After coming up with that resolution I got up and looked around. It was a normal forest. There was a river a few ten meters away. According to Zhen Lin, the previous owner of the body, this was the Great Black Forest. The outer layer was a normal forest. But the inner layers were hell. The environment was deadly filled with dangerous man eating plants and beasts. The ground was filled with quick sand and the air was also hazardous for humans. It would cause hallucinations. Only Golden Core and above cultivators were safe there. No one dared set foot in this forest even the outer layers were free off human activities as beasts would sometimes escape to the outer layer.

Seeing that she was safe, she started examining herself. She was exactly like Rias.

She focused on herself and a small screen appeared in front of her.

POWER LEVEL: High rank Devil

CULTIVATION: Body Strengthening rank 6(can't continue)

'So this is Appraisal' I thought. I then tried appraising the trees and rocks. Apparently I can only appraise things that can cultivate.

I also can't cultivate anymore so I needed to fully rely on my sacred gear and Destruction Magic.

Thinking about my sacred gear, I looked at my hand and focused really hard and a red gauntlet appeared. Looking at it, I was a bit disappointed as it was still in its twice critical form. I then focused on my sacred gear.

*BOOST!*

I smiled a little when I heard that. I actually had a chance in this world if I had the sacred gear. I could feel that my power had increased significantly. Since I'm not useless like Issei in season 1, I knew my gear was going to truly awaken soon.

I went and sat down under a tree trying to organize the memories. There were important ones like information on the Empire she was currently in. It's name was Azure Dragon Empire. It was one of the 4 great Empires. The others were Black Tortoise, Vermilion Phoenix and White Tiger Empires. The other hundred of smaller nations were too weak to fight against these 4. There were cultivators of few Core Formation in these 4 Empires so they balanced each other out and rarely had conflict. Her former family, the Zhen Family, was a Noble family in the Azure Dragon empire.

She couldn't cultivate so there was no need for her to go join the cultivation world as of yet. She knew that with her beautiful appearance and low cultivation she would be abused. So she decided to stay in the Forest and get familiar with her abilities. After that she would move around the continent looking for ways to gain immortality.

Since she was basically a copy of Rias, she decided to take her name as well. From that day forth she became Rias Gremory.
