"Yes" Karasuma answered "that boy literally use his magic to turn an Al into a human, and forgive for my insolence just from that fight with that octopus alone our world military strength is useless"

"Yes" with that Karasuma sent a voice recording that he secretly record when Illya explaining Shinji abilities…and once more the world leaders enveloped in silence.

"...Hmm good idea, let us just hire some random mercenary to kill his parent, but we have to keep our identity as client secret." another delusional#2 world leader added, "It seems their recorded parent appears at the same time with them and currently in the middle of random resort…"

"Don't worry, on that girl explanation the boy was a freak by their standard that means their parent is weaker!" the delusional#1 world leader grinned "what the worse could happen?"
