28 Chapter 28: New Quest
Skye is seen laying in the living room while panting hard. Sweats covered her whole body while Kai was standing there watching her. "Are you done now? I don't even break a sweat!"

Mythic : To get to tier 3, you need to complete at least 20 quests and have 15 achievements. So if you plan on climbing up the authority, you better start early.

Bonus quest 2 : Save Antonia Dreykov (future taskmaster) , or cure her injury.
Bonus reward will be given if you finish all the quest.
3 - WakandaPrince : Make the sea drinkable. Solve the water crisis in the suffering part of the world.
Prop : sea water purifying machine.
Reward : 1 ton of refined vibranium.
There's a few more quests that Kai accepted. If planned carefully, he will not interfere with the plot very much. He starts the plan to build his base." It'll not be very hard! Right?"
Kai started searching for an abandoned bomb shelter in hell's kitchen, in which, he found one. He founds… a lot. "There's many places that can be made a base. I guess that's why superheroes and supervillains like it here."
He modifies the bomb shelter into a secret base, putting in a medical ward, training place, monitoring equipment, armory, and a power source. It took two days. Then he submitted the base blueprint to the one-eyed cyclop.

OEC: Where are you gonna put your plane? Other vehicles? Bomb shelter although abandoned it has records of it in the city hall. People can find it. It's not an absolute safe place!
After getting scolded, Kai realises that he fell into another trap quest. The purpose of the quest was to build a base that the 'Cyclop' satisfied with, not him.

In another dimension, a black man wearing a trench coat, and an eyepatch in his space station base is chatting with Hydra in the system.
He's the director of the defense organisation that protects not only earth, but also its colony. This kind of pitiful base is no longer in his sight.

When he got back, he started to work for it as soon as possible. Kai checks out the list of quests he already accepted. There's a total of seven quests.
Quest from the public board is mostly lunacy. There's a quest that he read, to finish it you need to make Iron Man and Captain America kiss. After shuddering for a while, and blacklisting the user [BL_lover] in his mind , he started to plan for the absolute base quest.
He found a spot, a deserted island in the Pacific ocean, nearing New Zealand. It has zero flight path above it, and has a 3km² surface area. The place was full of rocks and had zero commercial development value.
To get there, he flew a portkey over using a stealth drone, and he teleported to check out the location at night. "Urgh, my head. The portkey have a big turbulence"
"I needed to familiarise myself with the Port-key magic. I have to come here a lot in the future. Should I modify the magic system a bit?"
Later on, a few months into the future, his Port-key magic has already been advanced. This is thanks to a lot of space magic principle knowledge he bought." I never thought Mephisto will be a Kamar Taj apprentice, that makes things easier for me "

TheDoctor : I already use a lot of material for this kid. I'll blacklist you if you want to change it.

He paid the price to the doctor. The new body is in a cryostasis chamber, and he couldn't see it yet. He had an ominous feeling when the doctor kept procrastinating and sent it to him the moment the trading session was over.
