"I don't know maybe he will pay back by killing those two?" another random world leader answered, and stare at the two empty seats "where is both of them?"

"Oh I know where is both of them," a random world leader said "according to the two of them they will attend the meeting from a safe base somewhere by using the screen"

"Is that so? That's is surprising smart of them…" the smart#1 world leader said "well, to be fair even though both of them clearly delusional it was a necessary step to know how strong as a threat the magician is"

"Yeah I feel too bad for both of them…" the passive#1 world leader said "thanks to those two actions we now, know more about the supernatural"

"The magician that was freak by their standard…" the smart#2 world leader look at the recorded scene "their two-parent clearly have the ability to fight against armies and win, if by their standard the magician was a freak, I don't know I supposed scared or delighted"

"why delighted?" a random world leader asks "they are clearly a threat to us"

"Let me explain it to you" the smart#1 explained, "did you hear the recording about the magician ability until the end?"

"Yeah what about it?"

"The magician mental barrier will shatter at extreme danger," the smart#1 world leader said, "did you understand the meaning of that statement?"

"No?"

"That means they know there is something out there that strong enough to threaten the magician" the smart#1 world leader fixed his glass "from the girl tone, we can safely assume the being is not human"

"!!!" All world leaders hold their breath at the implication

"Sorry we are late" a screen turned on showing delusional#1 and #2 in the same room "is there something we miss?"

The all the world leader just stare at the screen and sighed "No, there is nothing that both of you miss"

Delusonal#1 world leader shows a newspaper "Did you guys already saw the news?"

"Ah, the sighting a creature that similar to a certain pokemon" a random world leader "along with a boy that rides it"

"I believe it was called Arceus, and I bet the boy that riding it was the magician"

The whole class stared it was unusual for Illya to start the conversation, usually Illya content just hearing any conversation

"Do you have time after school?"

"Eh?" Sugaya so dumbfounded by the questions that he instinctively nodded

"Great!" Illya hummed happily

'Will I die today?' Sugaya thought

"Please calm down friend Sugaya" Ritsu calming down Sugaya sensing his distress "It was a request from Illya big brother to meet you afterschool hours"

"Oh, its good thing I didn't offend Illya" Sugaya sighed in relie- only to "wait isn't that-"

"Don't worry friend Sugaya" Ritsu smile wryly" Illya big brother just want to borrow your art talent"

"Yeah, Illya big brother wants you to evaluate the statues that he buys yesterday"

Knowing the reason Sugaya sighed in relief.

"Are we really that terrifying?" Illya looked down at herself, feeling down"I didn't experiment on anyone without proper reason you know…"

'That was the reason both of you terrifying!' The whole class retorted in their mind

"It is not that like that Illya" Sugaya trying to cheer Illya "Is just that the thought about supernatural is really terrifying because of the implication"

"Hmm, isn't that means if you know more about the supernatural you won't afraid?" Illya makes a finger 'o' gesture

"In a way yes," Sugaya said wryly

"Then how about I teach you guys?" Illya offered the class

"Eh?!" The whole class E surprised "are you sure Illya? Isn't the supernatural supposed to be secret?!"

"Thanks to Koro-sensei you guys already a government secret" Illya pointed out " adding 1 more will not burden you guys"

The whole class can't refute that…

"I will only teach you the basic knowledge of course" Illya warned the class"so did you guys want to learn?"

"...Sure!" The class E said in sync, Illya can only smile seeing her classmate antics and turn her head to Koro-sensei "you can also participate if you want Koro-sensei"

Koro-sensei smile "I will gladly take the offer"

"But first we have to beat the end-term-final" Illya declared

And just like that Koro-sensei canon offer(the one about cut each his tentacle for each superior scores than class A ) added with Illya promise to teach about supernatural, the class E motivation goes through the roof, making them completely decimate the exam but that was a story of another time…lets just say that day Koro-sensei weep in fear for the day will come…

Pokemon Universe Creator: The One Who Create The Pokemon World (Fake)

The ability to create anything in Pokemon World, not as strong as the original, Arceus can create anything from the pokemon world. Arceus cannot make his own plates though because Arceus plates were something that Arceus was born with, it was not created by his own power.

If Arceus creates a universe the universe will randomly generate, just like if you create a new game in Minecraft, you can create it but didn't know anything about it until you explore it but unlike Minecraft, Arceus can decide the parameter when creating it.
