"Loupie!"

Penelope happily greets Finnea and runs towards her. Maybe Finnea is influenced by her enthusiasm that she also greets her with a huge smile on her face. Some young ladies who are already inside the banquet hall think Lady Mendia and Lady Dresvil knew each other a long time ago. But in truth, these two just become acquainted during the first meeting of the debutantes.

"You look so happy today, Loupie." Finnea said.

"Hmm, yes!"

"But why? Can you share it with me?"

"Because there are a lot of reasons for me to be happy!"

Penelope had a good sleep and her nanny greeted her with a smile. Lisa also informed her that the dress she ordered the other day was delivered early and she can wear it today. It is a pastel blue dress that covers her knees and has ribbons on its neckline. Penelope really like its design so she asked her father to buy it for her.
