5 Chapter-5 : Hogwarts acceptance letter
Opening the letter it said :
Michael widened his eyes, holding the envelope tightly, the letter read:
HOGWARTS SCHOOL of WITCHCRAFT and WIZARDRY
Headmaster : Albus Dumbledore
(Order of Merlin, First Class, Grand Sorcerer., Chief Warlock, Supreme Mugwump, International Confederation of Wizards)
Dear Mr. Blest
We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment.
Term begins on 1 September. We await your owl by no later than 31 July.

UNIFORM
First-year students will require:
1) Three sets of plain work robes (black).
2) One plain pointed hat (black) for day wear
3) One pair of protective gloves (dragon hide or similar)
4) One winter cloak (black, with silver fastenings)
Please note that all pupil's clothes should carry name tags.

Even though he knew he was going to attend Hogwarts, he still couldn't contain his excitement.
From what he knew, his family members have not attended Hogwarts in last 7 centuries. they were all homeschooled because of their 'little blood problem'.
In the wizarding world, people have not witnessed the Blest family over centuries. Only the upper circle of the sacred twenty-eight knew about the existence of The noble and most ancient house of Blest.
The motto of his family was 'illustrant ac tenebras', meaning 'Illuminate the darkness'.
The Blest family was wholly on the side of light. But not the faux light that Dumbledore commanded.They always faught against darkness, which was slowly beginning to expand in the world.
Morgana was a witch who called upon the dark element in the world, though she used powers of darkness to their full extent to commit atrocities, she never allowed darkness to corrupt herself.
Dark Lord Grindelwald was a wizard whose talents equalled Merlin's, even he had brains to not let darkness corrupt him.The only reason for Grindelwald's defeat was that he was not able to fully utilize his talents to their maximum potential, giving Dumbledore a chance at defeating him.
But Voldemort was a total shithead, in his pursuit of immortality, he gave himself up to darkness, allowing himself to be controlled by darkness.
Darkness had only one goal, to take over the world. And by losing himself to darkness, he became an apostle of darkness. Though he gained unimaginable powers, he became a pawn in hands of darkness, his sanity reduced, rationale gone, gone was his nose.
But because of the creation of multiple hocruxes Voldemort lost a great deal of his combat prowess for a period of time, which was enough for him to get killed by a baby in crib.
Michael somehow knew that the Voldemort in this world was far stronger than his movie counterpart.
But this only ignited a flame of excitement inside him, because he knew he was also going to be very strong due to help of a certain someone.
Keeping the letter aside he sent the owl back.
"Mom" he called out to his mother who was sitting by the fireplace, reading the newspaper.
"Yes" she replied.
"Can you come here, I have something to show you" he said.
With a "coming", she kept the newspaper aside, stood up and walked up to him.
"So, what did you call me for ?? "
"Mom, I received the Hogwarts acceptance letter" he said in an excited voice.
"So, you finally got yours huh kid, tell me, do you want to attend it ?? your father didn't, and I am sure I can arrange for the best private tutors in the whole Europe for you. Do you want to attend it ?? tell me honestly. "
"Yeah mom, I am sure, it'll be fun, I'll get to make lots of friends" he said with a smile.
Seeing the happy smile on his face she could not help but smile back. Michael was her whole life. Afterer death of her husband, Michael meant everything to her.
"So get ready my boy, we'll go to diagon alley tomorrow morning to get you a wand and the school material" she said while ruffling his hair.
" Mooooommm, please don't do that now, I have grown up. " he said in a ranting voice.
"You'll always remain a brat for me. " while pinching his cheeks.
With a small cry, he gave up, he knew that it would be easier to defeat Voldemort than stop his mom now.
He was feeling very happy today, it was his birthday, today he got a wand, a heart warming party, the acceptance letter from the place he desired to go from the moment he got in this world.
To him, his family was the biggest gift he could have asked for.
