Uchiha is a talented Shinobi. He knows that the village and its people depend on him to protect them, so when Root recruited him, he reluctantly accepted and became an informant inside of the Uchiha.

Today, he received a mission directly from Danzo…

Kill all Uchiha in exchange for the life of your brother.

To anyone but Itachi, The answer is no. To Itachi however it is a must, to protect the village and his brother, he will do what he has to.

*Itachi 1st POV*

At the moment I am in the woods training and trying to figure out how to do this. The Uchiha clan are masters at what they do, being a Ninja. Though I can take on a few of them at once, I can't kill all of them… so how?

While I'm contemplating this, I hear a noise from behind me. As I turn I can see a man with what seems to be a swirl mask.

"Who are you?" I ask the stranger, hands inching towards my kunai pouch

"Me?" he answers calmly "well, I'm mada-"that's the last thing I heard before appearing in front of the Hokage with several Anbu present

The Hokage smiles gently at me and points to a seat in front of his desk "well Itachi, where to begin"

*Zetsu 1st POV*

Today Obito will be meeting Itachi, hopefully if all goes as planned, in a couple of days the only Uchiha left will be him, Itachi and his brother.

I feel Obito coming "How di-"

*Nagato 1st POV*

At the moment we are conducting a meeting about us moving to capture the five tails and the seven tails. All members of the Akatsuki are supposed to be here.

"Anyone know where Zetsu is?"

That's when Tobi chimed in "oh, oh, me, memememe. I know where he is" god he is so annoying

"Well then say it you bastard", says Hidan

Tobies voice changes at that moment "he's-"

*1st POV several days earlier*

I am currently disguised as Danzo while heading to the meeting spot to meet Itachi.

As in cannon he reports about the Uchiha plans for a coup. And as in cannon Danzo gives him his orders.

Things go as planned and similar to how 'Madara' met Itachi in cannon he did here as well. The second I saw him I acted

One [Fold Space] later and Itachi was with the old man. Now comes the complicated part. Stopping 'Madara's' kamui. See Kamui is a broken skill that allows a person to become intangible and to teleport to their own dimension and then exit wherever they like. I'm the only one allowed that damn it. So, since he took mine… I took his.

I cast [Rinnegan absorb] at him. What this does is it releases a wooden branch from a black whirl similar to Kamui that attaches to the essence whatever being unlucky enough for me to lock on. Even if said being was technically in another dimension.

A few seconds later and

*ping*

[Obtained Kamui and Rinnegan]

I simply grin while lacing my fingers "Excellent"

[Mr Burns look suits you]

"Shut up" I reply heatedly "do you know how long I had to work to get this" I say as I'm pointing at my own Rinnegan

Let me explain, the Rinnegan can be obtained by an Uchiha if they infuse the Senju chakra into themselves. What this does is it units Indra's and Asura's chakra. Fusing them into their father's chakra. The chakra the sage of the six paths. If this is done, the holder of the Sharingan, with time, awakens the Rinnegan.

But this kind of power is not without its price. The Rinnegan cannot be safely used by a mortal man… I am not a mortal man.

Before I infused myself with the sharingan I mastered chakra and its use to the limit. And successfully mastered the most OP ninjutsu there is, [The Creation of all things]. That Jutsu created the Tailed beasts. Its only requirement is the Yin-Yang release which would require either the sage of the six paths to infuse you with it, like he did to Naruto Before the fight against Kaguya, or you are a broken bastard like me.

Once I mastered the Yin-Yang release I was able to finally create my very own Rinnegan. It was simple realy, put an Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan on one side and then place the Byakuganon the other. Add a little law of nature, not to be confused with wood release, but the actual law of Gaia. And mix it all in a pot of pure force. The result was a pure white Rinnegan with emerald green pupil and rings.

"It did only take me years to finish this fucking eye" I say still angry remembering how long it took me.

[Yeah, yeah, anyway…]

'Hey kid are we really going to do this?' interrupts Kurama

"What, getting cold feet?" I mock Kurama

'Not that, but… you know you need him to bring her back, right?'

"No I don't~" I singsong

'What… but- it- wait… ohhhh' I can hear it click in his mind. Oh I'm too good at this

"Now, let's go absorb the will of a goddess, Kamui"

In a cave in the middle of nowhere a Kamui portal appears and out of it comes 'Tobi'. As he walks into the cave he hears "how di… who are you?!"

*1st POV*

I was surprised at first but then shrug "oh well [Rinnegan absorb]" I cast

Black Zetsu's survival instinct kicks in and he throws the white Zetsu at the branch extending from me. If only I hadn't locked onto him specifically. The branch goes through white Zetsu not touching it, as if out of faze, and drive itself into Black Zetsu.

A second later and while White Zetsu disoriented from the separation black Zetsu is gone with no more than a distant "mother". One [Force Fire] later and white Zetsu is gone too. I'm just standing there looking at nothing and mind blank thinking 'that's it?'

I'm still disguised as Tobi, and I am currently trying to trace Nagato's location, while in this meeting. When I got here I noticed the demonic statue has no Bijuu chakra yet. This is good for my plans.

The next thing I notice is Pain standing there, brooding, like the edge lord he is.

'I mean c'mon, sIx pAths oF pAiN. How edgy do you have to be to come up with that?'

[Focus, please]

'Fine, be a killjoy'

As I'm standing there humming, as in character, the Akatsuki members start pouring in. as the last one comes, minus Zetsu, pain asks on his whereabouts. This question coincides with me finding out where Nagato is and so, I decide to have a bit of fun.

"Oh, oh, me, memememe. I know where he is" I raise my hand like a kid in class

"Well then say it you bastard" says the guy who doesn't die.

I smile a bit like a loon I'll admit "He's dead" I say

That's when shit got down; within the second Sasori's tail and konan's paper structures are flying at me while the rest are moving in separate directions. Hidan and Kisame are heading in my direction while the rest are moving to surround me.

I replace myself with Deidara, who gets impaled by the poisonous tail and cut by Konan's paper. I lean back to avoid getting my head chopped off by Hidan's scythe, as he is the first to reach me. This is followed by Kisama bringing his sword down on my head, one replace later, and sasori's outer shell is now gone.

As this is going on I, the real me, am standing next to Nagato, the real him, with a branch going through him. 'And suddenly there was no more pain' I think in my best brooding expression.

[Dumbass]

One Kamui later and I'm standing at the Side of where the Akatsuki are fighting my [solid clone]. Oh well time to absorb the lot of them.

[Mass Absorb] is a skill that I developed based on Shikimarues shadow imitation technique, where he spreads his shadow along the ground around him. I however spread it all around me. In a cave like this one, there is no escape.

"hehehehe, you guy's ready for this" I say while gig- *cough* chuckling. Men don't giggle.

"I'm doing it" I say and take a deep breath

As I cast the skill twelve red shadows appear kneeling in front of me. They are, Konan, Sasori, Deidara, Hidan, Kisame, Kakuzu and the six bodies of pain Nagato was using.
