Chapter 4
Astrid Pov:
Once we had finished writing down our backstories we started calling each other by our alias's. I was surprised by how good Jake was at making backstories and names. He was also the one that told us that if we changed the first letter of our names, we would be found out, maybe.
So in the end we stuck with the same fist letter of each name. If we had not done that then Jake would have been named Peter and Hunter be named Simon. But then their initials would not match on some stuff though. We all grab our backstories and head to the forge. Over the 2 years that I have been here I have seen him make many firearms.
A lot of which have been shipped out to Stoick's company. I wonder just what company it is to work for the president and why they need those weapons. When we arrive Gobber just finished up working on something when he saw us. "I guess you finished your back stories then, Right?" He asked to which we nodded.
"Give em here, so I can read em." Gobber said and we went one at a time, when he was done he responded. "Good, I am gonna show your family's now and then Stoick. I'll see you all Later." And with that he was gone leaving us to do whatever we wanted.
Later
Jake Pov:
I have the feeling that something bad is going to happen at school. "So, kids, go to the cove that Harry found. If you go to the shield take this axe and put the bottom of the handle in the middle. Turn it clockwise and it will open the entrance to the house you will be staying at. I left a note there for the rest of the things you need to worry about. Also food will be delivered every 2 weeks so mind that. The rest is in the note." Stoick says giving Astrid the axe as we leave for the house to get ready for school.
School is starting in a month but he wants us to be prepared for it. We head into the forest after Hiccup as he leads the way through the forest. Eventually we come to a Rift in the ground and we get in and go down it. At the end we enter into a beautiful clearing with a lake in the center. Though that is not before we see a Viking shield blocking our path.
We get around it and explore before going into the hideout. There is a cave with a full kitchen and living area, that's pretty nice considering the location. Once we are done we go back to the shield and Astrid inserts the handle. After that she can't get it out so she turns it and a nearby rock starts to move.
Once it is done we take the axe out and enter the hideout. It also has a full kitchen and stuff along with balconies overlooking the ground floor with a dining table. It seems that this was built by experts and was a nuclear bunker! But why was it here is my only question.
We go to the dining table and pick up the note. We open it to find everything in Old Norse. Stocik had all of us learn it to communicate in code for some odd reason. The note says as follows. "This is a bunker in case the worse happens and you need to hide. Only use it in the most dire of circumstances. This bunker is 3 stories if you did not find that out already. There is a lever by the entrance to close it. If you go to the living room you should see the passage to the house." We read as we go down the path.
"This tunnel goes on for 5 miles so please exercise to get through it quickly. When you come to the exit it should be a person sized+ Book shelf. It will be on the side of the stairway by some rooms." We continue to read as we exit into the basement and I see a few doors.

"There is stuff here for everyone. You can decide your own rooms though I have thought of ones that you all will like. Knowing Jacksons love for hidden doors he gets the one in the back on the second floor. Now here in the basement you have 2 bedrooms a bathroom, and a woodworking/blacksmith room. Hudson and Scott can take those. If you go up the stairs now there is a room for Harry." I read as we go up and enter the room.
"You also have your school laptops and personal ones in the dining room. Now they are not charged yet but the school ones are. Do not use the personal ones for fun, use them for serious work! DO not touch them though until you finish your tour. Now if you leave the first door on your left is the Garage." The note continues as we head out and enter the garage.
"There are no cars now but as you grow I will put some in here for you. There is also a underground storage in the basement connected up to a lift. You can use that lift for motorcycles that will be the main vehicle I give you. Continuing on you have the entrance with seating and a TV. Do not invite friends over unless I give the ok, It may blow your cover. The TV is there to show Weather for when you head out." It says as we walk into the main area seeing the dining room as well.
"Now opposite of the front door is the back door. I will talk about that later, but for now you should see the dining table. It has your laptops on them but as before, do not touch them until this tour is over. You have the kitchen around the bend with a giant stone oven. Now I know that Hailey and Jackson are excellent cooks so you should enjoy that." It says as we look at the kitchen.
"Now turning around there is a door to Emma's room. It is a bit small but should fit her perfectly. If you go up the stairs now you will find a small walk in closet for cleaning supplies and Storage. Use it for whatever and opposite of it is the bathroom." I continue to read aloud as we go upstairs.
"On the opposite side you have 3 bedrooms and the living room. The living room looks out the front onto the lawn and the street. The bedroom near the front is Aaron's and the one towards the back Hailey's. The final room is Jacksons. If you go in it has your desk for your interests and everyone else has the same. But this one has something special. If you go to the bookcase and pull your book called 'Moth flights Vision' it should open." I read as I pull the book revealing a void space.
"In here is a place where you can overlook the entire house. It will watch critical points and make sure that no-one intrudes. NEVER SHOW THIS TO ANYONE! Now go down stairs and out back." It says and everyone rushes out of my room, down the stairs, and outside.
"You have a pool with a tree over the deep end. Take care of it please. You also have a jacuzzi but don't stay in longer than 15 minutes. You have a shed that goes around the side with a shed in the corner. It has a lawnmower to mow the lawn. There is also a campfire nearby for you to have cookouts and a grill on the back patio. That is all, Goodbye, SVH." I finally finish reading.
