It was a crystallization of prayer named 'glory'. It is sacred, made by people conception and a legend weaved purely out of hope.

From the description alone Excalibur legend tied closely to King Arthur. That legend was the foundation of Excalibur concept.

So it stand a reason if you bring Fate!Excalibur to a world without Arthurian legend (Any world that didn't have/not earth) it will lose its holy attribute and turned into a merely sharp sword, but still retains its power of crystallization of prayer named 'glory' and if you take it a step further by bringing it to a world that so depressing to point there is no glory (Example: Yharnam) it will be turned into an ordinary sword that closer to an ornamental weapon…

But the reverse also true, if you bring Fate!Excalibur to a world that has a strong connection to Arthurian legend or even based around it (Example: Million Arthur) it will turn the stupidly powerful sword more powerful and if you bring it to a world that has many prayers named 'glory'(Recommending Sci-Fi world that has earth human conflict with an alien)…that sword will become more frigging powerful…

Why did we talk about this?

Well, the barrage of bullets that heading toward Xiang Yu and Hinako in the middle of sunbathing. The question will the bullets hurt them?

For Xiang Yu is a big no. Xiang Yu is a frigging servant. A watered-down Heroic Spirit, a literal concept of Hero given form. A MC of his own life. Let me ask you…did you want to see a story where the hero killed by cannon fodder? NO! How about killed by a landslide? NO! How about by accident? NO! This various image was the foundation of the concept called 'Hero'. They can only be killed in sacrifice, worthy opponent, distant finale, plot, or maybe betrayal. This is one of the reasons Servant superior to Magician, they have a fricking conceptual advantage as a passive defense. A battle between heroes can be summed up who have stronger plot armor and plot device.

In conclusion, the barrage of bullets from the mercenaries can't even harm the clothes that Xiang Yu wear if this story rated PG-13...

For Hinako Akuta as an elemental with vampire variation characteristic the bullet can hurt her…because she is a living being similar enough to a human, the bullets can hurt her but that it. Hinako will just regenerate as long she has enough energy and because she under Shinji contract her supply of energy is infinite.

So basically even if the earth explodes Hinako will survive because Shinji will survive while Xiang Yu will die because a planet-sized explosion was a worthy way for a hero to die…
